If I can give 0 stars I most definitely would but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Lie after lie after lie and months of holding it for it not to be done correctly the way it should have been. Not the right shade of black for the door it s lighter than the rest of the truck, grill/hood not aligned correctly, the fender they replaced is scratched up, and now it has problems while driving and throws a computer code. Before leaving my vehicle in their hands it ran perfectly fine and now that I ve received it, it runs janky and cuts off power while driving and it has never ever done that before I left it there. The owner kept telling me that each week it ll be ready and this would continue for weeks and one of the last weeks they had it, it took them one week to put back together a radiator, grill, and bumper. I asked what was taking so long and he told me he can t tell me and that makes it super suspicious and dishonest of their work. I don t know if they were under the influence while working on it but there were cans of beer around my truck one of the weeks I ve went to go look at the progress and there s picture proof showing the can and the ecm/Pcu being disconnected and the CEL code goes straight to the ecm/pcu. All the time they had for it not do be done right and done sloppy. Worst shop I ve ever been to!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Well, my car insurance approved the work on October 16, the owner told me he would fix it in 5 days, I went on the eighth day to see how my car was doing thinking it was ready or almost ready and the car was parked in the same place where the insurance driver had taken him; Later he told me that in 15 days it would be ready and the same thing, it was parked in the same place; Then his daughter told me that the person who was going to fix it was on vacation and that he would return next week and that it would be ready in five days. Five days later I called and they told me that the seat belts took one to two months to arrive; When they finally gave me the car I had to return like 3 times because they had done a bad job. I do not recommend this place at all, bad service and liars.

I definitely will recommend Car Care body shop to my family and friends. Very friendly and understand. They did I GREAT JOB on my car it looks brand new I was so amazed when I saw my car! Not to mention They washed my car and cleaned the inside as well. They definitely will get my business again. 10 stars very great experience! And finished my car within a week! The only reason why I went there is because it was recommended by a guy that works for me. Needed some body work done after someone hit my car while parked and drove away. Didn't want to bother my insurance so I decided to pay for it myself. There is a short heavy set gentleman there, looks like he's the owner or runs the show. Very nice person to deal with, and very attentive. Right away you can tell when someone knows their craft. Its obvious this guy has been in business for a long time. I was very pleased with the work done on my car. Not only did he do a good job, he cleaned, and vacuumed my car which I did not expect them to do. Is the little details and going that extra mile for your customers that make the difference. Thank you very much. Will for sure refer anyone who I come across in need of your services.Service: Body & Trim

Jr is the man! Was recommended to this shop by my mechanic Enrique. Jr is the owner, helped me out! Very genuine guy. And their work is great! Also his worker J, is a very cool dude! Was talking me through the process of what he was doing, when I dropped by for a update! Overall great experience, coming back here in a few weeks for more work!Services: Transmission, Electrical

My friend Junior over at Mercado Tires and Wheel shop recommend this shop !!! and also Guy by the same name Owner Junior checked my car out and said it would be done in 2 days and it was plus they washed my car. I want to say they did a great job and I plan on recommending this shop to whoever needs any work done!!!P.s I don't want to forget about the original owner Mr. Eddie who was also there had a great converstaion !!!!Junior and Eddie Thank you both !!!Service: Body & Trim

If I can give a zero star I will. This place sucks I took my car in about 7 months ago and I still do not receive it. Eveytime I call or go in they tell me lies after lies .. one time I went in to check on my car and there was beer bottles all over my car how disgusting this place isn t professional and if you come here make sure you guys don t talk to junior or some chubby lady because they are narcissist people disgrace

Dropped my car off at this shop on the 15th of March and picked it up yesterday and when I tell you the work was so amazing . They did a wonderful job . They cut corners and return cars as completed but it's not. I have body work done there, for what was a minor fender bender it took 3 months to get it fixed. When I got it back it was not done correctly. Parts were misaligned and the front brakes were not even bolted down properly. I had to do the job over myself. Do yourself a favor find another body shop that will do the job the way it should and not just collect the money for a job not done up to par.

Great place to take your car for repair. I have taken 2 cars and they have left them as new. jr. is a specialist in what he does. you will not regret. ask for jr.

I love this place. Jr is the man, nice people freaky fast repairs, everything comes out great Everytime. No long waits, no disrespect, an always on time. Have to love these people

Took car for insurance estimate....they never sent estimate to the insurance company...so my car is still not fixed
