My friends and I had the most scary incident when our tire blew out on I-88 on a Sunday afternoon. We were traveling to Chicago from Iowa. I am forever grateful to Jesus for getting the Michelin tire I needed and getting it mounted and put back on my vehicle so very fast. I would always look to his Car Care for any future needs when I am in the Chicago area!! I can travel home tonight with peace of mind now. Thank You Again

Jesus and Omar have great service they also accommodate me every time. The service is exceptional and AAA towed me and they were able to work with me, I didn t have money but they worked with me completely. I will be back and refer others because the customer service was great !!!

I loved the individual attention provided by Jesus and Omar. I had a tight schedule in which they were very accommodating. I purchased a new set of tires and they were delivered as promised. On my way to Indianapolis for an appointment and had a tire problem. They were obviously super busy but they fit me in right away. Service advisor and technician were both super friendly. Great communication and the whole experience was completely hassle free. Highly recommend!

Omar at the front desk was very friendly and professional. This company was on Costco s list of recommended service centers. I didn t have to wait long to check in and get an estimate and was provided a length of time the service would take. I will definitely use Car Care for all my future car service needs.

They are really good at service and they act quick. I went there a lot of times before but today I went in with a flat tire and they fixed my puncture in 20 mins. I love that swiftness and highly recommend people to go in there.

I had a totally damaged tire I called during Christmas time and every shop was busy and I called Car Care and Omar answered and welcomed me in. The guys took such a care of my tire in a very short time although they were super busy and customers were left and right. I m so thankful for them especially Omar and his positive attitude towards customers. I honestly really appreciate their service and I can t believe how every single person was nice. I will definitely bring my car to them for other services in the future and huge thanks again to Omar you guys should really ask for this honest, humble, wonderful customer service person. Maali :)

My experience with Car Care has been nothing but amazing, especially working Omar! He went above and beyond providing excellent service and car with my car. I found this shop through my AAA benefits and I'm so happy I did. I will never go anywhere else to service my car. Omar is the nicest and most helpful person I've ever met. Being a woman trying to get work done on a car, I thought I would be taken advantage of but that was the complete opposite. Omar treated me like family and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. If you're looking for auto care you should definitely check this place out!!

I purchased tires and had oil changes done on my Jeep at Car Cares Chicago over the last couple of months not to mention my wife brings her Mercedes to Car Cares for the last several years as well. Omar and Jesus are the best in their field. Every time I bring my car in, I receive top rate service. On one visit, Omar found that my car had a recall. I was out of town. Omar actually drove my car to the dealership for them to fix it. They give true, first rate customer service.

This company was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Omar, Amir, and Jesus were awesome! They took such good care of me and my car! They did their best to give me the best price! I got my oil changed, brakes and rotors replaced, exhaust system replaced, and all four tires. They even threw in a free alignment and car wash! Highly recommend!
