Fair pricing for the work! Just need to be patient because they have a lot of work. But other than that I've always brought my car here for suspension and brake work.

I have no automotive knowledge, and anyplace else I go, I'm given different treatment just because I'm a woman, but not here! After coming here, I will never go anywhere else. My dad used to bring his cars here, and now my husband and I do the same. They are incredibly kind and knowledgable to EVERYONE, and every time anyone comes through the door they genuinely listen and make you feel welcomed and give you a fair price, also a plus that the staff is bilingual.

Today, I did these guys exhaust on Escalade. Special thanks to Louis (if the name is spelled incorrectly - sorry) I really liked his approach to business, he has a lot of experience. If you want to repair the muffler, you can safely go to this place!

I took my truck here to get looked at for an issue I was having. The mechanic took a look & found my problem. I was given a reasonable & fair quote. If you're looking for an honest shop with honest mechanics, I'd suggest this one 1st hands down!

horrible shop. mechanics are not honest. the mechanic that looks like the dude off The Fly trying to redirect me to a different shop after not being able to fix my problemlike no i payed you to fix my problem it wasnt fixed i need my money back. i did get some of my money back after having to complain . but now turns out the full tune up he supposedly did was a lie too. this place cant be trusted

California Muffler and Brake is an honest and far shop with extremely reasonable prices. It's such a great repair shop I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years now I travel over 70 miles to get them to work on my car. You could choose a lot worse but you will not find anything better.

They are straight forward, give upfront pricing. I had a flex pipe that needed repair was charged $80 with a one year guarantee. They were friendly and did the work quickly, but I do suggest you call ahead of time to see what wait time looks like, I imagine they get busy for their fair practice and prices.

The crew are extremely nice and they take the time to explain things to you and give you pricing. They do not fix one thing and break another. The just fix. Awesome people. I plan on being a regular customer for the things they do at least lol

I love this place! It is my go to place for quick repairs. I ve gone here for my AC, heater, brakes, coolant leak, and general check up on my Jeep. Also I love that they call you as soon as it is ready and remind you of the time they close so you can pick up your car. Their prices are great for the work they put in. If you need a quick reliable fix they are the people.

Needed a catalytic converter and they were amazing! They were also nice enough to put o2 sensor on as well. They were busy but they move at a great pace. Very lovely front desk person

A worker told me he will take an hour to fix my car, when the time came I called and they said another hour, when that time came I called and they told me another hour they haven t even looked at my car, 4 hours later I called and they got frustrated with me and said forget it, come get your car I see there s great reviews that s why I came here but I ll take my business somewhere else, I wouldn t have been pushy with the time pick up if they didn t promise me it would be done within an hour, I wouldn t even been upset if they told me on the phone they were gonna have it a few days. But they said an hour. And lied

I traveled 10miles from the Westside there trying to do business with them because I heard they do good work. Didn't workout that way because they were always busy. Maybe in the future but, im not rushing it, we can do business.

Yeah...I see now why the reviews are so good. They're actually pretty fair and honest! They addressed a simple issue and didn't try to pressure me into spending more money. Highly recommend these guys.

This place has won the keys to my car and my heart ! I absolutely love honestly and I was told That I didn t need a new part ! Others would of told me I did to make a few more bucks but the you can get a new one if you want to but I personally think this one is still good for now I kinda new what the issue was and I was in and out fast ! And affordable price! Thanks for stopping that annoying noise as I pressed the pedal! I m definitely making this my new home on repairs for my car!!! Others taxed me on price quotes smh and it wasn t as nearly close to what they wanted to charge me ! Honestly they said $$120-180 at two other shops and it was only $40 here ! BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

I recently took my vehicle to an auto dealership on the north side to get an diagnosis and estimate because my vehicle didn t accelerate past 45mph. The dealership quoted me at 1.6k to replace the catalytic converter. I took my car here and the mechanics was extremely honest. They told me the pipe inside the catalytic converter was clogged and only charged me $50 to replace. My car was running properly after the repair without any issues. I ve also have visited here in the past to get new shocks, brakes, and the control arm replaced. Every time I visited the prices were fair and I didn t feel like I was being scammed.I highly recommend this place. Excellent prices for the services and honest mechanics.

Excellent service. Accurate estimation of wait time. HONEST! My mom is an young African American woman who knows more than the average female about cars. This was the third shop we had gone to for a catalytic converter estimate. Price was a fraction of the other estimates. Quality work and friendly service.

Today I got my jeep fixed and they did one hell of a job. Well money spend. They are true to there word and if they miss something bring it back and they will fix it. I like them.... And I think that's going to b my own spot for now on. Forget everyone else that own a shop. Some of them is not true of there word by fixing a car.....

I'm pretty sure they're a bunch of cool guys. But, if you say you open at 8am, then open at that time. I get there at 8:01 and they're still coming in. One of the guys that was there on time, wasn't even dressed for work. I just sat in the lobby for 20 minutes before leaving and going to Mexican Mufflers and I was given service as soon as I got there.....
