Caliber Collision - Chicago North is a top notch repair facility. Peter, Itzel, & Michael are extremely professional & friendly. They walked me through the process of my repairs and working with my insurance. They kept me informed along the way. My vehicle was only 2 weeks old when I was rear ended, it was returned to me exactly the same as when I drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend this location for your repair nee, but I hope you ll never need it.

One of the best shops I've had the opportunity to take my vehicle to for repairs. Great customer service and i was informed every time progress was made. I can t begin to express how much gratitude i have because of how easy they made the whole process. Ive taken all my vehicles to them and i get the similar results every time. Caliber did a great job with my car after it was rear-ended. The work was pristine and they were timely and had great communication. I called the morning I was supposed to pick up my car to let them know I would be in later than I had scheduled because my baby was sick and I was waiting for my alternate childcare to arrive and Peter went above and beyond by offering to bring my car to my home. I m so impressed with the level of customer service and will recommend them to everyone!

I stopped by for an estimate following a minor accident that left a deep scratch on my car. From the moment I walked in, the staff's kindness stood out. The honest assessment of the damage impressed me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the conservative recommendation for a workaround I was hoping for.The color match was remarkably precise and I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail and the extra effort. This positive encounter has earned my trust, and I'll definitely be back in the spring to address other areas of my vehicle that need attention. I was worried about my newer Ford Escape after I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light. Pete and Michael at Caliber Collision took care of me and My car - Authentic Ford parts, excellent paint and excellent service. All were done professionally in only a few days.

Scammy tactics and Poor work. Check out the other negative reviews. Paint and finish work that is so bad. Another body shop had to correct it. I noticed the issues when I picked up the car initially...from 45 feet away. I did not accept the "finished" work and asked for corrections to be made. The employee acted like I was out of my mind and seeing things. They took another two days and when I picked up the car. The orange peal was corrected (wet sanded and buffed out), but the paint still did not match the other panels. Along with a new dent in the fuel filler door, not there 2 days prior. Was given all sorts of Body-shop lingo and miss-directs. The employee knew it was bad work. Knew they were lying to me. I finally accepted the fact that this "shop" was not going to admit to wrong doing or live up to the "quality of work" they advertise. This on top of knowing I would have to pay out of pocket to get it corrected elsewhere, I left with the car. The estimator at the (Corrective) body shop asked if I did the work myself or had a High school Body shop do the work. He immediately saw exactly what I was complaining about. Follow up Insult to injury... Caliber Collision charged my insurance for their (correction work). Which is odd, because according to them; there was nothing wrong the first time. Imagine having a company where when you screw up and do poor work the first time. You just charge the customer more to fix what you screwed up. Caliber is a massive chain that has Multi-million dollar a year executives that couldn't care less. Choose a body shop that is not run by a big corporation. Choose a body shop where you are not treated like a moron that is wasting their time. EDIT: Love the empty show of concern "canned" response. This is the new world folks. Giant companies screwing over people by the thousands. Nothing ever getting fixed because of this acceptance in the mediocre.

Fantastic service at Caliber Collision on Touhy in Chicago. I stopped by late in the afternoon to ask about repairing the GMC face plate on the rear of our Yukon which came off. The price of a replacement was over $300. Peter found a creative solution and has it looking like new. He did this for what was - let me just say, an extremely good price. He did the repair right then in just 10 minutes. I have friends who have had their car repaired there and found the service to be reliable and timely. In addition, all this service is done with a friendly smile.

Talk about a gem of a repair shop. Mikey and his team were super polite, informative, and kept in communication the entire process start to finish. My car damage repairs were very thorough and executed 2nd to none. Will definitely refer this place and go back if ever need future autobody work.

Excellent service from begining to end. Professional and kind staff. I was kept posted on the work being done every step of the way. I received calls of reassurance from Michael; he was the technician working on my car. The repairs on my passenger doors and back wheel was done with such care. My car drove well if not better when I got it back. My car looked like it came off the show room floor and it was detailed on the inside not just cleaned which I did not expect. I would recommend Caliber Collsion without hesitation. My experience was totally stress free. It was almost unbelievable. The best customer service ever.

Be aware of their shady business practices. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. They submitted an estimate to my insurance, once I told the estimator I was planning on paying out of pocket I was told there was an extra $500 fee that was not on the initial estimate.

Great location with knowledgeable and trustworthy experts.This place was a go to choice for my insurance on previous damage. I wanted estimates on a few things outside of insurance claims and stopped here due to previous good experience. Pete was open and honest about what was best for my car. Really happy with the price quoted and with the work performed. And they gave a great recommendation for a muffler spot too, which led to another great experience.

Caliber was extremely professional and everyone I interacted with was pleasant. They walked me through every step of the process, communication was perfect from the moment of drop off to when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Happy to have work done at this body shop! Got an appointment next day to have my car looked at and parts were ordered day of estimate. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Have had car repairs done at this bodyshop before and have been pleased. Works with your insurance company and car rental place to make a hassle free experience.

Pete, Mikey, and Itzel are AMAZING! I would very highly recommend Caliber on Touhy in Chicago for any body work and related needs. We had an accident on Saturday evening but the car was drivable. Brought it in Monday first thing, Pete immediately did the estimate and came back with important initial information on timing of the repairs and working with the insurance company. When I dropped the car off for service, Mikey walked me though everything, marked off all of the damage and talked me through the entire process and what to expect. Immediately they sent me a text message and followed up on that over the course of the repair to let me know what was up. Itzel was tremendous with follow up questions, scheduling and logistics. Picked up the car and it was in perfect condition and they even washed it! Thanks to the whole Caliber Chicago North team who made a stressful experience much much easier! They even got the car done a few days early!UPDATE: Got into a second accident in January. Had them tow my car to Caliber on Touhy. Even though they were swamped because it had just snowed, they took my car. Worked mostly with Mikey who is and remains AMAZING! Extremely communicative and gave me tons of updates. The car was a mess but they got it together and its in great shape. Wasn't sure about fixing an older car but Mikey helped reassure me that the car looked good and the damage was mostly cosmetic. Have had the car back a few months (sorry for the late review) and it's been great. Thanks again to Caliber! I hope to not get into any more accidents but if I did, would certainly come back to Caliber again.

I highly recommend the Caliber Collision on Touhy Avenue! They're one of qualified service location for my insurance, and I had their repair service twice on the bumper replacements. Both times my car was cleaned and much better looking than before. Staff are very welcoming, courteous, and helpful. They also demonstrated great communication so that I was never left wondering what happened to my car. Their customer service qualities really helped me to feel less stressed in such frustrating situations (car accidents). Give them a try!

Had a great experience on a big front end collision job. I felt well taken care of, Mike answered all my many questions throughout the process with patience and was extremely thorough. The work appears to be very well done, they took the time the job required, they made sure the job was done right. I m looking forward to driving my car again, it looks brand new again. Came in right before work to get a quick inspection done of my vehicle. I was looking at having to go through my insurance for a repair but Pete and his team took really good care of me and quickly took my car in and buffed out the damage. When I tried to pay they told me not to worry about it. I cancelled my claim and was on my way to work in no time. My vehicle was good as new!

Did a great job on my wife's car. Everything aligned properly and colors were spot-on. Looking at the invoice and it all seems very reasonable - hope they do the same for folks that don't go through insurance.

Caliber Collision North is the auto repair shop to take your vehicle to if you want a perfect repair. Michael the estimator, Pete the general manager and Intel the front office person were fantastic.Michael said that the job would be easypeazy and he was true to his wordThey told me it would take 5days and got the car back to me in 4days .The car was fixed perfect and it was washed inside and out .Any and all questions I had about the procedure were answered by Michael in detail . He spent a lot of time with me explaining what would be done to fix the vehicle damage .Pete worked with me on scheduling when I had a problem with my rental car company and even suggested a better company which turned out perfect .Rental car company picks up up at body shop and you can drop off car at body shop for rental pick up .Itzel was great in helping me with any problems or issuesThis is the place you want to use if you have damage on your vehicle.
