My car has extensive rear damage. Caliber Collision did an amazing job with repairs, with staff staying late to deliver the car early. They understand the necessity of a vehicle. My car looks like new and I am very happy. Great costumer service. Olga and Louis were very kind and informative. Highly Recommend this shop!

She was very, very customer service hands-on. She assisted me in my worries and was able to set me at rest even when I seem like a difficult customer. She was able to overlook those faults and assist me in a professional matter. She when beyond and above the Call of Duty and she did her homework with precision and with gratitude thanks again. Dreaded having to take my car to a repair shop. Caliber made this experience as smoothly as possible. From Olga (my initial contact via phone) to Luis at the shop and everyone else it was a good experience, everyone was friendly and I didn't feel rushed by anyone.I was kept in the loop via frequent text updates, and the car was ready when promised and in great shape. Very professional job. I would not hesitate to give them future business if needed (hope it won't be necessary though :), or to highly recommend them to others.

i was unaware that caliber collision existed until theinsurance company of the person who hit my car recommended them as a source for an estimate; i was also skeptical due to the source (the other insurance company, not mine) of the recommendation.was i ever positively and pleasantly surprised!!!my first interaction was with olga who scheduled the estimate appointment. on this and all subsequent interactions including when i picked up my car, olga was knowledgeable, professional, always ready and willing to explain and answer any questions i had, as well as being outgoing, cheerful and friendly.the two other employees i dealt with were wonderful as well and i would give them similar accolades. i was kept up to date via text on the status of my repairs and my car was ready when promised.additionally, two friends who know a lot more about cars than i commented on what a good job caliber had done.i was given a detailed accounting in writing of the work done and encouraged to call back if i had any questions, issues or concerns.it was great to see the positive teamwork there.i will recommend caliber to everyone i know who may one day need their services.i thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them.

I took my car here after an accident. Great service. Very polite and professional. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle. They speak Spanish and the repair work was excellent.

When getting a quote from this particular location confirm they are doing what you ask! I requested a quote and specifically requested what i wanted. When i was provided the details i double check to see if it included all of my needed services. Luis did not include it. Even during the estimate he continued to tell me what the insurance wouldn t cover. He had no idea what agreement was or what caused my damages. I did not continue service with them.

We have been so impressed with Caliber Collision. Everyone we have dealt with on our two occasions of working with them has been friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They listen and are thorough. Their work was impeccable, and it was finished when they said it would be. On top of it, they returned our car to us spotlessly clean, inside and out. We re happy to have found them and to know they re there if we need them.

Wondeful experience! This Irving Park Rd location has an extremely helpful and friendly staff across the board. This is not your typical repair shop, you can see first-hand that they truly take pride in their work and care about the service they provide! And they seriously care about your satisfaction. Hi my name is George and I want to share my experience with Caliber Collision, I want to say that the quality is the best, all staff were friendly and respectful, Alexis always share and called me with updates, my car was ready before the due day, Alexis is super helpful, professional and answered all my questions with knowledge and always kindly, also Holga was very respectful even though I canceled one of my appts, Holga reached out kindly and worried about me for not attending to the first appt, she understood the need of rescheduling my appt for the repairs, she accommodate my schedule to be able to achieve the goal of fixing my vehicle, thankyou all for the great experience.

Very happy with the work and speed of repairs. I was a little worried after reading a review on the length of time required to get some repairs done, but Caliber replaced the whole front end of my car before I even needed a rental car. They were right on on their time estimate and the work looks great. I hope I don't ever need a body shop again, but if I do, I'll use Caliber.Service: Body & Trim

The moment I left my car there, they kept in contact with me about my car and gave me any updates without me having to call. The expected ready date was spot on and even if it wasn t, I understand. There can be small delays, which is understandable. I got my car back looking even better then it did before. The left front was crashed so they had to remove almost everything on the front of the car. My state farm insurance recommended them to me to begin with and I am very glad I went with them. Highly recommend!

I got into a car accident this past month and chose Caliber Collision because they work with my car insurance. I dropped it off early Monday and they had my car ready by Thursday afternoon! Huge shoutout to Armando, Dominick, and the whole staff who did an outstanding job with the repairs as well as guiding me throughout the whole process. Will definitely come back in the future :)

Did you know they stand behind whatever they fixed as long as you have the car!! I replaced the new bumper for 2018 Mazda6 and covered it by insurance. This place is highly recommended by American family insurance.I'm satisfied with the paint quality and time. Incredible professional and also friendly service. Everyone in the office is so nice. They keep me posted by text and call all the time. Car wash, wax, and vacuum inside after job is done. Incredible after warranty.

Everyone was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. I was getting updates on my car and got if fixed in a short time. I have no complaints about the repairs. The vehicle looks the way it was before the accident. Picked it up nice and clean inside and out. I m giving big 10 for Caliber Collision! Definitely recommending their service!

The work done on my car was great, but it took an extremely long time to repair. I needed a bumper repair after being rear ended, and it took an entire month. After the 3rd week, my car was completed but there was a lot of miscommunication between them and my insurance. I went into the establishment after being told by my insurance everything was settled, and they explicitly told me, "your insurance is low-balling us" and turned me away. Very unprofessional.
