I've dealt with several body shops in my life but Caliber is easily the best. First-rate service, excellent customer care and super nice people. I was kept informed every step of the way and they actually finished early. No waiting for anything. They had a rental car set up. Couldn't have been easier. I'm not especially looking forward to another accident, but when/if it happens I won't have the added stress about finding the right place to have the work done. Great company. A++

I left a review about Caliber Collision (3363 Columbus AveChicago, IL 60652) which was solicited by the company after a $5000 repair they completed. My 2 line review with 2 stars indicated that they were unprofessional due in part to how they returned the car with paint residue which they didn't clean up. The reader can look at the attached picture.The manager (Arianna) called me and berated me for leaving a review calling them "unprofessional" and that they didn't have a car wash on premises. She also stated that my car was brought in "filthy" and therefore what I showed her on my picture was preexisting.The reader can determine if a car that had to be painted silver and now has the silver residue of paint as shown on the picture was preexisting or whether the shop missed a quality inspection and didn't clean up their work.I asked the manager if she thought she was being professional in this particular phone interaction. She said "since you said we were unprofessional, I'm going to be unprofessional now".Interesting way to do business in the least. Overall I would not use Caliber Collision, at least not the one with this manager (Arianna).I will add that the service advisor (Barry Wilson) and the office manager Janice were very helpful and pleasant and did assist in solving a different problem where the key to my car was lost.

Lexus: Awesome work. My car looks like brand new. Everyone was super helpful and nice. I loved getting daily texts about my car. Evrything was done few days before the promised date.

They have been super responsive and helpful answering all of my questions and keeping me informed about my repairs. Barry was super helpful to me and even helped me with questions about buying another car. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

super friendly but also very very money hungry. came in for just a bumper repair. they took 3 weeks to repair. they stated repeatedly they were waiting on the headlights. the headlights were working fine, it was unnecessary to switch them out. i also asked for additional repairs in the rear of my car. which they misunderstood, somehow, because once i got my car back, the rear was untouched and they had claimed that the front is what was stated and refuse to help out. anything with the front of my car was due to the accident, which the insurance should ve covered, but because i had asked for it separately, i had to pay out of pocket, which would ve been fine, if it was the correct placement. as far as the headlights, they only switched one and refused to switch the other. the headlight they had left, just flickers all the time. which they also won t switch out unless i pay another additional payment.the whole experience is super unsettling and very stressful. found them to not be helpful throughout the whole process.

Barry and his team are very knowledgeable. They took care of my situation very quickly and their work is immaculate. They don't talk to you like you're stupid. They completed the work days faster than expected I will take all of my vehicles here from now on.

Caliber collision was awesome from the first moment that I needed to make an appointment. They took my pictures. I was done in about 10 minutes. They kept me updated on the progress of when my car could be repaired. Then when my car was being repaired, I received daily text messages on the status of my car and my car came out. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and made me feel so comfortable.

Just as I was about to write a lengthy good review with no problems something else happened which showed me they did not throughly make sure all services were properly operational.I did test drive the car and there were no mechanical errors until the next day when I had to turn on my lights to leave out at 2:30 am for work . I mSure this is an easy fix .Arie and Janice are extremely professional . They actually listen to the concerns about the vehicle to duly communicate it with the service men. My car came back looking new , riding good,and still clean. They are a body shop so my car had to get transported to a different location for the actual mechanic maintenance. My concerns are :1. when Arie isn t there it seems like u will not get any updates about your car.2. Time changed and there was confusion on when my car would be ready . I was told one day and called and it was next week after what I was told.3. Came back to address this light error and once again . I wish I didn t have any issues.Enrique had to get the technician who actually worked on my car. If you fixed it you will continue to go over what you did. I like that .My car was sent to another shop called Lou s .. smh . Said I can drop my car off and come back tomorrow or just come tomorrow!!! No !! I have no other vehicle.. I have to work!! I turned in the rental once I got my car ! My suggestion was .. Can I drive there myself? Of course he had to call Arie!!I don t like being inconvenienced . They are going to get me a rental but the $100 hold would come out my pocket. SMH!!This is by appointment only however today I just drove up cause this light is irritating my eye sight. For the most part they are a good body shop .The low rating can be changed once I m confident my car has no other ongoing issues.11/10/2022 Once again my car has to be worked on. No one makes sure anything is properly fixed . No one gives the car a final walk through . I understand they have to send the cars to mechanics but once returned .. no one makes sure everything is put on the car. I m missing my protective cloth and covering .

I took my car here to get a bumper and the right side of my car to be repaired. After a week of not having my car they call me to pick it up on a Friday. Once I get there the car doesn't turn on. They tell me they'll call someone to take a look but since they don't open on the weekends I'll have to wait till Monday. Monday vibes and they tell me I have to wait till Tuesday. Tuesday comes and they tell me they fixed the issue. I leave the lot and it goes into anti theft mode, all the sensors don't work, everything on the dash like gas, temp, speedometer, revs, literally everything is going berserk. The car turns off while I'm driving and that's if I'm able to turn the car on since anti-theft mode keeps coming on. They tell me to take it to the dealership so they can check it out and if it was their doing they would pay for the damages. After a few days of it being at the dealership the main technician sends caliber collision the estimate to get started on the work because it seems like it was something they did. Caliber decides that it is not their fault and blame the problem on aftermarket lights. After about 2 months of my car being at the dealership they figure out that it was in fact caliber collision's fault because they caused a short on my rear bumper sensors that fried my BCM so the dealership sends a new estimate to caliber and they insisted it wasn't their fault because they blame aftermarket lights. The manager and the area manager are telling an EXPERIENCED technician. A technician with a DEGREE. A technician with MANY years of experience that he is wrong and that they're not paying for the damages they caused. Now I'm out over 3 grand because they want to act like children and don't want to be held liable for something they did.And this was just a shorter version of my story without all of that back and forth these people did with the dealership and myself trying to find something to blame it on that wasn't them.I would highly recommend going here if you have the extra time and money to waste.I hope I never hear from these people ever again unless it's an apology and my money back.

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my car . They made it super easy for me to get the prearranged rental car that was provided while my car was being repaired ! I received text messages during the repair process to keep me informed of the progress of the repair . Needed to get access to my mom's car to clean it out. Battery was dead so opening doors and trunk was a struggle but they jumped it quick, got the plates off and we were done in less than an hour. Thank you so much.

I called to just confirm that my car was towed in (because I received a text saying it was). Both people I talked to over the phone were extremely rude and disrespectful. Based off that alone, I m glad my car wasn t brought in because I would find someone else to work on it. What type of customer service is that?

Vehicle was ready way before anticipated completion date. Kept me informed by text on a daily basis on repair phases. Staff was polite and friendly! Caliber did an AMAZING job on my vehicle! This place is a total scam and I wouldn t recommend it to ANYONE. My wife had an accident and had front bumper damage. We decided to use this location due to the reviews and the fact that they were listed as one of the businesses associated with State Farm s network. The car was dropped off and we received an estimate from Caliber via State Farm. We would find out that the estimate was based on a visual inspection (the car was never taken apart). My wife spoke with the insurance company and decided to take the payout and get the car fixed on her own.Fast forward to a week and a half later we contacted Caliber Collision and was told that we would receive a text once they were ready to work on it and at that point my wife would let them know if she wanted to pay a $150 disassemble fee so that they could see what exactly needed to be fixed on the truck. We never received a text and after contacting my friend who is a mechanic we decided to pick up the truck and take it to his shop. Upon arriving at Caliber the truck was disassembled and now the manager Arie wanted to act like she was doing us a favor by waiving the $150 fee for disassembling it when no one never told her to take it apart to begin with. Then she proceeded to tell us we could take it as is (no bumper or headlights attached) or have it towed to the other shop.Long story short, Caliber decided to put the headlights on so she could drive it away & put the bumper in her tailgate. This place is a ripoff ($630 (labor not included) for a front plastic grill that cost only 150-200 max). Ari s custom service skills leave a lot to be desired and trust me if you want to save yourself a headache find another location to take your vehicle.

Car came back looking brand new. Lines were even and clean. Best communication I ve ever had from a repair shop. The office is also very clean and the receptionist was really nice. Definitely a 5 experience.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Caliber Collision. The staff was friendly, and very professional. The work done on my car was outstanding. I received progress updates often.
