*TIMELY AND INFORMATIVECLIENT COMMUNICATION*ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT AND FAST SERVICELiberty mutual sent me to them for a repair after a previous accident by their insured client.As soon as I set the appointment to bring in the car caliber called me and followed up , gave me a date and sent updates via text and responded to them quick if I had any concerns !They finished super fast and followed up the entire time !This is good customer service

Caliber Collision was recommended by my car insurance so I took a chance. My passenger doors were damaged in an accident. They stated that it would take 7 days to repair. However, my vehicle was ready in 4 days. When I picked up the vehicle I couldn't tell that the car was even damaged. They did a great job on the repair. However, I noticed that some adhesive was left on the roof of the vehicle and a paint nick on the driver side rear door. I took it back the next day and the adhesive was removed and they offered to repair the paint nick. I was unable to take the vehicle back during the available time but I was told if I change my mind to contact the insurance and let them know.As far as the customer service, Chris the service advisor kept me informed via text the entire time which was great!! Elaina the office manager was awesome and very professional. There was one guy there who I thought was rude but my interaction with him was limited.The plus about this location is that Enterprise is connected to the shop. So you drop off your vehicle and pick up your rental at the same location. That was a win win for me!! The reps at Enterprise were awesome and very accommodating.I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I had to take my vehicle back to get the adhesive removed. Overall, it was a great experience.P.S. Take pictures of your vehicle before you drop it off and when you pick it up.

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job repairing damage to my Lexus after a car accident. I feel like I have a brand new vehicle, even though it's quite old. Very professional service all around.

I honestly chose Caliber Collision as they re local and approved by my insurance company. However, they exceeded all of my expectations. I worked with Chris, but also interacted with the GM and their lovely front of office as well, and they were just as professional and courteous. Having Enterprise on site is extremely beneficial too. My vehicle looks amazing, they kept an open and clear line of communication on the status of my repairs and claim status, and I felt like they went above and beyond through the entire process. Highly recommend!

I have gotten my car repaired at this shop twice. Once for a hit and run in a parking lot where someone dented my passenger rear fender. This repair required placing resin on the rear fender, disassembling the rear bumper, repainting the areas, and recalibrating the rear parking sensors. The second time was where another driver rear-ended me at low speed, which required disassembly of the rear bumper and repainting. Both times this shop was quick, thorough, and did a great job in making the repair. It is very clear to me that they are determined in making the best repair that is possible. They were also fast, getting these done in 2-4 business days. Very transparent on what costs are coming from and they kept me updated via text messages.Also very convenient that there is a rental car agency in the same building. Great service, highly recommend.

From the friendly front desk staff to the over-communicative and kind repair agent, Maurice, I had a great experience with this crew. I m fortunate to say this was a first for me and my car. I appreciated the patience, communication and the clean condition of the car which was returned an earlier date than what was projected. Hope to never do this again for obvious reasons but if I do, I ll be back here. Thanks for taking care of us (me and my car!).

What a great shop with professional service and genuine care!Ryan from the management exceeded my expectations after an issue with another shop trying to blame Caliber for an issue the other shop caused posted my repairs at CC. Given his genuine care for customer satisfaction, Ryan was willing to resolve the issue even though it was caused by another shop. Ryan certainly knows customer care. Now I know not to work with another shop again. :)

I was in a car accident and I choose Caliber Collision based on their reviews and I was not disappointed. Chris was my assigned representative. He did an amazing job on keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs, very professional and got me back in my car before the promise date. The car was nicely washed and cleaned inside and out. I m hoping I don t need them in the future. But, if I do. I will use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Timely and good at providing updates. Christopher did a good job of guiding me through the process. Not sure how they compare price-wise, but if you're going through insurance this is a great shop to come to.

I ve not ever excited when I have car body damage; however, when I do, I ll go to this Caliber Collision. Being on the south side, this location is convenient. I ve now been to this location twice in 5 years. This time it was a mix of insured work and out-of-pocket work. Chris did good estimates that were not exceeded. The estimate for the work I was paying for direct was reasonable compared to other places.Their schedule to do the work was even better. They got me in nearly immediately and got done in a reasonable time. My car was ready as promised! I was so happy to have my car back.Having the Enterprise in the same building was definitely convenient.I hope to not have to do this again anytime soon but if I have to, I m going back to this Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Chris and everyone at Caliber Collision was great! Very professional and very easy to work with. My vehicle was involved in an accident and it looks brand new now! They did an awesome job. Would highly recommend them!

Everything from start to finish with Caliber Collision was seamless. They have the friendliest staff amongst maybe *any* business in Chicago I ve ever had to work with. Chris specifically was amazing through the entire process. He kept me updated while my car was getting repaired and had it ready way earlier than we initially anticipated. If you need your car repaired in any way, I cannot recommend this location and their staff enough.

Let's be clear - no one wants to be in a position where they need repairs done to their vehicle. But alas, "accidents happen." The team at Caliber Collision were amazing: communicative throughout the process, friendly and clear about setting expectations. My agent, "Chris" kept in regular contact and provided me with updates - every other day. He lead the effort to return my car before the date it had been promised. Wow! Listen, I literally cannot sing the praises of this team enough. Now understand - I never want to see (or need) them again - but should an "accident happen," I will not hesitate to give them a call and/or recommend friends/family and others, do the same!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff here is amazing. Having body work done after an accident is stressful and the staff made it much easier. My car was ready early which ended up being the week of Thanksgiving. I was out of town so they worked with me on scheduling a pick up when I was back. Highly recommend.

Professional, patient, work looks great! Edwin at Caliber Collision in the West Loop, Chicago, was excellent to work with and helped make an unpleasant accident situation much more pleasant. The repairs were done swiftly and I had my car back quicker than expected. I had a great experience with this shop! I experienced auto theft on a piece to my car, and the process was very easy thanks to the staff here. The front desk employees and mechanics were all so nice and friendly! They were also communicative and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend this shop and would return again if needed!Service: Exhaust

The rental pickup was in the same building, which made getting a rental car very convenient! They began the rental for 3 days, stating you don t have to return the car on that date, it is simply a placeholder date until we get a more specific time estimate. Well, lo and behold, I picked up my car after those 3 days. The car runs smoother and quieter than it did before my converters were stolen, and my mileage is even a little better.

Caliber repaired a crumpled rear corner of the vehicle that had backed into a pillar. It was easy to schedule vehicle dropoff and pickup. The repair was done in the time promised and the vehicle looks great--no trace of the damage from the accident. Professional service, would highly recommend.

We brought our car in for some body & trim work along the bumper areas and a back panel. The shop was very helpful from start to finish, explaining everything and working with our insurance company.
