My family has done business with them for over fifteen years. They are no longer open on Saturdays. They do exceptional work. You get in and out in a timely manner or they give you a time to be back for your vehicle. They are upfront and honest about their work.

Excellent shop. If I can help it this is the only place I take my car. They do a good job with my car and I trust them, something which cannot be overrated. They've even taken the time to send another shop an estimate for the work on my vehicle when I was unable to get the car to their shop. So they took time out of their busy schedule to help get me a better deal at a different repair shop when they got nothing in return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Took my car here for a check engine light $2600+ and 3 additional visits and the light is still on. It was like pulling teeth to get them to call you back. 1st experience was half way decent. Prices really not competitive. 2nd and 3rd have been a waste of oxygen. I have called twice now on two vehicles that needed repair.i was told both times I would be called back and never was.They needed to check parts. As I sat and wasted hours waiting I could have contacted another mechanic.clearly they must not need the business. A simple call back would have been appreciated..

(got service 1 year ago) They did not diagnose my engine code correctly, paid several hundred dollars for repairs that weren't needed (code came back). They ended up replacing my perfectly fine CAT converter that they told me was bad. So they got my money plus a GM CAT that was perfectly fine.

Love these guys. They're honest, explain everything in detail and are quick to get you back on the road. They impress me regularly. I highly recommend choosing this family owned business for your maintenance and repairs.

If you are getting your car serviced here, only let them do brake and rotors, other than that do not, (I repeat do not get any electrical work or any other engine work done to your car).I been coming here for years for brakes and rotors and decided to let them put a engine in my car and They did a very, very poor and sloppy job on it, with wires hanging that I had to repeatedly come back and forth to the shop for repairs and they still couldn t correct it and still charge me till the point where I had to go somewhere else. They are not mechanically inclined when dealing with major issues with your car. Thank God I was able to go to another shop and get their problems corrected. Please take your car elsewhere....Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Our vehicle turned off on the highway on our way home. The tow truck service (J. C. Towing and Recovery Service Inc.) suggested Cabrales. They were not able to fix our vehicle due to a part only the dealer was able to program. We are not from IL, Jr. allowed my family and I to stay at the shop until we figured out a plan, found a ride and found a hotel. He was extremely professional, helpful and not to mention kind. He allowed us to leave our vehicle there until we were able to tow it to the dealer the next day. Jr pointed us to the right direction since my husband and I couldn't think staraight. If we lived anywhere near the shop I would definitely take my vehicles there and absolutely refer my friends and family. And to top it off they have a Keurig in the waiting area ;)

Good place to go for all around service for your car. Those guys are great. Whatever the problem is with your car they will explain and show you with experience.

Lyft drivers, if you schedule an appointment to get a vehicle inspection here please call in as well because according to the service tech they don't get notifications of scheduled appointments through the app, no email notifications or anything they also advised me that early 8 am was they're preferred time to assist in vehicle inspections.

They will tell you what's wrong with your vehicle first before servicing it, and will go the Xtra mile and clean out a hose, or clean up something else at no extra charge!
