Great service. Been bringing my cars here for seven years, or so. They actually take photos of the repair issue and text the pics to you. They don't do the work until you text them back and approve of the work. Ocan and his crew are top-notch.

Would recommend to anyone! I have taken my car here twice and the service is fast and they are so helpful. They only repair what is immediately necessary and definitely don't try to scam you into additional repairs. I will take my car here every time!

I trust these guys. They are reasonable. They are good. And they are fast. Four cars for the last 17 years all go here for repairs.

We took our truck to Bucaro Bros to have it fixed. We were charged over $2000 to have the issue fixed and months later the exact same issue occurred. We had to have the truck towed because it wouldn't start. Once they charged the battery and got it started, we were told to come pick it up (unfixed) and go to the dealer because they don't have time to find and fix the problem. In a nutshell, they took our money. I do not suggest anyone patronize this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2014 and have never had anything but good experiences. Okan and the rest of the team at Bucaro Brothers consistently provide fair pricing for quality work. Today I went in to get a tire checked after intermittently seeing the indicator light on the dashboard.Staff was friendly, welcoming, and listened to what I thought might be the issue. They replaced a cracked tire stem for a reasonable price, and sent me on my way.I am having a better week because of them and can now drive home to see my family for the holiday.Thank you, Bucaro Brothers Auto Care!

I ve sworn by Bucaro for years, and I ve sent a number of friends here who now swear by them as well. Everyone here is really nice and knowledgeable. My poor old car has always been treated well and fairly by Bucaro, and yours will be too! So lucky to have found truly honest mechanics with fair prices and sound advice.

My battery was completely drained so one of the guys from the shop came out with a portable battery. He was able to get my car started after 2 others were not. I was able to drive to the shop and have my car hooked up to the charging station. The excellent service they provided saved me the cost of a tow and a new battery

super super rude, you would think someone who is in business "30 years" would know what customer service is. Overpriced and cuts you short. Know it all attitude. If this is how their customer service is just imagine the kind of business tactics they run behind the scenes. Would not trust them with a go kart let alone a car.*In response to owners reply below: Told the owner the car battery has a drain, after testing it, negative sparking, new alternator and me replacing the battery 3 times in the last 4 years with this latest battery being only 7 months old. I asked to bring the car in for diagnostic work to find out where the drain is coming from, they specifically advertise this service on their website. He tells me in his 30 years experience it has to be the battery since, even after I told him its not because i have change the battery and its new. He then proceeds to call me a liar about replacing my battery and hangs up on me. HAHA. Thats right this guy without even seeing the car calls me a liar after I am telling him what the problem is and then hangs up on me when i am calling to bring the car in for diagnostic work so he can help determine where a drain is coming from. Unreal folks.

Cannot recommend this place enough - they are super helpful. Take the time to explain everything and offer fair prices. Not to mention, their texting/website communication about the services needed and their breakdowns is very user friendly.

Im sure this shop does great work but I didnt get that far. Received a very detailed from Okan a few hours after dropping off my car. They included the specific part numbers that the repair would require. Doing my homework before just signing a quote I googled these parts and realized the shop was charging 100% over the cost. I understand a mark up, that's how they make money but this seemed like a lot. So Okan and I spoke on the phone. After about 30 seconds he said "Let me tell you I can afford to do this.. I dont like dealing with people like you and I dont like you, come get your car before 6." This seemed about 10x ruder than the conversation warranted. A simple "This is my price, take it or leave it" would of been more appropriate. Its great your business is doing well, but I dont think you should ever talk to a customer.. or anyone that way. Especially in a customer facing industry. Im sure they do great work judging by the detailed quote i received, just as long as you dont question anything they tell you...

I own a Fiat and hence, have a lot of experience with various mechanics in town. After hearing all of the trouble I have had over the years, a co-worker told me about Bucaro and said they were THE PLACE I COULD TRUST with future repairs. Bucaro has exceeded my expectations every time-I am treated promptly and well, and their costs are very fair. This is the most honest car repair facility I have ever done business with. I have been a customer for years and refer all my friends here. Their work is excellent, very fair prices and complete explanation of services. Most importantly if they don t think you need a service they will tell you. This is definitely my go to place for all car issues. The are so neighborly while also professional. Explaining everything clearly without my ever feeling talked down to, they have helped me out with a lot of car issues at incredibly fair prices. My husband brought his car in to replace the battery that was still under warranty. When the mechanic called, he told him that the warranty was expired, stating the battery said the warranty was 30 months, even though our paperwork said 36 months (it s been 33 months since he replaced his battery). The mechanic stated if we had a long standing relationship with them that he would just go ahead and replace it for free, and my husband told him that I typically always bring my car there, to which the mechanic replied that I haven t been there since 2018. I sold my car in 2019 and bought a new one in 2021, so I currently only bring it to the dealer.My husband questioned why the paperwork said 36 months, and after some back and forth, eventually got the battery replaced under warranty, and paid for an oil change. The mechanic told my husband that neither of us are welcome back there, and even said I know your type . I m mortified that he was spoken to this way. Bucaro Brothers is the only mechanic we ve brought our cars to the 10+ years we ve lived in the city (outside of the dealer), and I ve referred many Lakeview neighbors here on social media.They ve now lost two customers and future referrals because we used a warranty our paperwork from them said we were entitled to. My dad owned a body shop for 25 years and never ran his business like this.Services: Battery, Oil change

Really honest, professional and fast service! We bought a used 2017 Lincoln that had some problems. Took it here Wednesday, car was diagnosed, quoted and fixed by Thursday within 24 hours. They replaced all 4 brakes and rotors and ordered and replaced 2 tires. Will definitely be back. Fair price and great guys.Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

The owner, Okan, took amazing care of us. I came to him after a poor experience at our Ford delearship and I am really glad we did. The service was very reasonably priced, very quick (same day), and I really felt comfortable and trusting of how to address the issues. These guys are great and I ll definitely be back when our car needs service next. Thank you again.

They were so helpful and kind - they helped me figure out that my issue might be covered under warranty and printed out resources for me - they said don t let them push you around (talking about the car dealership) and I am so happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend

I was taught early in life that you need to have a lawyer, a plumber and an auto mechanic that you can trust. I still haven't found the lawyer and plumber but Bucaro Brothers are the mechanics I trust. I was referred to them by a friend I and I thank him often. My engine light went off twice and both times I took it to BB. Each time I took my car home feeling that they were honest and did a great job. Furthermore they did it for a fair price. I rarely write reviews but will for those companies I think deserve it. As for those people who wrote bad reviews because of a phone call... you definitely made a mistake because knowing a trustworthy auto mechanic is worth their weight in gold....

I went to and called several different shops to get assistance for an electric scooter which was in need of welding repair and everyone turned me down except for these exceptional guys at Bucaro Brothers. They were accommodating, professional, fast, kind, and downright wonderful people. I can't tell you how impressed I was and how different their approached was to my situation compared to others. It wasn't a car so everyone said no but these guys said yes and had it done for me same day. I rarely write reviews and it's often cause I have a complaint but not this time. Thank you guys for your assistance and I can guarantee you that moving forward all of my business will be with you pros. So good to see businesses like yours still exist in a sea of mediocre services. Loved it! You guys rock!

I started going to Bucaro because of convenience between work and home. Even after we moved further away I still take my car there because of the fantastic service. Prices always seem to come in lower than expected and turnaround time is always quick. Would highly recommend.

I've been using them since 2002 and have trusted them to repair and service my Corvettes and Range Rover Sport. They are professional, trustworthy, and always do a great job without trying to gouge you or charge for unnecessary repairs. I would recommend skipping the dealership and bringing your car to the super-clean shop at Bucaro Brothers!

I've been using them for three years now, and they are always great! These guys really go above and beyond. When you find an honest and generous mechanic, you stick with them. If you don't believe me - check out all the other reviews. Bucaro Brothers is awesome.

Most friendly front of house / customer service I've ever experienced at a repair shop. More importantly, they gave quality and help feedback related to the repairs needed. Finally, they honored original quote even though the work required exceeded it. Not enough positive things to say about Bucaro Bros.

I highly recommend Bucaro Brothers which is owned by Okan. There is a myth out there that you cannot trust your auto mechanic -- but you can definitely trust Okan and Bucaro Brothers. I have been going to them for over 10 years and time and again they demonstrate that they only do the work that is needed and nothing extra. Recently I got my annual check-up at the European dealership where I bought my car. And the pricing they were quoting vs. Bucaro was significantly higher. I trust Okan and his team and once you go to Bucaro you will keep coming back.

I read the reviews and Bucaro Brothers are all that and more. I had front and back breaks installed on my Audi and they finished on time and then one of the brothers proceeded to review the bill and work. Oh, and they checked my friends car who was having problems with a sensor on her Honda, they did it right there, customer service rocks! You re the best Bucaro bros!
