Gonzalo is the best! Definitely recommend him. He s so nice and a very sweet guy. He goes out of his way to help customers. Does his job quickly and efficiently, very helpful man.

Note to self: stop going here for car maintenance! I've been going here for over 20 years but now they charge exactly what the Toyota dealership charges. Two days ago we got one of our two Toyota hybrid cars serviced at the dealership and we paid $130 for oil & filter change and tire rotation. Today we took the other one in to the Cornell BP station for the exact same maintenance assuming it would be cheaper. The bill was identical. When I told the lady at BP this, she flat out said she didn't believe me, which is just rude. I told her I could show her the receipt. Then she said that they use a special synthetic oil for hybrids, that's why the cost is high. As if the Toyota dealership would use anything else for cars that require synthetic oil. The thing is that BP has no fixed prices -- they charge you what they think they can get away with. I had made it a point to ask Toyota if their charges change for different cars and they said no and pointed to the displayed price chart. It's just not worth going to this local mechanic.

We phoned on Jan. 10 asking if we could stop in because my Sienna van was suddenly making a bad structural noise, and we had to get back home to Michigan that day. It was 3:45 and the repair shop was closing at 4, but they said they'd wait for us to get there. We arrived at 3:55. The mechanic, Sam?, put the van on the lift and looked at everything carefully. He also took us out in it, going several blocks. He spotted a non-vital component on one wheel that could use replacing but wasn't a crisis. He spent 30 minutes with us! And the really nice, classy lady who seemed in charge rang us up for only $20 after she'd said it would be $40 when we'd called. Very kind of her! We did make it home, and van still has noise but is driving fine. They seem like honest people running a good little business. I admire that.

I told them I was hearing a sound on the passenger side rear. The woman was asking me what was wrong with my truck. I told her I don't know that's why I'm bringing the truck. 4 hours laterthey called me and told me I had to have a bearing in the front replaced and rear end work but they didn't indicate on the paperwork what the quotes was. They lied I just had front-end work done.I told them I was going back to get my truck from them. And by the way they still had not given me a quote me to wait until the next day they wanted me to wait until

Got my battery changed here and paid for an "electrical check." My car failed to start again 2 days later, and so I called for assistance, since the electrical check was supposed to give an indication of whether anything else was wrong. They offered to come check out the car again, but couldn't figure out what was wrong and then wanted to charge me for coming out to check on it and doing a second electrical check. Service was done in bad faith--would NOT recommend going here.

Super rude! I paid CASH for my gas and the African guy pocketed some of the cash and argued with me telling me I gave him a lesser amount. He immediately gave me the money he pocketed and owed me as soon as I came in, but still tried to argue with me. Dishonest business. Dishonest customer service. Dishonest location. Won't be going back here. There's another BP right around the next block I never had a problem with.

Do NOT trust this mechanic. What an awful experience. I trusted Sam to fix a problem I had. I only needed one fuse replaced in order for my car to shift gears and he charged me over 200$ and also caused MORE problems. He took out other fuses without replacing them. I asked you to fix one problem, not cause 5 more. This guy rips you off.

The clerk was awful and didn't want to help me with my gas situation I tried explaining to him that the pump didn't work but he didn't believe me even though I showed him I was still on empty and nothing was coming out and refused to help me and threw my money right at me and told me to leave. Please fire him he was working on November 15th around 5:45pm

Great service and clean gas station. The employees are very kind and helpful. I have been coming to this station for many years, they have taken very good care of all my services and make sure to keep me up to date.

They overcharged me for a repair, and then lost the key to my car. No one wanted to take responsibility. Major hassle, will not go back.

This place is always gross and most of the people working here are rude. Luckily there's BP gas station two blocks away. That's where I'll be going from now on.

She tells me the mechanic was on lunch but I can clearly see he's not hes working on a car only needed a plug.

Horrible customer service, and if you are open 24hours find people who wants to work , went there to get a soda and I asked the guy that was working what kind of soda do they have he states 7up and Pepsi, so I looked through the glass door and they have more brands of soda , horrible customer service
