I needed a car transported from Illinois to Florida, went to the BKK Transport website and filled out my information and got a very reasonable quote. I got an email confirming my reservation and a call a few days before the car was picked up to confirm. The business was in constant communication before the car was picked up and after to provide time estimates of when the driver would be picking up the vehicle and then vehicle drop off. Great service, stress free. Highly recommend and would use again.Service: Vehicle transport

This company has great reviews. I read them too. Perhaps there was a time, in the past, they deserved the good reviews. I'm telling you this is no longer the case. After being assigned to this 3rd party company thru Shiply and doing my research I went with these guys and THEIR offer. I paid my deposit instantly.was today they would contact me I. 2 to 4 days...nope it was 6 days before any contact. Was told the driver would contact me 4 to 12 hours in advanced..this is when it gets ugly. I was called by a person from BKK told me someone would be here with 4 hours however, there is now a $250 extra charge that must be paid by time my 2 motorcycles were dropped off....wait what? After what turned into several conversations with at least 3 employees I was told i have to pay the extra $250 because they're bringing a different trailer and the original contract did not matter to them and that the would keep my deposit and charge me an extra 150 to cancel a contract they wrote and signed off on. I hate bashing companies...hate it. This is 100% buyer beware with these guys. My next stop is Shiply who has also not Contacted me in the time they dictated...awesome. I will never use either of these companies.As long as you don't mind a tremendous amount of stress, horrid communication, being strong armed and threatened, being treated horribly for services you're paying for and then doing everything that comes with credit card disputes they these 2 companies are awesome and just what you're looking for.

Received quotes from several transport brokers, including BKK through a website. Their price was the most competitive. Understanding a little about how the business worked, I knew my request to pickup a vehicle on the east coast and bring it to the Midwest would be posted on a board for drivers to see and accept based on the bid. After a week, due to location and routes, I offered to increase the bid and a driver accepted within a couple of days.During this time, other brokers were circling back with me and offering to pick it up "immediately" with a slightly higher price. Going to another broker does not help. It will be posted on the same boards as your first broker's and only causes confusion. Be patient and know that when a driver is available that will be near your pickup area, they will check the boards if they have space/availability.Once the quote was accepted, I received the driver's proof of liability insurance and their contact information immediately. My vehicle was delivered on time, as promised, and in the same condition as it was picked up. My only reason for knocking off a star is because I was the one that had to check with BKK for updates.

They gave me the best price out of 30 other quotes....then car was picked up next day to my surprise. To finish it off they beat their expected drop off by 2 days. Beyond satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

I do not recommend this company at all. In the beginning I was told to give 3 business days to find a carrier. BKK was contacted on a Thursday. On the fourth business day I had to reach out to the transporter to see if a carrier was found. I was told not yet. Within 15 minutes of being told not yet I received a text message saying a carrier was found however they wanted $1,200.00 to transport from TN to CA. The listing on the board was for $1,100.00. I agreed to up it to $1,200.00 and then BKK came back saying $1,300.00. At that point I said never mind. I decided to cancel with BKK and when I called in to advise them of this I was told I m no buddy and just a customer . BKK Transport was advised verbally and in writing that there was to be no charge on my credit card. BKK Transport stated that my card was not going to be credited because it was there fee for doing work. One the invoice that was received to me via email it clearly states that the customer can cancel before a carrier is found and would receive a full refund. By pass calling this company. Do not waste your time calling them.

It does not deserve even one star. Eight weeks ago I was told my car would be picked up within 5 days. No communication save when I called. and each week I was told it would be that week and certainly the next. The only person I could talk to was Ian who was disrespectful and very unprofessional. He was rude, will not listen, talked over me whenever I tried to ask a question or clarify pick up. He acted like a complete bully. After four weeks I canceled the order and requested that he take it off the national board. He refused to do so and told me he would not remove it and if others posted he would repost for $10 more. In effect he has sabotaged my efforts to have other companies do the work for me. As I understand it, transport companies don't want to get in the midst of price wars and do not pick up cars that have multiple listings.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Have been having cars and bikes shipped for years, then I came across BKK doing a Google search. Gave them a call and I was really happy that I did as they even beat Uship quotes.Car was picked-up on time in NY and delivered to my home in Chicago the very next day. NO BS , fantastic driver, and the folks at BKK office extremely helpful, and I MEAN EXTREMELY HELPFUL.All calls and questions answers promptly, great price and great folks!Would use again and would also recommend to others. So before going the Uship or other brokers I really suggest that you give BKK a call.I put accepts credit cards and I believe they do but make sure you ask as I used Pay Pal.

WARNING: DO NOT GO THROUGH BKK TRANSPORT. Choose any other company! Absolutely terrible customer service. The owner will treat you terribly and you wont be able to understand him. He lies about a deadline just to get you to go with them. When I called all I could hear is his children screaming in the back ground. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. And if you get any damage to your vehicle he will not do anything to help you. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THROUGH BKK TRANSPORT. Im not a competitor trucking company. Or anything like that. So if his response is trying to lie about that too Do not believe it. If they make and error and you cancel they will not reimburse you your deposit. Didnt send any Contract saying non refundable. And Changed prices once he has you locked in. IAN is a crook! I told him I wouldn't leave a review on how it all went down if he just paid me my deposit back. But he cared to much about taking my money then a review. There are alot of trucking companies that will treat you right. So Dont even deal with this one. !!!!!

1-Star cannot begin to match up to the service they provide...seriously, look at all the Yelp reviews (I don t know how their Google score is above a 1).Not only did they agree to pick up the vehicle between a predetermined range of dates but they then missed those days after repeated inquiries as to the actual pickup time. On the final day of the stated pickup range that was initially given they said oops we thought we had more time to pick it up. They then proceeded to change the predetermined price and stated that nobody would pick it up unless extra was paid..seriously?They purposely wait until they have you locked in and then change the price on you, read the other reviews below - it s not just this unhappy/swindled customer, there are others stating the same below on Google (and plenty others on Yelp).And let me guess what their response will be... this customer is not telling the truth or this is the worst customer ever.. This isn t kindergarten so why doesnt the company own their mistake and learn how to do better business with real people. (There s someone on Yelp who literally posted their phone records and conversations of the owner badgering them to take down a similar negative review).Fred Flinstone s car would do a better job. A literal rock.Stay away at all costs.

Most reliable company I have ever used compared to other 10 companies. Can not be better than this service. Locating a trucker with theirs logistics services is more than I was expecting .Very honest and friendly shipping expert is always to help .

Do not use bkj , I received my car damaged and covered in oil because of the drivers lack of care . My car is a convertible and now my top is covered in oil because he did not check to see the car above mine was leaking horribly. Now I am taking him to court.

They shipped my car from Colorado to Maryland. My experience was great. There time was accurate and the price was convenient. For sure I recommend them.

Best company i have used to ship my dealer cars .I hired them few times and all shippings were very good .They have truck drivers available all us nationwide and on weekly base and of most areas 2 to 3 times a week .Dispatcher and drivers are doing their job with love .I have recommend them to few of my friends and they are happy as well.

What a absolute jerk. Speaks terrible english and when you ask him to speak clearly, he replys" I speak five differant languages, what lanquage do you speak" Guess who was born here and who was not? Again, what a jerk.
