Trusted and honest.Pep boys told me I had a broken tie rod. They wanted to charge me a lot $390. I m traveling through from Georgia. Heading to Philadelphia next. Being a little concerned about having a problem in the middle of nowhere, I asked JOe to have a look at it. He put it up on the lift looked at it, had the part right there to replace it. He told me not to worry many more miles of life on it. No charge thanks Joe. God will bless your honesty.

I brought in my 2001 Audi A4 due to mechanical & muffler issues and this place did a fantastic job on the car. I was able to fix my muffler and mechanical issues here. The company to customer dialogue was equally good, professional an straightforward. Truly the job was very complex. The company is top quality, ethical & superb and in this day in age it's hard to find such highlights anywhere really. I can't stress that enough. This place has culture.The company has been around forever and in good standing, known for great executions in custom works & mechanical details. Top top of the line in customs.I left feeling that the shop's culture is truly ethical & respectful and this for me is a major, I'm sure most would agree when "shopping". Authentic care & not plastic smiles or welcomes. But they and owner truly truly cherish their customers and future customers to be.The car was treated with respect & same with it's customers, they definitely understand we're humans and in a crazy world it's most favored.Because service & ethics are the symphonic notes of a quality company, I rate it 5 stars in my book.

Joe was very professional and trustworthy. He makes sure you know exactly what's going on with your car and what needs to be done to fix it. Not only was Joe incredibly accommodating by getting my car in within an hour of me calling with a sensor issue I had been having that was causing my car to die, and the traction control would randomly kick on causing me to not be able to accelerate.but he also was done within a few hours. He charged me more than fair pricing and even included an oil change for me so I wouldn t have to come back later. I felt extremely comfortable speaking to him explaining the issues I was experiencing and being confident I knew which sensor it was that was causing the problems. He confirmed that I was correct in diagnosing it and just overall made me feel like I was being listened to.he was so polite and professional, and it really made me feel at ease. Being a woman, we really experience quite the opposite most times when walking into a body shop or mechanic office. I will definitely be recommending BJ s and I will be coming back here without a second thought.Service: Oil change

Earlier this month I had some car battery issues and was shopping around for a new local mechanic, tried this place, and am pleased - I found my new place! Joe was extremely helpful and polite. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service in addition to great work on my car. It wasn't condescending toward me (female) as some other places happen to be. I felt very comfortable here. Prices were reasonable. Very honest and up front work! Highly recommended.Services: Electrical, Battery

I am blown away by this auto shop! My car has been a major issue for two years. Every time I bring it somewhere to have something fixed, a new issue pops up. It has had a terrible noise for nearly a year that no one could figure out. I took my car to BJ's and not only was the pricing the best that I have experienced in YEARS, but they treated me like a regular. Not only did they fix the issue I brought my car in for, but they also got rid of that noise! I will never bring my car anywhere else. It feels brand new.

Went for an oil change and to check up on battery because the starter was making weird sounds. They told me the battery and the electrical system are in perfect condition and not to worry. A few weeks later battery died. I used their services in the past too, and they're mostly fine, EXCEPT for anything electrical. As a woman who admittedly knows very little about cars past the very basics, it can be hard to find a good auto shop. Well, I've finally found that place! Everyone at BJ's was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change, but I also asked them to check to see why my windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying. They took the time to show me what was wrong and why it happened (cracked windshield wiper fluid pump because of a missing fog light cover).The owner, Joe, was so kind. He got the part the same day, and made sure to accommodate me coming back later with my schedule. Plus I really feel like his prices are EXTREMELY fair. I will definitely be coming here from now on for all of my car's maintenance and repairs. I was experiencing an issue with my car refusing to start, and a close family friend recommended this shop to me. I was greeted by Joe, who was extremely friendly and professional! He explained the testing/diagnostics process to me and I left my car at the shop. The problem turned out to be the battery, which had broken completely and very suddenly (it happened when I tried to repark my car at the gym, just seconds after my original park - wouldn't jump-start). They replaced it for a very fair price, which was tremendously helpful for a student like myself, big thank you to Joe! Highly recommend, and will certainly come back if I have any car troubles that I can't handle myself!

If you need brakes, come and see Jimmy! When I called him for the quote, he walked me through everything my previous mechanic did wrong - he described my issues exactly as they happened. I made the appointment, took the van in, and my brakes are better than when I bought it!! I am not kidding. Prices were reasonable, car was in-and-out the same day, and he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge. Had to order kind of unique tires for my car. Called several places, everybody said maybe a week. These guys said 1-2 days, including ordering the tires. They came through as promised. Highly recommend them.Service: TiresService: Tires

No other shop had touched my vehicle in over ten years. In my opinion, BJ's Auto Repair Shop is the most thorough and most honest auto repair shop I've used in over 35 years of owning vehicles. Jimmy and Joe are awesome.

My boyfriend recommended BJ's auto shop and I'm so happy he did! Bill and Jim are extremely professional and welcoming.
