This is a great place to get your BMW serviced and maintained, the staff is very professional. The mechanic had my car in and out in a timely fashion, I would definitely be returning for any maintenance issues.

I thought no shop could ever fix my sunroof until bimmer car care took care of my 6 series. They were able to find the glass install it and fix the headliner. Amazing service and very professional.

As a new BMW owner, I was looking for a place I could trust, and I'm confident I found it in Bimmer. Freddy was professional, friendly, and upfront. It was easy to make an appointment, and communication about my car was clear and fast. They were honest about what my car needed (and what could wait) and did not apply pressure to do the work -- many mechanics will make you feel anxious/afraid just so you'll say yes to everything they bring up; not the case here. Work on BMWs generally is not cheap, but Bimmer has their prices posted at the front desk, which I appreciated. Will be coming back here for future service.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I love my BMW and I don t trust just anyone with the maintenance and service of my car. I am so happy I found Bimmer Car Care. I always get an appointment when I need one and the guys are super courteous and friendly. I never feel skeptical about the pricing and feel it s fair compared to the costly maintenance at a BMW dealership. I ve made an investment with my BMW and I want to take care of this investment. These guys are a lifesaver! You ve got a customer for life.

I ve been looking for a dealership alternative that I could trust and they were recommend by a neighbor. They replaced the engine mounts and rear brakes on my 2014 Audi A6 and I could not be happier with the experience. Freddie and Alex were extremely helpful and the car was repaired in a couple of days. Great service and fair pricing.Follow-up: This was my second visit to Bimmer Car Care for routine repairs to my Audi A6. They do great work and only the work that s needed. None of those long extensive dealer lists here. Before you go anywhere else give these guys a call.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Freddie was fantastic! I got brakes and rotors on all 4 tires for a reasonable cost. Way cheaper than the dealership. The job was done in 1 day. Scheduled an appointment for the following sag and was a very smooth drop off and pick up. Really great guys all around and straightforward as can be. Unfortunately my car had serious issues, the dealer had already let me know and these guys confirmed it but would have done the work for half the price, BUT these guys let me know that even if they did do the work there was a serious risk that the car would have more serious issues afterwards, something the dealer was keen to leave out, and they were kind enough to let me take some time to consider my options and leave the car in their hands while I found a buyer. Highly recommend

I am accustomed to expensive dealership experiences, I was delighted to find Bimmer Car Care beat their prices and was conveniently located close to home. I was able to get in and they were flexible around my schedule. Alex was able to ease my anxiety by thoroughly explaining the diagnosis on my car, which is more to say than the expensive estimate I was handed at the dealership. After recommending the work on my car Alex's team even gave me a ride into work while my car was being fixed. The shop was clean and the customer service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I am very appreciative to have found Bimmer Car Care, and the expertise of Alex and his staff. I would definitely recommend Bimmer to other folks and will be bringing my car in for all my service needs.

I went to BCC for the first time on 7/20/20. Freddie and Alex were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If it s your first visit, expect them to spend 4-6 hours doing diagnostics. They thoroughly look at everything and report their findings to you in an easy to understand manner. The prices seemed fair for BMW maintenance. I will be regularly returning for my car s maintenance and definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for great BMW service!

Great Service - Dealer Service, without paying Dealer pricesAlex and team are very honest, and will not cause you to incur any unnecessary additional expenses. I trust them with my car, and trust that if they diagnose and fix an issue, it is fix. They will go the extra mile in identifying potential issues and will instruct you on preventive care as well. They will answer all your questions and give you a breakdown of cost. I highly recommend them, it's great dealer service without paying dealer prices.

Highly recommended. I ve had regular maintenance and larger repairs here, and have always been very satisfied with the experience. Alex gives great explanations and alternatives for keeping costs down and is a true BMW enthusiast.

Best service ever! Honesty is hard in the automotive industry especially with a foreign vehicle. The owner was straight forward and gave me his honest suggestions on which issue to solve first on my vehicle. The cost was very fair considering other shops who were charging me alot more on the work my vehicle needed. Quick, efficient and done right! Thank you Bimmer Car Care you have gained a client for life!

I had to get my regular maintenance on my 2013 335xi and my dealer handed me a $3800. It is kind of coincidence that soon as your car is out of warranty they find out everything wrong with it. I found out about bimmer car care through my friend that has been dealing with Alex for years and I am so happy they opened a upscale repair shop in south loop. Great customer service, took the time to explain what he was doing to my car and told me half of the stuff that was recommenced was bogus. I am very happy with overall results and I will make sure to let all of my friends now about this place. You guys made a customer for life.

Great Service, Timely Repairs And No Post Repair IssuesDeveloped major engine belt issues on my x30i and called Bimmer Car Care after google searching. Car was taken in after calling Alex, with no appointment. All detailed issues were repaired, car was returned quickly, and repair charges were fair. Will definitely return for all future repairs.

I do most of the work on our 3 BMW's, but when it gets to the point that I can't diagnose an issue or simply don't have the time to do it, I have found Bimmer Car Care is the shop to call. Not only are Joe, Alex, and the rest of the staff knowledgeable, but they are friendly, professional, and keep you informed of what's going on with your Bimmer while it's in their hands.Very happy to have a shop in the city that I feel comfortable with!

This place is fantastic for car repairs. I think they are very reasonable as prior to moving to the city my husband and I did most of our repairs ourselves. They are quick and always do a great job for the price they quote. Will continue to have my BMW serviced here!

Honest & Reliable BMW repair shop. I used to take my car to the dealer (Perillo) but they're so ridiculously expensive I had to find an alternative. Thank God I found Bimmer Car Care! Alex is great. He tells you exactly what you need and prioritizes repairs by importance. They even wash the car after each service. There's no reason to go to Perillo and deal with their attitude. Bimmer is my go to service center for now on.

I won't take my BMW anywhere else. Alex is really knowledgeable and trustworthy with my car. Brought in my F10 with an oil leak that Patrick BMW misdiagnosed as a $3900 oil leak from the oil pan. After one look under the hood Alex told me the leak was the Filter Housing Gasket and saved me over $3000. Really cool guy and quick with the work. They know a lot about BMWs. This is where I'll be bringing my current and future BMWs. Would recommend for any beamer owners.

Alex and Freddy are completely customer focused - from diagnostics, to patiently explainIng in detail any repairs needed, to on-time delivery after maintenance service or a repair. I discovered them by accident when I learned that another local shop took my vehicle here to have it worked on and charged me a high mark-up - not illegal, but the other shop could have made the ethical choice and referred me to BCC instead since they did not have the capability to repair an (electrical) issue. Bimmer Car Care has worked on my BMW X5 for years now and is my go to shop for regular maintenance and any other issue that my occur (think dreaded engine icon lights up!) I highly recommend this shop!
