William is an angel. My car started overheating on the way into Chicago and he got me in same day- found an affordable solution to the issue- fixed another issue from a bad oil change and got me on my way! I left feeling cared for and knowing more about my car and some recommended repairs to keep me running smoothly. Couldn t recommend this shop enough. Good guy- good heart, actually cares about people and their cars. Def check them out.

Went here today stressed. Not knowing what was going on with my car and they quickly helped ran diagnostics and fixed the issue free of charge! I appreciate the young man will so much 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Amazing person! He was so willing to explain the costs of the parts and labor, which were so reasonable! He took his time to explain what was wrong with the car and any other needs it may have for me to check out in the future. I appreciate how ethical and fair he was because he even demonstrated what parts were broken compared to the new parts. Unlike many other mechanics who often take advantage of customers who aren't familiar with cars, he was very thoughtful and kind. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family!

If anyone is having car issues I d definitely tell them to come here. I just came from Big Ts and had the best services I ve had in a while. He was super friendly, honest & explained coasts of everything being done. He then took his time to fully examine my car then proceeded to give me the best service he could possibly give me. I stopped by because my ignition coil backfired. William (one of the owners) was wonderful and transparent! He was very helpful and informative. He ensured that I was informed and provided recommendations to help my car run smoothly! He is reasonably priced and wants to make sure you are getting the best service he can provide. I have been very frustrated with my vehicleI have taken it to 3 different shops around around the city for intermittently shutting offOff on me in the middle of traffic one shop charged 1, 750.00 and said it was my torque converter! 800.00 at another shop said it was my fuel pump . The third shop I'm ashamed to say took me for 400.00 dollars cleaned an area by my transmission and said he did a repair to my transmission valves and did absolutely nothing! My brother asked me to take it to Big t's auto repair and I spoke to William explaining what shops I took my vehicle to and the problem i still have he listened to me seen my frustration and askedMe to leave my vehicle over the weekend and there will be no charge until he finds the issue. I thought to myself "wow" that's different so I did I gave him my keys.He asked me if I had a ride home and before I can say I will call someone , he was already calling me an Uber . When he called me to come pick up my car it was fixed I was like no way ..... he explained to me that it had been an issue with my wiring harness and showed me where it was at on top of that charged me 100.00 bucks for his time . Shout out to Will & Alex for their knowledge and expertise. Walked in explain my situation. After inspection my option was provided, agreed to move forward with the repair. Had my Jeep Patriot up and running the very next day. Fair prices, honest shop, professionals at work. One of the best Auto shops I ve ever been to. I don t know nothing about vehicles and the owner explains what happens with your car. Definitely bring your car to this auto shop. Very professional.

Super helpful! I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond by doing an inspection and replacing some filters I needed changed, all for a fair price! They were very friendly and gave me some advice on how to care for my car better!

Great professional service. Loved the fact that he explained what I did not understand. Very friendly. Went in to get one thing fixed and instead he fixed so many little things that I had just put on hold that didn t cost me anything. My new body shop where I ll be taking my car from now on.

The only shop I trust, the mechanics are knowledgeable and fair priced. The head mechanic Alex helped me and gave me multiple options to solve my cars issue depending on price point, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Also Raul works on motorcycles in which is a plus for me!

If you are looking for knowledgeable service, commitment to quality then look no further. I just went in because of my check engine light, no appointment didn t call, just walked in they welcomed me in, let me know what the problem was and have a time frame. Stop at this shop for help with my driver side wiper blade that broke off due to being frozen to the windshield, the guy not only helped me but he fixed the wiper blade, attached it and all. This place have the best customer service that i haven't seen in a while. I came in to make sure my head gaskets wasn't damaged as he was looking at my car we started talking an i learn something things i didn't know so when i got ready to leave i asked him how much i owe him he said nothing.
