I would never buy a car nor recommend anyone to buy one from your dealership or even service it their.I took my car in about 11 days ago and the service rep __________ indicated that diagnostic test showed some short-circuits, so it was fixed along with buying a new battery that he recommended. This past Thursday the car shut-down, so I had it towed to your Berman facility. A car that was recently tested stops working. They do more tests and they tell me is another issue, which begs the question what did they check in the beginning. Service rep ____________ called me to get my approval that's all, as he did not call that the car is ready. So I guess now I have to wait until Monday.The worst experience, not only from a service, but from sales standpoint as well. This is only partial story.

They're claiming this mailer didn't come from them yet here it is showing up with all of their information at my address 6 months after purchasing a used Infiniti from another dealership. They refused to honor it after calling and confirming they accept mailer coupons coming directly from their dealership and offering 10% off their $110 oil change. Won't return, at least the employees were nice.

Beware of buying a vehicle from Berman's Infiniti on N. Kedzie in Chicago. I believe theysold me a used Q60 which ended up having structural damage even though they sold it as a certified car. Instead, I suggest you buy from Oak Lawn Infiniti, Patriot Infiniti in Merriville Indiana or McGrath Auto in Elmwood Park. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!@About 2 weeks later:responded to request that I connect Afific. Still nothing done to resolve this matter.

The Infiniti cars are great. Service is an embarrassment.I am on my 4th lease from Berman. You would think that would mean something to them but their actions demonstrate that they couldn't care less.Today I arrived at my 3pm appointment to repair my key fob (a problem that never occurred before they replaced the battery the last time I was there). Eddie the service manager appeared completely baffled as to why I was there even though I made my appt online and got a confirmation. I specifically stated when I made the appt that I would wait for my car vs leaving it.Eddie proceeded to tell me it "would take an hour to fix" and "they would be closing at 4". I told him then they should get started with the repair. He then pressed my key fob and stated "it works just fine" and put it down and said they couldn't complete the service. (Note - this is the second time this has happened. Last time I did leave my car for 2 days for them to replace a tire and ruin my key fob. Thanks a lot!)Also to note- I was also there to discuss my 5th lease because they harass you at the end of your lease (multiple people calling, texting, emailing) and I made a separate appt with Sales to discuss options. But this was the last straw so I said a few choice words and left.Goes without saying - this should be zero stars but that isn't an option. It's too bad as I really like my car.

Horrible service experience. They charge premium prices, but fail in the most basic tasks as a repair shop: customer service, correct billing, and communication. Here's a non-exhaustive list of issues I had on just my last visit:1. Tried to charge me for a service that was not performed (glad I caught it on the bill before walking away);2. Kept the diagnostic charge on the bill in addition to the repair charge (if the repair is approved, the diagnostic charge should be applied towards the repair);3. Forgot to apply a coupon, despite my having brought it to their attention in advance of the repair;4. When my total bill amount went down (because I pointed out the above issues to them), they insisted that I owed the same amount in sales tax, even though the sales tax is a percentage of the total sale amount and should go down when the total sale amount goes down;5. Left me a voicemail saying my car was ready on a particular day. When I called them back, I never heard back.6. Told me a loaner was available. When I called them back to see about picking it up, I never heard back.7. Told me they were sending a shuttle to pick me up so I can get my car and that I should expect it in the afternoon. They never sent it the entire day. When they finally sent the shuttle the next day, they gave the shuttle driver the incorrect address (amazing!).All this was for a $3,500+ repair! Take your business elsewhere. You'll pay less and be treated better.

ZERO STARS! This place need to close down permanently! I have been to this dealership atleast 3 times EACH time I come the service department is terrible! Specifically the advisor Eddie! He does not try to accommodate the customers but is quick to tell you an outrageous price for something you MIGHT have to pay. This place never has loaner cars available to the customers who cars have to stay for an extended period of time. It does not matter if you have an appointment or if it s a walk in don t expect to be able to get a loaner car. I don t know if it s because they don t want to give them out or what but I find it hard to believe that a dealership never has loaner cars available to its customers. I have brung 2 infinti cars to this dealership and each time I have not been able receive good service! This place needs to close! And Eddie needs to be fired. What is the purpose of being in a service department if you don t really care to help! Won t ever be coming back to this dealership for anything!

I have been attempting to get my tire changed on a my QX 60 Infiniti. They all gave me different info. I finally was able to come in and order my tire on Saturday. The tire came in Monday. I got here Monday at 1:10pm and they advise that it may take a little longer to get my tire fixed . What would usually take 45 minutes. It is now 3:40 and I am still waiting this is crazy. There service here has been horrendous, I definitely would think twice about purchase my next vehicle at this location or Berman in general. They have given me an estimate time of 5 pm on my service ticket. For a tire change THIS IS CRAZY!!!!! By the time I finished writing this it was 4:05pm still no car!!! So I just might be here til 5 pm, which would be a 4 hour tire change. WOW!!!!

Bought a Qx60 years ago. All went well then they said that my washer fluid pump was bad and wanted north of 500 to repair. I said I have a warranty, they said not covered. $3500 on warranty. I lived with it. I recently went in for an oil change on a Qx80. They reported a washer fluid leak. Nope, not my truck. The porter parked it in front of office. Big puddle underneath. Spoke to a manager. He spoke to the tech. Tech stated adding fluid. It was half full. I said that I've had the vehicle for about a month and tested the washer system before the purchase and demonstrated it in front of my adult daughter. It worked just fine and now it is leaking from the headlight nozzle. They put the truck on the lift. They had several tech standing around my truck staring at me like I made this up. I said that there is no fluid on the ground where I park at home or work. They sucked out half the fluid and said that the pressure is pushing the fluid out. I said we will see. They said "see it stopped leaking". I said give me my truck. Im an industrial technician my whole life. Their explanation does not make sense. I said if this was like this, the system would be empty and the alarm would be on. The leak continued then the low fluid alarm came on in the dash. There was no alarm at all until I went there. No leak until I went there. They have pictures taken before going to the back to prove it.I'm wondering, does this story sound familiar to anyone? Please share your thoughts. I love Infiniti but will not tolerate shady service.Infiniti, having tattooed techs staring at paying customers is not appreciated. That was between the manager, the tech, and me. No need for intimidation tactics. The cameras and pics can prove that the vehicle was fine before Berman serviced it. I am very disappointed

Angelo was great! Approx. 3 weeks ago, i purchased a vehicle from the location in Niles. Wasn't happy that I already have battery issues- so a thumbs down on that. But Angelo turned a horrible day around quickly. I will be returning!

too bad there is not an option for zero star cuz this dealership deserves nothing. With every car in their showroom priced above $50,000, they dare to provide such humiliating and disrespectful service to their customers. They charge you almost $200 for glass removal and yet I can still find glass shards on the seats. When I asked them to clean up, they refused and told me to pay for extra car detailing service. Fantastic job guys, I am not done with it.

Usually don t have good experiences at dealerships but this location is different. Christopher D helped me out very thoroughly since day one I ve met him. The knowledge and customer service quality I received from him is what EVERY business needs in order to stand out uniquely. I came in with a few concerns on my Q50 and he was able to go over every question I had and also break down pricing information for me along with payment options I had accessible to me on the spot. I never felt obligated to pay for a service upfront, but I was given every information I needed to know what decision to take next. Definitely going back due to the service I received from Christopher.

Bought a q50 redsport from here about a month ago and let me just say that my sales guy Ryan was a beast was a great to work with super easy to talk to and was understanding. Although the numbers weren t were I wanted them to be at first i pointed out things and he fought for me to get me where I wanted to be. When I left in that car I felt like I was a friend not a customer shout out Ryan 10/10

If I could give 6 stars I would. Since the purchase of my Q50 in 2017, I have experienced nothing but great service from Berman Infiniti. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating, and the pricing is very competitive. The waiting room is always clean and stocked with snacks. I actually live closer to another dealership, but I prefer to come here based having such positive experiences. Shout out to Christopher Delgado who handled my service today. I booked a last minute appointment online and he was ready for me when I arrived. I didn't wait long and the complimentary car wash was the cherry on top.

10/13/23 Another excellent service experience at Berman INFINITI Chicago thanks to Eddie and Mark. Eddie made sure my 70K service was completed ahead of schedule and Mark s service engineering experience is of the highest caliber to ensure my Q50 is at top performance and safety levels. No greater satisfaction than feeling like you re driving home in a new car after getting it serviced at Berman INFINITI Chicago thanks to Mark s and Eddie s extraordinary care.

Didn't solve the problem but still charge me $430 to change 1 bolt. Then I was told my strut wasn't oem when I bought them from infiniti dealership. They took out the inner fender splash and put it back but left the clips loose, when I got in the high way , it flew out. I had the worst experience, specially because they didn't solve the problem but still charge me $430.

Horrible experience with their sales team. Do not go to this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. They called me repeatedly to say they were interested in purchasing my vehicle and wanted to schedule an appointment to appraise my vehicle. They then pressured me to purchase new vehicle. Were unable to answer any questions and kept pushing me to purchase a vehicle I didn t want. They kept stalling on appraising my vehicle before finally coming back with an appraisal that was significantly below market value. I do not recommend going here. Total waste of time.

This is my 2nd time back with Mr. Mike Godlewski and I'm proud to say that he helped me trade in my car for a new one. I'm glad I never threw out his business card. My experience in previous years was good. Today was not good. I would not go back to this dealership. They tried to manipulate me in the process of purchasing a car. I tried to purchase a 2012 infinity today and they thought I was going to pay $617 a month. Again, I think it was because I am black.The car is only 16999. Why would I pay $37000 over 5 years with a 12.4 interest rate which I think was a lie.

Angelo beltrano was fantastic! He explained everything on the phone and in person so well such fantastic communication skills and let me speak with the mechanic who told me exactly what was going on with my car before they worked on it and was able to fix it within a few hours when I had a bunch of other mechanics around Park Ridge tell me they could not fix it they did not know what was wrong with it so it completely pays to go to the dealer especially Berman Nissan of Chicago where I was blown away completely blown away with the incredible communication skills and the incredible service and friendly staff and extremely nice waiting area and once again I can't even tell you how impressed I am I'm so glad I decided to go to the dealership I will never listen to anyone tell me again that the dealership is too expensive and they will try to rip you off that is completely not the case here at all it was very reasonable and once again Angelo thank you thank you thank you I look forward to seeing you guys for my next service of my 2003 Infiniti i35 and I will be coming back for sure thanks again so much guys and thanks again Angelo and the wonderful mechanic that fixed my car today that no one else around could fix I'm so happy with the service and the customer service and the pricing and how quickly the work was done just a wonderful experience!Sincerely,David Haliday

Just got my Infiniti QX60 yesterday and I cannot wait to have more wonderful journeys with this great car. All specifications that I wanted in this car was made available. Most of them came in standard in the Luxe Trim. The price is very affordable and will get your money's worth. And kudos to the wonderful, Car Sales Specialist, Ryan Clarke, who went out of his way to assist on how to navigate the features of this car. I was just test driving it at first, but his amiable and helpful personality, helped me a lot to make that decision. Berman Infinity is fortunate to have him in the team. Sometimes, even if the car is very nice in writing, if the salesman is not able to convince the buyer, it's no use. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
