Great place for car services! Highly recommended for a truly exceptional service and even for complex issues to fix it for good. I was almost on the verge of selling my sports car but glad Joe was quick in pointing out the root cause and Nico has been a top notch mechanic. My Mercedes now got its life back few years to be smooth and quiet.We re grateful for this place to be nearby us which helps our family cars maintenance at a reasonable price and not over charge, they have been doing the right things only when it s necessary. Belmont Heights Autobody has definitely earned my trust. Keep it up guys!

I absolutely love this place!! I took my car in for a mistake I ve made to it. Long story short the work done to it is immaculate! Can t even tell was there and the paint job matched to perfection with the rest of the car. And mind you this is my second time coming here and never once was i disappointed. I will always bring my car here for work if it needs it. Great job Belmont heights auto body family. And Javier!! You re the best!!! You too Joe!!

I had a meeting early in the morning right after the big blizzard. After going down an alley the bottom cover of my bumper picked up too much snow and started dragging loudly. I pulled in and these guys not only cut off the part that was dragging right away, but also fixed my side view mirror, which someone had punched off at my work without my asking and for no charge. They barely charged me anything and were so sweet not to mention I was in and out within fifteen to twenty minutes. Thank you guys for helping out a lady who was just trying to get on a saturday morning. You were amazing.

These guys did a fantastic job bringing my Buick LaCrosse CXL back to life after I had an accident.! She looks brand new and even better than before! I belive their great pricing saved my ride from being considered totaled. Iam very happy with the work they did. I had a feeling it was a good shop, when I first went in to drop off my keys, I had about a 30 minute conversation with Anthony about everything but cars. Joe was really good with getting me details and updates and got better with that aspect over time. Genuine fellas and great work, can't go wrong with that combination. The service is great and so are the personalities. Joe and Anthony are really great dudes. I'm actually going to start getting my oil changes and other services done here. TheFlex highly recommends Belmont Heights for all of your car care needs

This place was recommend by a friend. after researching I decided to bring my Brand new Ford Ranger for estimate. I called spoke with Gary. brought it in and ended up leaving it. Saturday 11/30 I picked up my truck just now 12/3..perfect job!! 3 day's total. and Gary got me a rental through Enterprise $29 a day "Dodge Charger" New. the cost was $500 less than Gerber collision and glass. and they couldn't get me in for a week. I will be recommending this place to everyone! Gary is a honest businessman..Thank you so much!

About a year ago I took in my car to have some rust repaired on it. One of the guys quoted me a reasonable amount to fix the rust and he told me it would be ready in about 4 days, 2 days in I get a call saying I need to replace my entire front bumper because they didn t think they would be able to take it off to fix some of the rust without damaging the bumper. The gentleman also said if they tried to use the same bumper the body lines wouldn t look good so we agreed on another 600 dollars to get a new one. A week past by and I still hadn t got any updates on the car so I decided to go in and ask and he told me it would be ready tomorrow and I kept going for another 3 days and still got the same answer tomorrow. When I went back after almost 2 weeks and they made me wait a little and they finally handed me my car I notice that the work on my car was sloppy my new bumpers body lines were worse and that the rear nissan badge on the truck had a lot of excess glue I also noticed the interior of my car was filthy with white dust all over it. The guy told me to go back in 2 weeks so that they could buff it once the paint completely healed. Now I couldn t help to not he rust start forming in the same spots that had been repaired.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely terrible service. The car was brought in to have a simple window repair and ended up sitting there for 24 days. Why? I understand being short staffed, if that's the case, but every time we called about the status of the car we got a different answer. One day our parts were ordered, the other day they had no idea when the parts are supposed to come in and the next day they didn t even order any parts. Nothing was fixed and the car ended up with more damage because they did not care to put the window up (OR COVER IT SINCE THE WINDOW WAS WIDE OPEN AND TAKEN APART) when it was raining for two days and the car was OUTSIDE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The car was treated like it was garbage and shouldn t be fixed, because they just didn t want to. If they didn t want to work on the car, I would have just taken it elsewhere instead of waiting a month and being promised lies. In the end, they left the door completely apart when we asked them to put it back together for pick up.

Took my car there last week after it was making strange noises. The gentleman that helped me was very straightforward and in no way deceptive. I usually worry about being taken advantage of when getting my car fixed but from my experience this is a more than fair business and I'd definitely recommend it!

Came here for the first time because it was the nearest place to my apartment. Definitely a happy accident! The mechanics are honest and efficient. I appreciate the clarity on what the problem is with my car without talking down to me or making me feel dumb. They do good work here. Best of all their pricing is fair as well. Absolutely worth checking out.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Was away for college, my father sent the car in to be fixed for the automated trunk door, driver side door, and front bumper a week before I came home from school (December 7th to be exact). They quoted 10 days for the repair. Was suppose to be ready on the 20th of December, but they delayed it to the following Tuesday, but we were going to be gone on vacation for that week. Planned to pick it up after the vacation giving them 5 more days of work after that Tuesday. Come back after the vacation, the vehicle still isn't done, and they keep pushing it back to the following weekend. Claimed to be done after New Years, Jan. 2nd, yet they STILL postponed. Until January 4th we actually went there to go retrieve the car because we were fed up. They gave us the car but said bumper part won't come until the week after, and I leave back for school on the 9th of January. They said they'd get it here by Friday, Jan 7th. It is now Sat. Jan 8th, we called and they said it won't be here till Monday, by which I will be at my college 200 mi away with a car that still isn't fully fixed, by which they had more than a month to order all the parts, which WE PAID FOR. It seems like these ppl don't know what they are doing, and think that wasting our time is something they can afford to do. I wasn't able to work over this break because of this. My recommendation is never do business w/ these people. We trusted them and look at the situation we are in.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my bumper replaced and repainted recently. This is my first time using Belmont Heights Auto Body Inc and have no regrets. The shop manager Fred was professional , attentive and on schedule with repair completions. I would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Had an issue with the Coolant Thermostat on my Durango and Anthony and his team were able to replace the part and flush the coolant system in less than an hour and a half. Great service and value, would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Heavily recommend Belmont Heights Auto Body . They took care of everything fast and painless. Had someone hit my car and 15 minutes after driving in had a guy from Enterprise show up to take me to a temporary rental.2 Days later was called it to be ready and simply swapped keys then left .Looks so good its like driving a new car .Joe and Darlene at B.H were pleasant and easy to deal with plus answered my Questions .Joe even threw in a small bottle of touch up paint to take car of tiny dings in the future

Great experience, brought my car in to get a small ding repaired. Anthony and his team were straight up with me and quick with getting the car back to me, and did a great job with the repair! Will definitely be coming back

I wish I could give negative stars. Dropped my car off on October 1st, got my car back Dec 4th. I tried to be understanding about covid situations and staffing changes. But every time I called, they never called me back or I was given different information and a new "done" date. Sometimes they wouldn't answer my calls nor call me back. I finally sent a very angry email about 50 days into my car hostage situation. The owner Gary called me and promised to reimburse me for the out of pocket rental that I incurred after my 30 day coverage elapsed and said he would rent me a car until mine was completed. When I finally got my car, there was no rental reimbursement check waiting like promised. Suddenly 4 weeks later I see my insurance is paying Belmont Heights an additional $700'ish towards rental coverage. After contacting my insurance and the rental company I found out that Belmont Heights never paid the second rental that they promised to pay for and in fact told Enterprise to come after me. So they basically committed insurance fraud by submitting a bill for reimbursement that they did not pay. Luckily my insurance worked for me, they cancelled the check to Belmont Heights and paid Enterprise directly and a small stipend to me. Belmont Heights are a shady, fraudulent, sham of a company who will lie to you and then continue to lie. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2019 50k vehicle to this shop for repairs that cost 15k! From the beginning to end I had the BEST service!! They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed perfectly and I was a happy customer! Thanks Joe and Darlene

Belmont Heights Auto Body. These guys are amazing. My daughter was in a car accident with extensive front-end damage. Belmont Heights Auto Body put my mind to rest. They were very prompt and on time with the restoration of the car; we got the car back looking like it was brand new. They would call me with updates and even touched up a few blemishes that were on the body before the accident. I had never worked with Belmont Heights Auto Body before but, if I ever need auto body repair again, I certainly will use them.

Very unreliable, they say is going to be finished one day and then keep extending, they also never call when they say, you have to keep calling them everyday and asking if you want to know some information. Not happy with the service at all.
