I have dealt with a lot of different audio/motorcycle dealers and this one by far is hands down the best one. Easy to talk to about what you re needing done no hassle at all. Very knowledgeable.He even drop shipped what I needed for my bike. Got parts in a timely manner. Very honest dude. Will definitely be a repeat customer. We have more to do on my bike Beats & baggers get ready!! Will post pics soon.

Jerry!! Thank you for setting up my 2018 Street Glide with the new Diamond Audio MSHD14. You were able to get the unit from the manufacture faster than any other shops here in Chicago. Beats & Baggers is the best! They are my go-to for everything from a basic chain lube service, to extensive brake work and tire replacements. I was tired of getting ripped off at some of the other larger shops, and he's been someone I can trust to do a quality job and provides a level of service and transparency that I haven't been able to find around town. Highly recommended for anyone wanting quality work at fair prices.

Got my fork seals and fluids replaced. They did a great job with very reasonable prices and timeframes. Jason was knowledgeable and in communication the entire time. Will definitely come here for all future needs!

I came to Beats & Baggers after having multiple issues with another shop's audio install on my 2020 RoadGlide Limited. Jerry and his team went over my full Cicada Audio system and were able to diagnose all the problems I was having. Jerry presented all the true facts and gave me all the avenues of possible repair. Beats & Baggers is the ONLY place I'd ever take my 76' BMW ever again. This man is not only honest and trustworthy, but a top-notch human that cares deeply about providing services and repairs that are most important to getting you back on the road safely. I came in with an ignition / starter issue, and he ended up taking a look at my entire bike and really making it ride better than ever. 10/10 - would recommend to anyone that wants a little more attention and detail in their service. I had an excellent service ! I dropped my bike in an underground parking lot in Chicago and I needed a quick fix to unbend the bracket that holds the cluch pedal and the footrest so I could keep going on our one month trip around the Great Lakes and get back to Montreal without having to do acrobaties with my left feet to change gears. I wrote to him and had an appointement the next day. He didn't want to charge me at all because he considered he hadn't work enough so I had to convince him to accept my money lol. He's been really helpful ! I strongly recommend his services. :)

Jerry is great. I have constant problems with my old Yamaha Vino scooter failing. Couldn t figure it out myself. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned out my rusted gas tank. Also had a few other minor issues to fix that Jerry was able to do. He has reasonable prices and will do everything to get your scooter or motorcycle up and running. Located in Humboldt but has partners that will pick up your bike in Chicago neighborhoods if needed for a small fee. He s also very communicative and a nice guy!
