In my opinion the best in town very professional from start to end all work was done on time like they promise when I stopped picking up I couldn't recognize my truck the way how clean it was very happy

This is the absolute worst place to bring your vehicle after an accident. The amount of stress of being in the accident was minute compared to the amount of stress, disrespect, lies, unprofessionalism and inconvenience caused by this place. Do NOT waste your time or money with these people. I waited 19-days & then waited another 2-weeks because they tried to pull a fast one on me & gave me my vehicle back with the inner part of my rims black & the passenger door panel was not latched on correctly it was falling off. I had to chase them around and was spoken to rudely by their so called Managers as if I was the problem when they gave me my car with the damages still incomplete. I will NEVER ever give them my business or recommend anyone to them EVER again. I was promised a loaner vehicle along with other promises by Mario & he lied I had to pay for my own Uber rides to & from work as he lied & said there were no loaners for me to use for one day he waited until the day before the 2nd repair to say I can t give you a loaner.Bob you are the Owner I truly hope that you are aware of the lack of communication, professionalism and integrity coming from your two so called Managers and mechanics. Revenge was taken out on me by your people placing a deep scratch on the outside of my glove box that was not there as I purchased this vehicle brand new from my dealership. Your staff touched my glove box to access the panel area as my phone alerted me & I specifically called Mario & he said all will be ok & it was a lie my vehicle received more damage. The answer I received when I confronted Peter was it s hard to find good workers he didn t say I am sorry, he didn t say I will compensate your car rides, he didn t make the glove scratch right what so ever. I was treated rudely and belittled by so called men screaming at a WOMAN. I gave you my business, I signed over a check for over $6,600 & some odd dollars & I the customer was treated like I was the problem here!! What type of business are you running? I came to you years past & everything was of great quality but, now never ever again.

I'm from out of state when my car was involved in a hit and run. Going through my insurance they set me up with B&M and i'm so glad they did! They were able to get my car in on the day I requested and they even got it done earlier than they estimated!I really think they went above and beyond for my car, and they also got it back to me all shined up, inside and out.It sucks having to go through auto body repairs, but they were so effcient and great to work with. Highly recomend!

I had an accident on Halloween immediately researched possible auto collision centers and didn t hesitate to go with B&M. All my lights came out and I was concerned transmission was damaged. They were able to fix my car really incredible fast, and checked everything mechanically and nothing was bad after all and they were really nice with me holding my car until I gathered my deductible since I m a student (due to flexibility conflict) and don t work much. The car s whole front is brand new and the vehicle still feels like brand new, totally recommend this place with one of the nicest staff I ve ever experienced.

My insurance sent me here to get my SUV fixed and they offered good customer service. The time given for completion was not when I got it back and when I did, the paint job did not match the rest of the SUV. Fortunately, I was able to see the difference so they did take it back and fixed it a few days later. Since I had returned the rental I ended up without a vehicle on the weekend.I got a personal quote and I wished it was a bit lower but maybe I'll come back to get it fixed.Overall it was a good place with a couple of setbacks. Perhaps it was a one-off but it was a good and friendly experience.

My car was serviced here after a Semi Truck hit me and my insurance recommended them. I was told my vehicle would be ready by Monday and was given a call on Friday that it was ready for pick up.I picked up my vehicle on Sat and upon receiving it, once I turned off the vehicle (the car was already turned on when I got it in), the key completely fell apart.The seatbelt was in reverse and you weren't able to latch it properly. The computer compartment underneath the steering wheel was messing the "door", a huge whole exposed, they didn't buff an area that was included in the claim, they had painted several spots on my front bumper white (unrelated to the incident & without my permission).I took the car back no less than 30 min later and informed the manager Konrad of the things that were wrong. He argued with me that the key was already broken (which it wasn't), he says that the door to the computer area was somewhere in the car (which it wasn't), he takes the car in the back and attempted to buff the area now leaving the black lining damaged as they didn't provide protection before buffing, THEN he brought my key back and GLUED it together.... AGAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. He stated that was all he could do and now the key doesn't fold like it should.It gets better though.... On my way to Minnesota I hear a dragging noise. Upon stopping, there is literally a black piece hanging from the bottom of my car and had to be removed in order for me to continue driving.Not sure who owns this place but, the workers need to be a bit more attentive.We will be contacting our attorney for such negligence.Had to go to another body shop so that they can fix everything that this place failed to do.

About 3 months ago, my family car got rear-ended in front of my apartment building, parked on a residential street! Totaled the car, my insurance company suggested B&M Auto to take a look. Never knew it costs so much due of the damage it took but they made the family car look like new (and even gave my husband and I a pamphlet stating that although it was restored but not to the full manufacturer s form). Thanks to their hard work.Now, last week, someone purposely side swipe out car, and in the same spot! Here we go, again!

I was so happy with B & M Auto Collision Center. I was in a fender bender before the holiday and really shooken up by the whole ordeal. Luckily Anna at the front desk really helped guide me through the process. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was driveable even though the muffler was on back order. The energy in the waiting room is full of positive energy and warmth from all of the staff members. I was so grateful to hear about the warranty they offer on repairs and highly recommend this shop. Thank you Anna for all your support and everyone's efforts to help get me back on road.

I unfortunately had to visit this center because someone hit my car and needed some repairs but they did an amazing job. The paint match was excellent- you can t even tell anything happened. The front desk was very nice and they provided updates.

We had our car towed there when we were hit at an Intersection and suffered pretty bad damage to the side and front of our van. Repairs were done in phases because parts were unavailable. The repairs were very badly done. I had to take my car back about 4 times to repair many issues including my front bumper sagging, trim on the driver side falling off, weather stripping peeling off and 2 major issues. The 2 major issues were that they forgot were to bolt down the rear seatbelt on the driver side. I only discovered this when I was cleaning out our van. The other major issue was they improperly connected the airbag wires and they came loose. When I took it back to them they tried to tell me that someone hit my car because the bumper was sagging. I had to show them the bad installation they did and how my mechanic told me the wires probably came loose due to the sagging front bumper and the cables being improperly secured. I would avoid this place unless you have time to spare to make multiple trips there.

Be aware when you get your car fixed there if something goes wrong they'll fix it right away but after a couple months they would not stand by their warranty All I can say is be careful when you take your car and get your estimate they are not a shop they stand behind their work

Amazing Business. Every single person went above and beyond. Quick turnaround time (5-7 days earlier). They can also take you to and from local rental car shops.Overall great experience during a slightly stressful time.

Had to drop off my car to get repaired aftera fender bender and the staff have been amazing. They had me walk around the car with a tech and I could show him the damage and they will be able to get my car back to me sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

this place suck they take forever just to fix a car .. there customer services suck as well .. I just picked up my tesla and i seen they did not do a GOOD job on it my insurance is progressive they guaranteed that this was top 10 shop they suck to me big time i rather take my car to Gerber at less they had good customer services .Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Michael and Bob gave me the best experience I could ask for out of an auto and collision shop. Not only did they take care of my car perfectly, but, they also gave me a lot of reassurance throughout the process. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The first day I got there with my car they had me in and out within minutes of being there AND had the rental company come get me, I didn t have to lift a finger! They gave me updates of the car on how it was doing throughout the week to relieve any anxiety. The damages only took a week to repair which was awesome! When I came to pick up my car it was hassle free, looked brand new, smelled brand new, and Michael came to pick me up personally from the rental place to come get my car! Overall I d give this experience a 100/5 stars if I could on here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again!

They were amazing and the communication between State Farm and them to get my truck fixed was smooth after being in an accident. They fixed my front fender within 3 days! The paint match was perfect.Thanks for getting our family car together quickly!

My vehicle was rear ended and I was the middle vehicle in between 2 short vans. Employees here were polite, kind and thorough from beginning to end. They kept in communication and were able to answer all my questions. They did a GREAT job on my car as well. Definitely recommend.

I brought my car in because someone backed into me while I was parked and took off my whole front fender. My insurance company referred me to B&M. They fixed my car in just a few days. I could not be more happy with the service.Robert greeted me when I arrived and met me when I picked up the car. He was very nice!They even pounded out another dent that had nothing to do with the fender and cleaned the inside of my car. (They did not even mention that they did this at no extra charge)I REALLY appreciate their honestly and the work they did to make my older car look like new again!Service: Body & Trim

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Ivan the manager was very professional and went above and beyond. He made sure my insurance claim was done properly, put me on a rental the same day and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. My SUV was completely damaged from the whole drivers side. Not only was my car ready on time but it looked just as it did the day I bought it. Thank you so much Ivan. I will definitely recommend B&M to anyone looking for a good bodyshop.

They fixed up our Honda CRV after a minor fender bender. The repairs all looked just fine. However, when I went to pay, I handed them my credit card. They wanted to not just see my Drivers License but wanted to make a copy of it and would not back away from this requirement. I called my credit card company and they said it is not a requirement and said not to give it to them. I ended up going to the ATM and paying cash.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cant say enough good things about this body shop. They exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job negotiating with my insurance company. The repairs were done great and my car looked like new when I picked it up. I was soo happy!! They also detailed my car and did a fabulous job. It's like a brand new car!! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend this auto body shop!!

The customer service at the front desk is amazing. They're very friendly and accommodating. They do a great job on fixing cars. When I got my car back it looked brand new. I'm really happy with my experience here.
