B and L Automotive were excellent. I brought in a 2020 Toyota Camry with front end damage and they quoted me a price and went above and beyond to get my car fixed within my budget. The repair itself was amazing. They have great customer service and free cookies at the front desk too. I worked with Cris Guzman during the whole process and he was always available via email (my preferred method of contact). He was attentive and professional through the whole process and had my car ready a day before it was supposed to be! I will definitely recommend them!

Have had both mechanical and body work done here. Jimmy does great mechanical work and is very honest.More recently my car was hit and I had body work done here. It was a fairly headache free process and they were very communicative regarding the minor delay with parts arriving (out of their control).

Wow! Beyond happy with my service here at B&L. First things first Cris the estimator was amazing, he made sure everything on my car was replaced perfectly and done in a timely manner. I was recommended this place by a friend who has trusted this place with his vehicles for years. The staff was amazing and the location was clean. I would 101% recommend to my family and friends! Also when I picked up my car it was washed, buffed out, and the inside was spotless. Thank you B&L and your lovely staff!

[Original 5 -star review. Edited update below]B&L is mainly known for its collision repair/body shop business. So I was a little apprehensive when I brought my kid's Lexus RX 350 there with a list of mechanical maintenance issues ranging from easy to semi-tricky. B&L seemed like a good choice since they're right around the corner from me, though I hadn't visited them before.They dug into the engine bay and replaced spark plugs/coils (not an easy task on a 3.5L V6 Lexus), cleaned the throttle body, new air filter, and performed a beast of a job in replacing an oil line for the VVT-i supply.The communication was straightforward, the workmanship excellent, and the price was right, better than the stealership! Kudos to Jimmy, Alex and the team at B&L.[Updated review]I feel I had to change my original rating from five stars to one star. This is because I discovered the following regarding their work:I recently changed the engine oil and filter in my car. The previous oil change was performed by B&L. While removing the drain plug, I noticed that it was under-torqued -- not much more than finger-tight. It's a miracle it wasn't leaking. Wait, it gets better. While attempting to remove the oil filter housing, I found it was severely over-torqued. I twisted my ratchet extension and had to use a socket, a 24" breaker bar, and a lot of muscle to loosen it. The factory torque spec for this is 18 lb-ft (24.4 Nm), If I had to guess, the housing was torqued to over 100 lb-ft.-- probably tightened with an impact wrench set on high. This could've caused a lot of damage and an expensive repair. This indicates that the mechanic is incompetent.Not mentioned in original review: B&L charged me 7 hours labor for the work they did, which is reasonable. However, they took 4 days to complete the service; I provided all the genuine OEM parts for the job. Maybe they took 3 extra days to tighten the oil filter housing!I won't be returning to B&L for any further service.Service: Oil change

They did a fantastic job with the repairs. My car when from looking like it was punched in the face to looking brand new . They did forgot to order a part which extended the repair time by a week. Be aware: new management. The front desk/scheduling team that used to be the gold standard, now seems unable to schedule appointments. I went yesterday morning for a simple servicing appointment (60,000 mile manufacturer recommended check) and was told that I would have to leave the car and come back at the end of the day. In making the appointment I was very clear that I would wait for the service to be completed. (I should mention that this was my third attempt at scheduling as the 2 previously made appointments had been "lost" in their calendar.) I needed the car for the afternoon so I asked for my key back and proceeded to the Toyota dealership (which had a great service package and took care of me - without an appointment - in less than 2 hours).Maybe this is a hiccup, a transition period for the new owners, but they need to correct this or the substantial good will that B&L has built up over time will be lost quickly.Please note that I am not commenting on the quality of their repair work, only the customer service/scheduling component.

My experience was AWESOME. My car was in horrible shape. Most people thought it was totaled. But B & L was able to repair it. They explained the process, kept me informed, and restored my car within a shorter time than I initially expected. They cleaned my car inside and out, and the bodywork was great. It looks brand new! The customer service was outstanding! Liza went out of her way to help. Daniel and Savannah were also great. The team treated me like royalty! I will be forever grateful.

B&L is a top notch shop in both quality and service. I've had work done there previously and stopped in to talk to them about a rear taillight that was out-one that I couldn't replace on my own. They promptly replaced it without a charge. Great people and great service...

I recently got repairs done to my vehicle after it was hit. The service was great and speedy. I received updates via email through all the stages of the repairs. Upon receiving my vehicle it looked good as new as if no accident had happened. Roddis is a great estimator with great customer service. He took care of the vehicle and the process was a breeze. Thank you Roddis and the B & L team for great workmanship and service. A couple months ago I was in an accident and while I was thankfully 100% okay, my car needed a lot of work. B&L was terrific, and in particular, auto specialist Cris Guzman (my point of contact) was absolutely terrific in overseeing and completing the intricate work which included a wheel which seperated from its bearing and some significant body work. The car came back looking like a NEW auto!! And after a 2nd additional alignment adjustment, the car rides like NEW too. B&L is a first-rate company, 100% dedicated to doing the job right.

Fixed my initial problem after the paint cracked on their 1st attempt, but then had a bunch of scratches from buffing machine and shop denied to fix their added damages. Didn't fix the bumper sag and just neglected doing an A1 job. Lots of reclaim from the wax residue left in the car lines. Very disappointing.. **EDITED** And my insurance did not deny the approval. You guys did not want to repaint due to the labor that would be necessary to correct all the deep scratches. I have proof of verbal communication that this was from careless customer service.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience at B&L. While being in an accident can be frustrating, B&L walked me through the process of what they were going to repair and how long it as going to take to wait for parts and such. I ve read plenty of reviews for other shops and people being in a long never ending waitlist and even when I reached out to other places myself they were very cold to me and not wanting to take me on. B&L wasn t like that, and was gracious and nice since the very beginning. The receptionist Diamond was very nice the entire time and our technician Roddis updated me throughout the entire repair process. I am happy with their work and our car looks like new. I highly recommend them

B&L did an excellent job on my car! Not only was it done earlier than expected, but also detailed my car so it would look nice and clean when I picked it up! I enjoyed the fact that the estimate agent named Roddis kept me updated on my vehicle and assured me I would be satisfied with the body work and paint job to my vehicle! I appreciate the shop for making it easy on the customer while going through other parties insurance as well because they did all the work communicating to the insurance company about the estimate and payment process! My car isn t the newest car on the block having aged a bit, but I m pretty sure the steering wheel wasn t disintegrating in my hands when I had turned it in!TL; DR: I thought I was going to get top notch collision repair service based on the many 5 star reviews. In the end, I got a subpar poor workmanship with a side $100-$300 damage to the car parts and several ounces of frustration. For a place that is booking out to October, I would take my business elsewhere.Just look at the photos and tell me what you think. The same thing happened with my car key. I put the spare for a side by side comparison. The right key was handed to the auto shop. What probably happened is because they are so overbooked, the detailers got sloppy and took shortcuts. They were probably handling acetone, methylethyketone (MEK) and some other typical paint solvents and probably never took off their gloves when handling the internal components of the car. Hence, why the steering wheel and car key fob in the right is smudged.Quality of Work: This car has had work done at another auto repair shop outside of the state, so I know an excellent paint finish when I see one. Here, the paint job is subpar at best, with multiple artifacts that the camera can t capture close to detail but you can feel with your hands. Some other paint jobs that the manager Gino said they would take care of was never done, and is downright sloppy.Communication: Carla ensured that I would get the car in time when I had asked, so on that front she deserves a gold star. But the fact that I had reserved my spot a month in advance, put a $500 down payment, to only be told that I never was on the schedule despite the B&L paperwork specifying the date of my car appointment was downright frustrating. I even had called a week before to ensure my car appointment was still on schedule.

I ve used B&L 2 or 3 times now they ve always provided a great service. They keep you on the loop with every step of your vehicles repair status. I have always received my vehicle within the promised time. Plus they do a great job at cleaning your vehicle upon return. They ve earned more of my future business.

I had been rear ended 2x in 24 hours. I took my car here to get repaired. It was a lengthy process the first time I brought my car in with inaccurate ETA's with my old estimator Carla. I ended up picking up my car because it was there for over a month and was still not finished. BUT, when I brought my car back I dealt with a different estimator, Yana. She was AMAZING. She went above and beyond for me. She explained everything, was very accomodating, apologized for my last experience which she didn't need to do. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and cares about the job she does. She was very straightforward and transparent with me about the whole process. Also, the ETA she gave me was spot on. I think she even had my car ready earlier than that to be honest. Anyways, they did great work on my car and Yana is amazing. Thank you, Yana!!

Highly recommend using B&L for your body work. My van looks like new. They even detailed it. Throughout the entirety process, they were amazing at communicating what needed to be fixed, the timeline, and kept me updated the entire time. We had our repairs covered by insurance, and B&L handled everything when dealing with them. Our insurance wanted us to use used parts, but after B&L received 2 subpar used parts, they were able to get our insurance to cover new factory parts. My vehicles bumper was cracked and I needed it replaced. The experience at the shop was hassle free and communications were all answered within reasonable times. Since I had a insurance claim, the neighborhood Enterprise picked me up at the shop. When my vehicle was ready and I was even able to leave the rental car there. The time frame of repairs were lightning fast and paint job was excellent! Liz, Yana and the staff at B & L were friendly and professional. Keep up the good work ladies! I would recommend this shop for your vehicles repairs too.

Great experience with B&L. They were very accommodating, easy to deal with and did awesome work. I had extensive work that was needed on my car. B&L worked with the insurance company, used all factory parts and made the car look near new again.I hope I don't need B&L again, but if I do I will be sure to return to them.

First of all, the fact that the same employees have been around for over 5 years says good things about the company. I have taken my car here for body repair several times and they are efficient, and always kept me informed about the repair. Mr. Roddis H. has worked on my car a couple of times and I am extremely happy with his service and the staff at the front desk were great! This place is great. We've had a string of unfortunate accidents this past year and have used B&L every time. The most recent accident was when a tire fell off an 18 wheeler going the opposite direction on 94 and bounced right into the front of our car. Luckily nobody died because if the wheel ended up smashing into the windshield going at 60+ mph speeds... You get the picture. B&L took care of dealing with the insurance and worked to get us our parts as fast as possible even though certain parts were back-ordered. I didn't realize car parts were notoriously back ordered since COVID, which seems sus for large car manufacturers to still have issues... Either way, due to the back-ordered parts, we had to deal with a rental that went beyond the typical 30 day limit that insurance policies have; we were paying for a rental out of pocket. B&L pushed to get the work done so we weren't stuck paying for too long. They also handled rental car extensions! Our estimator, Demetrius, pushed hard to get us our car ASAP and we really appreciate it!

I ve taken my truck to B&L twice and both times were fantastic experiences. The staff is friendly and helped step me through what would otherwise have been a stressful situation. There was not a repair related situation they didn t help me with. The turn around time from drop off to pick us was fast, and they even helped me connect with a rental car. They are, bar none, my body shop of choice.

They thought they had to order a part, $200, but the mechanic spent more time to examine it and found it was a simple repair and no new part was necessary.
