Dishonesty & very unprofessional. I went in to get my lower arm & axle replaced. They did replace it however failed to inform me of bad ball joints. Mind you when replacing lower arm & axle you have to see & remove the ball joints. When I picked the car up I noticed it was misaligned. I then took my car back to ask them to realign it and the mechanic refuses to realign because of my bad ball joints. He stated I need to replace my ball joints before he realigns my car. When I told him so u knew my ball joints were bad but yet failed to informed me & wouldn t have informed me, it wasn t til I brought my car back. This is also a safety hazard, you really had me driving unsafe out here. Thank God I didn t get into an accident due to my bad ball joints but had I did yall could ve had a lawsuit on ur hands because u were aware of my bad ball joints & chose not to say anything. he had no words and just looked at me dumbfounded. I spoke with Carlos who told me he is sorry but I have to pay $380 to replace my ball joints. I refuse to pay for labor, only the parts, being that they could have easily called me while repairing my lower arm & axle to tell me I needed my lower ball joints replaced. Carlos said he will call the owner and ask him if it s possible I only pay for part. I did not get no call back. So called this passed Monday to speak to Carlos but the boy who answered the phone says Carlos no longer works there. I explained my issue to the boy who picked up the phone who was very unprofessional, he actually laughed at what their mechanic did to me, he proceeded to ask for my number to give to the owner stating he will have is owner give me a call back, which I never received.Do Not Give them your business. Unprofessional, untrustworthy &lack of compassion.I did see all the bad reviews before giving them my business, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. That s on me.

I really wanted to like this place, but I just couldn t. I seen good reviews, & the customer service Carlos gave wasn t great. I was told I was charged a certain amount for labor. My receipt says other wise, they only give you 6 months warranty through them but O Reillys gives you a 2 year warranty. They don t want to give you the receipt on that part. In my point of view they are very over priced & the customer service isn t great.

Came in for a brake / muffler quote, after given outrages quote over the phone, came back to pick up my car to find out my brakes were tampered with and car no longer stoppedat all and i rear ended a car in their own parking lot. Then saw their mechanics laughing. Beware and stay away.

Saw the promo banner, and yup. Paid exactly $15 for an oil change. Great customer service, I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Don't use. I had this place replace both cadillac converters on a car. Not a year later I take the same car to them for a P0430 code. After inspection, they tell me I need 2 new converters. I'll pass. I'll get the work done at a shop that does quality work and gets quality parts.

Great shop. They will educate you and walk you through all parts of your car so you can see and understand for yourself. Roger took care of me and got me all set. Will be returning for future repairs. Straight forward delightful experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THIS PLACE CHARGES $120 FOR A PRINTED COPY OF A QUOTE TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. THEY ARE SOME BOOTLEGGED MECHANICS.

Grate service. Their technicians are very friendly and helpful. They informed of issue with my vehicle that I was not aware of. After being off the road for over a month due to a faulty mechanic these guys knocked it out the park within a day. Hands down best service I ve gotten to any of my vehicles. The receptionist was really friendly and offered me a ride when I was waiting around. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends and will continue to do business with them myself.

I m very pleased with the service I received. Customer service and work done to my Audi truck. They worked with my budget and are affordable/fair. I needed a lot of work done and Audi dealerships was charging sooooo much. I was referred here from my sister and for all the work it was half of what Audi was charging. My husband took in our vehicle to what we thought would be a repair in a hole in our muffler only to find out the whole thing was really bad but Mario walked my husband thought the whole process and explained exactly what was wrong and gave a very reasonable price definitely recommend Mario

Every since I have been bringing my truck to this location, first of all they are the epitome of extraordinary customer service. No matter who you are they treat you as if you re family. So, you can feel confident that you ll getting quality work and honesty. Casually I was taking about being out of work since March. Not thinking anything of it. I was ready to pay for whatever the charges were. They took a while to find out the issue because it was a major electrical problem.Eva called me and said your car is ready, she said Jose the manager and master mechanic and I discussed it and we agreed that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR any of the services. They just wanted to be a blessing to me!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AZTECAS MUFFLERS AND BREAKS on 84 and Pulaski, Chicago to anyone. I went to the 84th and Pulaski location. The service was great, great customer service from the front desk to the mechanic. I would recommend Aztacas on Pulaski to all my family and friends, I actually took my daughters car up there after they finished my vehicle. If I could ve given more stars I would. The receptionist and mechanic remembered me by name when I picked up my vehicle before I gave her my name, that s personable. I found my a family mechanic.Services: Exhaust, Brakes, Oil change

Arturo is very attentive to the repairs is that you are concerned about with your vehicle. He has very satisfactorily repaired my daughter's car. And we have more to do so I have no problem returning to him for the remainder of the repairs thus far.

I went in for my brakes to be fixed. They said they replaced the brake lines from front to back on both sides of the car. Yet only after about less than 5 miles later, the brakes went out again. Someone could have been killed with no brakes. They didn't fix the issue although they believed they did. Let's see if they will be honest enough to fix it correctly.Also, they put the correct milage in on my bill but the incorrect car model info and mileage out, and said they could only take cash that day. Are those signs of them doing some fraudulent activities?I spent a lot of money there that day, and need to have the car towed there again. I am hoping they will resolve the issues. I will update this if things are done better and they resolve the issues appropriately.I am thinking if going to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I've been going to this place since it opened up. They are very friendly and explain everything they do. Someone stole my catalytic converter about a year ago, they put a pipe on my car to elevate noise and fumes. For me and my daughter safety and didn't have to do that. I love this place and recommend anyone to do business here. Thanks for your outstanding service

Spoke too soon. They are friendly, until you call back after your car ends up worst than when I took it in. They held my car for a week, claimed to have fixed everything except for a fuse for a turn signal. I had my car taken to a legit dealership a day after I picked up the car to have a diagnostic run and found out the parted were coroded and wires bitten by rodents. $650 paid to have it returned in worst condition. I'm fighting to get my money back. I paid a 2 weeks of rental car because the world doesn't stop
