I had an issue with my car that spanned for a few months but we couldn t figure out exactly what was happening. So we came to this place and we discovered that it was an issue with the engine. They fixed it quickly and I had my car back in a few days!

Took my car in to get fixed, ended up with missing parts on my vehicle. To be more exact, the catalytic converter was missing after leaving vehicle in this shop.

I was in this shop a week ago, I was a bit skeptical as I read the previous comments, but Mr. Gutierrez was a great person, very caring, extremely professional and tge most important trait for me us honesty, and he most definitely exceeded that expectation. I truly most definitely recommend this shop. I always take my vehicle to the dealer, and this time I had to as the circumstances due to my vehicle over heating. But I did had other options but I am very happy I did go with this shop. Thank you Mr. Gutierrez and all your staff. Most definitely wonderful service and great people working here. And im super picky when it comes to my car.Services: Auto water leak repair, Oil change

I took my car into the shop in April 2021 because my engine light was on. I was told I needed fuel tank,replace idler, wheel bearings etc. They still have my car. They call me to text drive because they said it was ready in May. Engine light came back and the wheel bearing was not fix and other thing. On July 22 they said your car is ready well it s not. I go get my car now the Tbs brake light is on. They broke the sensor to it. My car is a 2003 not a junk yard. The mechanic left all his trash in my car. I will never ever come back to this shop!!! Nor will I recommend any one to come here!!!! My car is still in n there shop not fixed! They also said I had to pay them up front so they can order the parts. I paid 2895 up front with no vehicle!!! Very disappointed with there services!!! July 24, 2021 I picked up my car and now my air conditioner is blowing hot air. When I put it in the shop in April it was working blowing out cold air!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Unprofessional management by "Gutierrez". I was driving along Cicero and noticed my TPMS sensor light go on. So I decided to stop in here for quick service nothing complicated. Just air into the tire. I asked one of the mechanics if he can put air into the tire and he looked at me if I was speaking a foreign language. I spoke Spanish to him, then out of thin air Gutierrez comes out almost to my face telling me "don't speak to them they work for me" belittling me and them, speaking to me in a condescending tone. So then I proceeded to ask if they can put air into my tire and then he said "you don't go into the restaurant and speak to the cooks, that's rude" well buddy if you're so concerned about you flashing your title around you damn well made a bad impression. He was lecturing me how to approach him next time and let me wait outside in the rain. (That's rude buddy). Probably has short man complex I feel sorry for "his" mechanics and I'm sure that "Now hiring" sign will stay up there forever. AVOID THIS PLACE! MACHISMO ATTITUDE. Probably has to make up for it because of his little size.Service: Tires

I have them a deposit to fix my car. They said they would give me a call when the parts were in . That was over a month ago. I have called them about 20 times and there s no voicemail. I do not suggest going here unless you have extra money to spend. I went for an oil change and was told there was something wrong w/ my car in a particular area. I was giving a price that was unrealistic & was asked for a quote (which I never received). As I went to the dealership to get a second opinion, since Azteca was the only business that I had this service from, I was told there was nothing wrong with that specific part in that particular area. I suggest to not go with what is told without having a second opinion unless you are willing to spend some extra cash.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

They were very professional and quick. Followed up if everything was fine with the service. I did a catalyst converter B2 on it and the car runs great. Melissa the owner is awesome. Took my Ford in to get the breaks looked at and let s just say my truck just didn t want to cooperate. But they had it fixed and running like new in a reasonable time. Thank you again Fernando for all your hard work and thank you Sonya for all the updated calls you made to me about it and the whole process of it all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. I brought my vehicle in for repair over a month ago. Sat for four hours until mechanic finished lunch and he realized the part was incorrect. After paying deposit and for repair upfront, I had to call every other day for over a month to check on the arrival status of the correct vehicle part. Each time manager said the correct part was arriving either within a few days or at the end of the week. I was finally told part was arriving, after a month. I drove to the shop again, waited inside and the part did not arrive. I returned for the 3rd time, when the part finally arrived, and waited over five hours for the repair that was supposed to take one hour. Vehicle is yet to be fixed. I have spent over 3 hours driving back and forth with my check engine light on and have waited well over 10 hours in the repair shop because of the businesses incompetence and negligence. Additionally, website states states they open at 800 am; however, they don t arrive until 845 am. Manager is extremely unprofessional; continuously makes excuses and false promises.Service: Engine repair

They tried to charge my parents $680 to replace an alternator to a Honda accord. Also charged my parents $40 just to check the battery light on the dashboard. Most of the mechanics I know they do it for free. Ridiculous and dishonest way to work.

They are Friendly and a professional service.Went and had 2 separate estimates at other shops and decided to come here for my last free inspection because of the ad I seen on a neighborhood Facebook group and just saved well over $200. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to use their services in the future.Service: Exhaust
