AMAZING work by Avondale Collision. Nino and Alex are great they helped me throughout the whole process of getting my car back to brand new after an accident making it super easy to deal with all within a timely manner. I was updated on the work being done every step of the way. My insurance wanted to get the cheapest parts to use for the repairs but they made sure that didn t happen by going back and forth with them to get the genuine parts. They made sure to take care of any issues that occurred right away without hesitation. Trustworthy is an understatement.

They are fantastic! Had a semi "graze" my car, took it to Avondale Collision, my car looks brand new. There have been additional perks too, like them fully detailing my car before returning it to me, my car has not been this clean in a year! Fantastic work all around. Color is blended well, absolutely no technical issues with door opening (that was where the semi hit, the front door joint). Chef's kiss!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Avondale Collision and especially Jesus. They fixed my front bumper in a timely manner, literally while I waited. I trust this shop with my wallet, my car, and my life. You should too.I got quotes from many places on the NW side, and Avondale was the cheapest and most transparent in their pricing. Also, the experience I had with them overall was phenomenal. At every point in the process, from my initial walkthrough and estimate, to drop off and pickup, I was continually impressed by how kind and communicative the staff were.Nino was always so clear, kind, and ready to spend all of his time with me to help make sure the process was smooth and painless. He called me even when he didn't have any new updates, so I wasn't left wondering -- I really appreciated that. When my car was ready for pickup, it was the day of my brothers wedding, and they made sure to not let the insurance and car rental company know that; they also convinced my insurance that the scratches on the rest of the bumper (from everyday parking) should be covered. I don't know how much Nino is getting paid, but, whatever it is, it's not enough! He made this normally dreadful and expensive experience so amazing.I cannot recommend this shop enough.

My experience with Avondale Collision was by far the best of any auto repairs I've had to go through in the past. My car needed a new front bumper, grill, and driver side mirror. The shop's super friendly owner, Nino, gave me an amazing deal. I got estimates for the repair from several other shops and his was nearly 30% lower than all the others (!!). I can tell from just being in the office that the staff is incredibly professional and knows what they're doing. Nino kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when the parts were ordered, when they arrived, and when I could come in to get the parts replaced. When I was ready to go in, the repairs only took about an hour before I was on my way. My 2007 Accord looks brand new again and all the parts feel securely in place. This is the only auto body shop I've ever felt excited to recommended to someone, haha. Go!Service: Body & Trim

I am beyond thrilled with the amazing service I received here. After a minor accident, they had to replace my back bumper. When I dropped my car off, they had already ordered and received the new bumper, which meant they had the work completed in only one day! Not only did they repair my bumper perfectly, they also reattached my front fender that had been loose for years, and they did this extra repair as a courtesy! My car looks so much better now and I could not be happier with this incredible level of service! They are professional and courteous on a level beyond what I am used to and I will use them from now on for all of my auto needs!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had a great experience at Avondale Collision & Repair. Nino was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and provided excellent communication. The staff was honest and upfront about pricing, which I appreciated. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new and had even been detailed. Overall, I highly recommend Avondale Collision & Repair for their fair prices, honesty, and excellent service.

Started with asking for a quote to get my passenger side mirror fixed. Nino (owner) was incredibly helpful in explaining the potential cost and estimated timeline for the part to arrive. The estimate ended up being about 50% cheaper than another body shop that I asked! The job seemed fairly simple for them, so they completed the work in just 30 min. Not only did they fix my mirror, they noticed some long markings on my front bumper, and they took the initiative to get them buffed out without charging me. Had my truck repaired and serviced here. My insurance picked up the bill. They are all insurance approved. Do not let your insurance tell you any different. Great service and work. They tow my car from accident seen. Telling me that they are authorized for progressive insurance. Now progressive is claiming that this tow company are not authorized and this tow company lie to me. Because of this am in loss and am struggling to get my money from Insurance.So be ware of this fraud by this tow company.

Just left this shop 30 minutes before closing. The guy that helped me out was the nicest guy ever! I didn t get his name but he was heaven sent to me! Helped me out with my bumper. Gave me quotes on my headlights I also need fixed, 10/10 recommend. I think this shop is new I remember going in before different owners, definitely upgradedService: Body & Trim

Nino is not only an incredibly friendly person to deal with, he s also unmatched when it comes to providing excellent service in a timely fashion at a fair rate. I wouldn t think about taking my car anywhere else. No one likes dealing with car issues, but I ve been coming to Nino for years to deal with anything from brakes to repairs and I always leave satisfied. You will not be disappointed.

I "unfortunately" had to take two of my cars in for repair due to two separate accidents within a short period of time. Nino was extremely professional and assisted with the conversations with my insurance company. The communication was solid throughout the entire process and most importantly both vehicles look and feel just as they did the day we purchased them. Highly recommend. WOW!!!! What an amazing place! Very friendly environment and most of all very fair with their pricing. Right when I walked in was immediately approached and helped by Rick and he sent me home with a Uber. After picking up my car the Air conditioning works better than before and the car runs better smoother than ever. They even helped me get a great deal on new tires! Out of all the auto shops in the city, THIS is by far the BEST place to take your car to in Chicago. If anything ever happens to any of my car's Avondale Collision will have my business. I've gone to Avondale Collision for all my body shop needs since moving to Chicago 4 years ago, they're extremely professional, super sweet and helpful and have great prices! One of the owners even Nino went out of his way to help me last time I had some body work done this past week. I always recommend this shop anytime anyone I know needs any body work done! They also offer detailing and did an outstanding job!

The only issue I have is the time it took to fix my car. The Insurance company told me a week and a half, but the actual time was 29 days. I give 5 stars despite that because from the time of my accident to picking up my car, my customer experience was good. It started with the toll truck driver showing genuine concern about the condition of my car. He was knowledgeable about his business and put me at ease in a tough situation. After getting the car to the bodyshop the guy (sorry didn't get their names) behind the desk handled the paper work and spoke with the Insurance company getting the car situated for repairs.Once I picked up my car, I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. The paint job and exterior repairs were excellent. The repairs underneath so far seemed to be well. My once messy car was cleared and detailed.It was a new car.Despite the time delay, I would still recommend Avondale Collision and repair. Every situation is different. But at the end of the day, they will take care of you.

I recently picked up my vehicle and i honestly love the way it looks now. They re work left me amazed and happy. Also Rick is a cool guy with great customer service who helped me out a lot. I am just really thankful with how my car looked. I highly recommend coming here. They re work is simply amazing.

here is a simple breakdown why I do not recommend this body shop:pricing - goodtimeliness - goodquality of paint work - terrible orange peel effect that can be seen from 10 feet away. Over sprayed the panels that makes the car look like it was painted.

Maaaaannnnn Listen Between Avondale Collision & Progressive Insurance this has been a seamless process so far... by the time I got to the scene of the accident yesterday...Junior over at Avondale Collision & Towing had already helped my daughter fill out the Police report and had her Truck hooked up ready to go....I trail them to their shop and from there Jesus took care of the rest....He called Progressive so I could set up my claim and called enterprise for the car rental once he got the reservation number from Progressive....Enterprise came and picked my daughter up and Boom she was back on the road JUNIOR & JESUS Were extremely nice & professional!!!! I give these people a AAA+ Rating !!! Just got off the phone with the Lady handling my claim at Progressive and AGAIN SHE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND SUPER SWEET...my daughter will be getting a new car seat the whole 9 YOU CAN'T PUT A PRICE ON GOOD INSURANCE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Avondale Collision was incredible! The service, customer experience and delivery were exceptional. Nino helped with fixing my Jaguar FPace. The quote for getting a brand new mirror from Jaguar was $1800, but Nino recommend I get the part from Ebay and he would install it. He fixed it in less than an hour and only charged $116 for the service. He is my go-to person for any body repair work. Trustworthy and quality service!
