JJ was awesome before I knew it he had already put my blade on! I'm standing here waiting he was already done that is so awesome and he was very patient with me the people are very nice and I am very pleased! JJ also helped me put my plate back on my car that had fallen off. He definitely went the extra mile and I appreciate it very much!

Came in yesterday 11/9/23 for some wipers everyone working was very nice and even made sure the wipers were correct picked up some oil dry and they even walked it out to my truck TOP NOTCH SERVICE GREAT STAFF!!!!!!!!!!

I came in to this AutoZone on 10/24 around 830 pm to buy a wheel lock as someone broke into my car. JJ and the cashier made my experience wonderful so polite and knowledgeable. JJ went above and beyond seeing me at my car struggling to work the wheel lock and he came out to assist! Great customer service

I called them first to see if they had any club for my car he stated that they did only one left for 22.00. When I got there he showed me three clubs and I described the club to him on the phone and he said it was 22.00 dollars. Why lie to a customer it was a club that go to the brake and the steering wheel that i didn't. want. Which I stated the one on the wheel only and then he told me it was 56.00 for the only other two that was there if I had knew i wouldn't have bought it. Don't lie to your customers to get a sale or did your boss tell you to do that.

Robert Williams (MANAGER),seems to refuse to return phone calls to customer & to district office manager! Be very careful on your batteries because they'll say they're bad and the batteries are good just to make a sale

I'm trying to order pa simple pair of Brakes online and there isn't a simple button that says ORDER NOW to order the part for my car. This is TRUE INCOMPETENCE as in your inventory is SO GREAT and most people online are looking to order, so I find it odd there isn't a button there just for that. Can you please update the website for efficiency in ordering online.Thanks,Steve H

Dominique was my sales associate and her level of service was incredible. I came in for a burnt-out tail light, and she was able to remove the casing and determine what type of bulb I needed afterwards we found out that the casing that the above said in the socket was burned out and she went over and above to remove the damaged section and to replace it this will always be my favorite AutoZone store in all of the states that I've consistently travel to around the country due to the great service and professionalism.

Well, I didn't take the chance to know his name, but, I took a glance at his ID which says he's the store manager - sorta-kinda. He's so humble, helpful, calm and friendly plus he knows his stuff. He helped me fix my car headlight and despite I already bought another one when I didn't know it was just a glitch to the fuse that powers the particular bulb. He figured that out and readjusted the fuse to sit properly on the fuse box and coupled the whole thing for me. The amazing part was that he went through all these troubles and didn't collect anything from me. I tried to give him some tip but he wouldn't take it from me.

I had a bad experience at pep boys. Went here and the store manager named Mr. Robert Williams assisted me with finding the best battery for my vehicle. He was also assisting others with questions while helping me. I will definitely go here again. Thank you Autozone.

My friend and I were on a road trip driving through a snow storm and our windshield wiper fluid stopped working! We didn t know what to do so we stopped by this autozone and Robert the store manager was amazing! He came out and fixed it! Thank you Robert! You are an angel who saved the day!

Love the manager he was spot on when the system tried to over charge me he noticed the discrepancy and took care of it. They are nice staff and make sure you are taken care of.

HORRIBLE I purchased a NEW battery, which looked old and broken, but was the only one they had. So they sold it to me, and told me it was new. I asked them to check it. S they claimed they did. The battery failed horribly and I ended up stranded on the lake! Now they REFUSE to refund me for the battery. I said how do I know this one is new?... The man told me it has to be. And that because it's under warranty he could not refund it unless I purchased ANOTHER one! NEVER GO HERE.

Sharlene is very rude and disrespectful and does not know how to speak with a customer and I will be letting corporate know this is my third encounter with her and do not recommend this location. The older gentleman was not to bad and offered to help

They know the business get in the zone I went to another autozone they gave me the wrong part these guys saved me from having to drive that long distance back, they took the wrong part and sold me the correct part thanks to the great service at this location
