I was in a bit of a pinch and Sergio helped a ton! He really tried to find a solution to my car troubles.He's professional, has great customer service skills, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.Whether you're in a pinch like me or you just need something simple. I highly recommend seeing Sergio and Valentino for any of your vehicle needs.

my car was slowly cranking over so I went here to have my battery tested, the auto zone staff was very helpful in checking out the problem he noticed that my positive terminal was a little bit loose and he had tightened it back up and asked me to start the car up and the car started up with no problems thank you

Had an experience where all of a sudden 5 dashboard lights lit up on my car simultaneously while I was driving and lucky for me AutoZone was right around the corner! I had to pull in and make a right turn off Irving and although I would recommend building a Cascade between the alley and the parking lot the security next door was actually kind about it so I was able to work with the AutoZone staff. Then let me use the tools I needed and because crazy Dodge for some reason puts the battery under the tire I was able to replace it by myself for the first time... In an alley. They came out, went right ahead and gave me whatever I needed to succeed!

Great customer service and they go out of the way to help! I asked Anthony for help with some scuff marks and he just came outside and buffed them out for me free of charge so I didn t have to buy a whole bottle of compound. And he threw in a free bottle of wiper fluid! It s so refreshing to get this kind of a interaction from employees. I ll definitely be coming back!

Had Rob replace my battery today. Stellar employee and always very helpful. Last time he recommended a good brand for a jump starter I bought. Seems to know his stuff. Give this man a raise because he rocks!

Purchased a battery from Auto zone battery was faulty . Went in was taken care by Javier who has no business being in customer service. He is very arrogant and sarcastic. He made everything so difficult even with a receipt in hand. He treated me with the most disrespect possible. My question is how do you hire people that are so unprofessional and untrained with customer service what ever you do STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RUDE PLACE AND JAVIER THE BULLY...!

I went for a new battery, valentin and a really respectful young guy helped me out, they replaced my battery and treated me and my step-dad with a lot of respect and patient, definitely i will be back if i need something else for my car, excellent customer service

Workers not able to replace a car battery. One young man started replacing but he was doing it wrong. He was simply breaking plastic around the battery because he couldn t pull the battery out. I stopped him. He didn t even put all those plastic things and the battery back properly. Shocked.

Excellent customer service. Needed new wiper blades, the owners picked them out, supplied a free bottle of fluid and as I paid for them, they installed them on my car. Highly recommend this store!

My recent experience with Auto Zone store 4462 was absolutely perfect. The sales team was courteous, and professional. The battery I needed was in-stock and was a freshly manufactured battery. Val was able to install it for me and he is truly a professional. He installed the new battery on my vehicle as though it was his own car. What a great customer service ambassador for AZ store 4462. I highly recommend this location for any and all vehicle maintenance purchases. WELL DONE to this great team.

There is employee who helped me jack Quinn he was an awesome person gave me the red carpet treatment I bought the full and complete oil change and more .he was very helpful even helped me to my car with all my purchases . . He is a Winner ill be back to buy from him.

This would be the first time I write a 5 star comment about a store that I don t actually bought anything. I went in believing that I might get paint for my car for rust treatment. Manuel explained in detail of the steps as well as the materials that I need for the treatment instead of just spraying a coat of paint on the car. Instead of trying to sell me stuff I didn t know how to use, he kindly asked me to learn more about it before coming back in. After we got out, we saw him installing wipers for another female customer for free. This is a five star service and I will definitely be coming back in for auto parts.

First this is my local store and near by my house and is my favorite shop BEFORE! All employe around 1pm to night is good but once i went there earlier morning like 9-10am all employes is rude! And the girl didn t bother to check my membership id . And they laughing . This is my story i went there to buy a buy 1 get one chevron cleaner so one of the guy told me why i didnt spend more to get the points to earn the $20 my reply sure no problem i want to get a relay with no pin on the side like is plain box relay(four standard season duralast relay) and this is the thing the guy said he gonna update my account to earn the $20 and the relay i want is not on stock so ill told him its ok just order it im flexible if is in here already i get pick it up anytime because is my (LOCAL STORE) . Then i see on my apps theres no purchase history and my order is not there but i have the statement transaction on my bank .

It's a nice, clean, and organized place. Every time I've gone I am greeted by friendly employees. It's usually nice and quick, but occasionally it can be busy. I've never had a problem at this location and will continue coming back.

I went to AutoZone at 6520 W Irving Park today because I had been having trouble with my battery. Tony, the store manager helped me and it took a lot more than I thought as my battery hadn't run long enough and needed a jump. Tony went above and beyond checking and jumping my SUV. I will go this this AutoZone because Tony provided such excellent service and the other two employees were helpful too when I was in the store. I am happy and satisfied and sure hope Tony and staff will be commended as they truly deserve to be commended!

Came in for a car battery. I had previously called another autozone to see if my battery was still unde4 warranty. Was told no. Then came Anthony. Anthony quickly ascertained that the battery was no good but, asked if it was under warranty. I told him what had been relayed to me by the other autozone but halfheartedly said "but you can double check" not expecting any response. He smiled politely and said " it"s no problem, I can double check." Wouldnt you know it, i was STILL under warranty. Got me my new battery and handed me the receipt. It's these little things that make a difference in customer experience.

If I can leave a negative 5 star review I would, lost my order and then go on asking me over and over again if it was this store were you ordered it. Long story short horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. Never going back how does an order of over 300 dollars disappear.

Daniel takes care of his customers! I called before they were open... he called back about 30 min later and inquired about what I needed. I really appreciated it and it shows that auto zone on Narragansett and Irving really care about their customers. Will definitely shop here again.

Horrible customer service. The Assistant manager Shirley A. rudely and forcefully insists you take store credit for core exchanges, even when you pay cash at time of purchase. Completely unwilling to hear you out or even try to help you in any way, citing what she believes to be store policy as the infallible bottom line. Be wary of this location unless you like having your hard earned money held hostage.

Entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable & most importantly eagerly wanting to help! This Auto Zone is step above the others in the area, in my personal opinion, and just now Jose helped me out with finding the correct LED Interior bulbs needed for my Lexus. His system showed he had 2 in stocks so he went to the back to check, then searched all the bulbs to see if it were misplaced, but no luck. However, he told me the Auto Zone at Harlem & Higgiss has the other correct color LED pair I need.Very satisfied, keep doing do!!!!!!
