I have to mention how remarkable the customer service is at this location. Carlos V & Cheyenne welcomed every customer who came through the door, they were very helpful, and gave some suggestions for future purchases. Great asset to your company. Happy Holidays!!

You can stop and get a free scan for a check engine light, the people here are nice and friendly and help you right away. It's a clean store and they also have fairly decent quality tools

I personally wanna thank Carlos this morning for helping me with my vehicle. I may have needed an a/c charge or just freon. He ask me a series of questions about my a/c system n explained things to me. Not only was he knowledgeable, but in the rain, helped me service my car. He went way beyond to help me out . I just really wanna say thank you so much!!!! I hope he gets a raise!!! Good personal people like him are SOO HARD TO FIND!!

It was my first visit to this AutoZone store. Prior to coming here, I called to make sure that the auto part I am looking is available, and indeed it is. So, I went to the store and was serviced by Auger. It did not take long for him to get what I am looking for. I also asked if he installs it, which he shyly said that "if there is access, then he can." Gladly, he was able to install it, adjusted it so it will be properly installed. Kudos to Auger! Excellent service!

Had to make an emergency stop here tonight on my way home from work because my battery died. It was so bad I had to turn off my headlights intermittently to keep the car running. Once I arrived they were already closing but thankfully they decided to help me. They weren't too happy but I don't blame them. Thank you guys so much for taking the time to help me. I would have been stranded if you didn't but you did and that shows your character. God bless.

I went in for a new battery. In and out in 10 min, the staff wore their masks properly the entire time, they did not waste my time, were courteous and kept me informed and properly installed my new battery. All of this in freezing and snowing weather. At my local dealership they said it would take two hours.

Went to Auto Zone. Talked to a guy named Chris he was so polite and helpful. Chris put the battery in for me without a problem.Glad I went there. They have my business.

I had the best experience ever. I went to purchase some replacement light bulbs for my car and I left with a full service like in the dealer. Vince (sales person) went above and beyond. He not only search for the bulbs, he replace 4 of them, he went and got his tool box and start taking screws out and put them back at the end. I never expect this kind of service and my husband is happier, Vince did the job for him.Thank you so much Vince...

Not only did Elijah show me the options on my headlight replacement options, he even explained the difference and then offered to replace the bulbs for me. I haven t had service this good in a long time. He deserves a raise.

Went there to drop battery to charge and was told to pick it up in 45min. I came back 4hrs later and battery was still on the counter never hooked up to a charger. Cleark didn't seem that it was that big of a deal dismissed me. I came back 4 days later to pick it up....well this time they couldn't find it. Once it was located i was told it is no good and warranty expired 7 days ago. I can understand that warranty may be not good, but it would be nice to call and inform your customer.

We were there on Sunday night. Needed wiper blades for my car. The young man was so helpful and polite. It was a wonderful change of pace from the poor customer service that seems to be every where these days. Well done Auto Zone!

Always go here for my automotive needs. Staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. Also loaned me tools without leaving any security deposit. Also assisted in helping me install a battery in their parking lot. They are willing to go that extra mile!

There is an older gentleman a manager, he was the only one that knew what is was talking about, was able to give me what I was looking for and I was able to fix my vehicle without any issues.

After going to a couple AutoZones in the city who didn t have my battery in stock or refused to install the battery I decided to try one last one. Kim helped me out tremendously from offering advice about the situation, running various diagnostic tests to rule out different causes, and recommending the best plan of action throughout. She was super patient, considerate, and so kind! I really appreciate all of her help and I ll be making the trek out from Lakeview for any Auto Zone purchases/services I have/need in the future.

Hi All,I just wanted to say this auto part is an excellent store. Great service, the salesman by the name vincin had installed the battery in my can even though I got there 15 mins before they close. He has sown me a good customer service regardless of the cold weather and darkness out there. Thanks

We came into Autozone thinking we had hours of work ahead of us, but then Eli G. saved us. He installed new lights and wipers right on the spot and took time to talk us through different price points and options. His calm and friendly demeanor were an added bonuses as he fixed our car! We would definitely recommend this Autozone on Eli G s merits alone.

I called this morning to pick up the license plate custom screws and tire valves and was told they had everything in stock and would have it reserved and ready for me this evening. I came in and, sure enough, all the parts were ready like they said they would be. Now that's "Customer Service"!

WORST SERVICE!!!! My experience in this auto zone store was great for the past 5 years.Yesterday I walked to the store to purchase an oil and a filter. I walk to the back to grab the oil like I usually do. Then I go to the counter to pay for the oil and to ask for the correct filter. She finds the part number of the filter that I need and then she prints out a piece of paper gives it to me .So I looked at her confused like want am I suppose to do with this paper she says you need to go get the filter your self. Usually they bring me the filter as they know we re the filter is instead of me looking to find the filter as they have lots of filter and I could easily grab the wrong one. I don t blame her because probably she was not train correctly by the managers. If the manager reads this review please train your staff correctly.
