I purchased a battery at another AutoZone location who said they didn't have enough staff to change out my purchase. I called this particular location to check and they said they would do it for me. When I arrived here, the associate Jeremy was super helpful, courteous, and he changed out my battery with a smile even in the cold. This will be my new location to visit due to his level of service!

Usually they are super nice. Today, I went in and the guy behind the counter could barely speak English. Finally, I understood him and he was saying they wouldn t help me with my $35 license plate cover. I routinely knock it off my car with my garage door. They always help me put one on when I buy the replacement. So I started to leave and there was a lady at a register who asked why I was leaving. I said that the man told me he wouldn t help me. She said she would and she was the manager. Pretty cool to have a female manager. She found a replacement, but then a second guy comes up and tells her that they can t install it because there is no place to screw it in. He was outside smoking when I pulled up and saw my car. She was kind enough to give me the name of a shop that would help. I will go to the dealer on Monday, but at least she was trying to help.

I've been coming here a LONG time and wouldn't have it any other way. Most professional/Nice people work here. The older Hispanic fella that's been here for years with the gray shirt and glasses, is not only the nicest person there but makes me laugh every time I come in here when he's interacting with his employees. Worth the visit to buy stuff here that you need. I also want to take the time to thank and appreciate the female who helped me with my bad rotors and not a refund. I didn't have the original phone number to claim my warranty as I want a new set of front/back rotors. She was able to help not only claim the warranty but she helped me fix my account for hassle free checkout next time. You guys keep doing you it's greatly appreciated!

Had the best experience just now getting my battery checked and recycling an old one! Thank you to the super nice and helpful female employee (sorry I didn t catch your name!) who helped me out. Will be back to get the battery recharged and will be visiting here for future car needs. Yay for having non-male employees at auto shops!

I ve stopped here twice and both times with two different employees, they didn t help me. The first time I needed a battery changed and I bought the battery from them right then. They didn t help me after looking under the hood for 10 second. This next time I needed my battery jumped unexpectedly and he brings out the jumper. The jumper wasn t charged and then after 10 second of standing there, he just said we need to find someone to come help us. The employees don t seem to want to help and it makes me not want to come to this location if I know that if I have questions and need assistance, they won t actually do anything.

Jasmine was exceptional. I'm all about women empowerment. She demonstrated excellent customer service along with Mechanical knowledge. She was able to help my husband and I, not even breaking a nail to change a light bulb. I can't thank her enough she saved us a lot of money. You are crazy if this woman doesn't get promoted... Thanks Jasmine you are truly something special keep up the good work.

Great experience at this specific location! This post is specifically in regards to DENNIS. Dennis you have our up most respect. Thank you so much for your patience, going above and beyond your job duties, and leaving no questions and or concerns unanswered. You re customer service, Leadership, dedicated, and enjoyment for what you do is beyond excellent. I don t usually write reviews but this one is well deserved. Autozone you have a great employee and asset to your organization please show him the recognition he deserves. Again, Dennisthank you for everything you were a huge blessing. Thank you for replacing Ray s battery. We will definitely be visiting this location again in the future take care.

Customer service was great. I lost my oil cap when added oil and the guy working there named Jeremy jelp me find one as close as possible to my vehicle. I knew it would be days before I could get the exact one and needed one asap.

I visited AutoZone on 01/14/20 after going to the dealership with my dad. He was having issues with his Dodge Grand Caravan 2008 in where the doors would randomly open on their own. The dealership claimed it was door actuator and remote that needed to be replaced. The cost of labor (including the parts) would've been at least $1,000. Out of curiosity, my dad decided to stop by to the Autozone to check if they had the remote for his van. Working in the front was a friendly young man named Guillermo who quickly welcomed my dad and me into the store. He asked if we needed any help and I brought up my dad's current situation to check if he knew anything of the issue. To our surprise, it wasn't the door actuator that needed to be replaced, it was the plastic of the back of the remote that was broken off and was touching the other circuits which made the doors randomly open whenever my dad was close to the van. Guillermo thoroughly explained, from a customer having a similar situation, on how it's common for the plastic on the back of the remote cover which often gets broken off through daily use. Although they didn't carry a new case for my dad's remote, Guillermo was more than willing to pull up the information to check where my dad can find the cover for his remote. From this, Guillermo saved my dad from spending over $1,000 to fix the problem which caused by a simple remote flaw. It was excellent customer experience and highly recommend him!!

My boyfriend and I went in last night to get a new battery and Jeremy was super helpful! He tested my old battery, helped us in choosing what battery would be best and most cost effective, and he was kind enough to replace the old battery with the new one. His upbeat personality and positive attitude were a pleasure to be around & will surely get him far.

I was having car trouble and the check engine light came on and one of the people who worked there was very helpful. He checked the check engine light, battery, starter, and alternator. I found out I needed a new alternator and they gave me one for a good price. I know he was a manager but I didn't get his name.

Great experience! Walked in looking for screws to put on a new plate-they ended up doing it for me and it took less than 5 minutes and less than $5 for the screw kit! For anyone else like mr who finds this stuff to be a headache, I highly recommend!

I came in yesterday because I suspected I needed a new car battery. A guy (I wish I remembered names) performed a battery test and wasn't pushy at all, he said I could get a new battery if I wanted but it didn't seem crucial at the moment.I decided to get a new one anyway, and he gave me 3 options that fit my car, all with different prices and features, and let me choose. After I bought one, another guy came out to install my battery. I'm so glad I didn't try to do this on my own because my VW is a bit more complicated to replace a battery and I definitely would've struggled with it. I even tried to tip him at the end and he refused. Overall a great experience!RIP Kobe.

Came in to get my headlight changed last week. Manuel helped me remove the light but he didn't have the bulb I needed in stock so he called a few stores until he found it and made sure to ask if anyone there can change it for me. They said yes but when I got there they had no Idea how to change it. So I called Manuel and asked if he could still change it for me. He said of course so I drove back to his store and he replaced the light in a matter of minutes. Best service I've had in awhile.

They can offer some help finding what you need. Be careful that you know exactly what you're buying, because I couldn't get a return on the item I purchased. Unfortinately, the item did not work for my car. Busy, well populated store.

I went to auto zone to pick up some brakes for my car. The older gentlemen named Jesus was very helpful and professional. He was able to assist me in getting the best brakes for my car. Very professional and will be returning to this store.

I went into this store not know what was wrong with my car. They asked me a few questions and after telling them my problems and got the parts I needed. Love the warranty for the parts in case I need them again. The team there is awesome.

There is a lady that work there at night she lock the door at 8pm and is real mad she is disrespectful to me I am a good person so i didn't say anything when the sign say 10pm I live next door I am not washing there anymore she can close At 8pm everyday

Bought 2 u joints, both duracraft - one seemed like it was used already and BOTH were missing the clips needed to hold the part in place.Anytime I go they never seem to have what I need and/or if they do, there always seems to be another issue. Or part needs to be ordered so I may as well have ordered it elsewhere from the comfort of my home instead of driving to all my local AutoZones.Got bulbs for my car a couple weeks ago and received the wrong ones after specifically asking for two pronged bulbs.Always seems to be an issue when I go to any AutoZone.

Knowledgeable, helpful, organized and clean, had to buy windshield wipers and washer liquid, so young lady behind the counter install my windshield wipers for me because I had operations on both my hands, she was very helpful and very friendly, they know the meaning of customer service

They usually have what I need, but there isn't always someone who is able to assist quickly. People here seem to move at their own pace which is perfectly ok if it's quiet, but not with a line forming.

Well I am giving jeramy and his coworker a 5 star didn't get his name but they were amazing helped me with my radio after I got a jump my radio and backup camera wouldn't work and i called autozone and jeramy was so nice over the phone and in person left there happy and my radio working thanx guys .

The best auto service I have been to. I went to O'Reily a day before to get a battery and it took them 15min just to help me. At Autozone I received a fast and prefessional service. I went to check on my battery of my GMC truck and they had a guy help me within minutes. Thank you!

Went into autozone to find a part I needed for my car, I don't really know much about cars but Jesus was very helpful in helping me get what I needed. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and kind in answering them
