I went in for a diagnostic and one of the workers helped me and even explained what I needed and what it was doing to my car in detail. He was really helpful his name was Andy.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THIS PEOPLE DO NOT PUT ANY ATTENTION TO COSTUMER AT ALLIt is very disappointing the way they are so arrogant and arrogant and also the way they ignore people this is the worst autozone ever but I will never return to this place I prefer to drive further to another autozone or better yet I prefer Advanced autoparts

Great Location, amazing customer service! Mari was such a sweetheart and very helpful. She did an excellent job with my battery install and answered all of my questions with a smile! Definitely would recommend this autozone. 10/10!

Placed an online order at 11:58am 3/12, and was concerned because I did not received any notification that my order was ready after 2 hours; arrived at 2:10pm (3/12) to an empty store and staff playing grab a**. I collected my 3 items for an oil change and upon presenting the situation, no apology, just processed what I brought to the counter and got a good ol fashion "Next"... great customer service

Been coming to this location and never had any problems. But the past 2 times I came in for a price match the manager or whatever his title is but name is Mauricio, says they don't do price match. Clearly that's false. Hate that guy

I went to purchase brakes and rotors for my car and was informed that the rotors weren't in stock, but would be available by 6pm that evening. However, when I returned to the store, I found signs on the door stating that the system was down. This left me with no choice but to return the following day.Upon returning, I encountered difficulties with the employees who had a hard time locating the rotors that I had purchased the day before. After finally finding the rotors, I took them to my local mechanic, who informed me that I had been sold the wrong parts. Both the pads and rotors were incorrect.In frustration, I decided to visit another AutoZone, specifically the one on 88th and Ashland. To my relief, they had both parts in stock and even provided assistance in carrying them to my car. It is disappointing to see such a stark contrast in service between locations.I'm not sure if the employees at the previous location are genuinely incompetent, but it seems like they prioritize their makeup over doing their job effectively. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will not be returning to this store, and I strongly advise others to visit a different location instead.

Hands down, GREAT SERVICE! (Mind you at 0745hrs a.m)The minute I walked in. Andres greeted me and I asked if he could help me with Vacuum Connector I needed replaced for my car. Not only did he know off the back what I needed, he walked out and helped me disconnect it and replaced it himself! His service made FAST NOT LOOK FAST.... I definitely will come back. Thank you again Andres.

Worst location ever ! Both times I came literally no help. I only came here due to it being my neighborhood location, I drove 15 mins for the next location and literally no questions asked, no rudeness, they actually helped me ! First time I lost my receipt, but I had a other receipt, and I quote if receipt is lost, no worries if you re a rewards member i came in without a receipt and asked for a copy of which they could ve easily repeated it for me if it was saved under my rewards account, pretty sure my purchase history is on record. They refused, offered me store credit but I asked for a copy of my receipt. Second time, I came in for a battery swap, I had just bought this battery within the same year actually 4 month old battery I was having issues that I m aware I have warranty on it and could get it swapped, which I ve done before without no issue. But instead they only gave me reasons on why the couldn t. So here I go again driving 20 mins to the location where i actually received helped. It s sad I ve been living in the neighborhood for 28 years and can t even come to my neighborhood location. Sometimes the customer is right ! And if you don t want to help, maybe retail isn t the job for you ..

I love the honesty and knowledge of the employees here. Went in for a check engine light scan and the employee showed me the results on their computer. He further assisted by explaining to me the code is so vague and not buy the part and get it checked out by mechanic. He was right and all that was wrong was a small line leak vs spending more money.

I will say, walking into this autozone was a great experience. Julian went above and beyond to give me outstanding service. He was polite, helpful, and could not been more professional. I was frustrated trying to intall whipers on my car. Fortunately julian offered himself to help me, despite the freezing weather. Great customer service, definitely would recommend.

I stopped at Auto Zone to purchase a Jump starter for my battery. Andres the manager showed great concerns and was very knowledgeable. Great Customer service Andres! Thanks! Oh and I must add they had the cleanest bathroom facility.

I went for spark plugs I had trouble with my car seem like the gentleman with beard didn't want to help me. He seems like he didn't want to give me a lot information on other products. So he made hard for me to work on my car honestly. Like he didn't want me be a bother about my car or inform me about other options.

I had a battery placed wrongly by another shop and I am so glad I was able to be helped by Andres ! He explained everything that was wrong for me to understand and he fixed the problem right away! Truly improved my experience with AutoZone. Will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you !

Oh my gosh! This is the most amazing auto zone located in the little village/Brighton Park area. I walked into the store one day exhausted from work dreading the possibility of needing to go to a jiffy Lube or other mechanic. I needed my brake lights fixed and some other things and Carlos went the extra mile. Extremely amazing customer service, I enjoyed a complete customer first experience. This location feels like home, feels like family.

I went in on 03/08... Around 8pm I believe? I just need a new bulb, but Sosa was able to diagnose the problem for my bulbs that kept being burnt due to a chip failure.... He is the real MVP. Great Staff btw, they all welcome you to help your needs

I had a great customer service experience, it was fast and he even went out of his way to put on my light bulb and remove the battery etc,Ask for Sergio, Z, he will assist you promptly and make sure you are good, even if it's a difficult task.Thanks alot

Did have the tool to remove the inner tie rod.Went to autozone today 8/26/2020, looking for car soap and wheel cleaner. Only 4 customers allowed in the store at a time. Employee asked me to step outside until someone walked out if the store. The Employee said there is a sign posted on the door "can't you read!" Very unprofessional. Drove to advanced auto parts. Great service !!

Thank you to Koby an his store manager at AutoZone, Your staff is so amazingly helpful!! they charged my battery an tested it. It was a bad battery, they helped me with swapping it out with no hassles. Truely the best customer service i've experienced. Very thankful for you guys.

I came in with for my front turn signal bulbs and Sergio helped me find and install them. It was such a headache for me to try and install and figure out what I needed and I found out I needed front turn signal bulbs and rear turn signal bulbs but Sergio made the experience so smooth and was very patient and helpful I was also greeted by two very friendly managers named Carlos and Jose I will choose this store over any autozone in the area!!!
