I dropped in to fix my light. There was an amazingly kind employee named Anna. Not only did she help to find the right parts. She also installed my light. She was so quick and careful with her work. I appreciate her so much and will use this autozone from here on out. Thanks Anna!

Stopped to get windshield wipers for my son s car. Eddie came out put them on for me, then my car didn t start Eddie and a colleague tried to jump start it ended up being a key fob issue and they changed the battery in the fob for me. Whenever I stop in the customer service is always amazing

My experience with this store was the worst. I bought a jump starter, took it home and charged it until the LED turned green. I tried it with my car but it did not work. I returned it to the store in order to replace it with another of better quality and more expensive. I was blamed from the store manager and she accused me of only wanting my money back. My intention was to get a device to start my car in this cold winter, not to tinker. Thank you for taking care of your customers. Goodbye AutoZone. You just lost a customer.

These guys are lit, Juan was the best customer service rep Ive had in awhile. They had all the answers to my questions and I was in and out with a few hundred in merch less than ten mins. These guys keep the store really clean as well

I was in dire need of a license plate holder. I arrived and was greeted by Juan Galicia., who had just started his shift. He took the time to help me locate the item and assisted me with the assembly process. I might add that process included three different trips from the parking lot to the inside of the store. Without his help this task would ve been extremely difficult with my knowledge. Juan is a great hire!!

I recently had a very unpleasant encounter with the parts manager, Saul, at AutoZone. Despite approaching him politely and without interrupting, he responded with extreme rudeness and impatience. As a customer, I believe it's crucial for employees, especially in managerial positions, to exhibit professionalism and courtesy.Saul attempted to justify his behavior by citing understaffing, but this does not excuse his lack of respect for customers. Even in challenging situations, it is vital for staff members to maintain composure and provide quality service.I felt very insulted by Saul's behavior, and it completely spoiled what was otherwise a beautiful day. I intend to share this experience with Saul's partner, as it is crucial for them to be aware of the way customers are being treated. Juan helped me check if my battery was working properly (it wasn't). When he showed me replacement batteries, he was patient and answered all my questions. He cared about the battery installation and recommended a product that prevents corrosion on the battery terminals. He sucessfully installed my new battery in my '14 Honda Civic. Thank you Juan for doing the install in the middle of the night as I hold my cellphone flashlight to see.

The manager here is very rude she is on call using her AirPods even when her associate is asking for the manager code on the system. I saw her rude behavior with other customers too.

Sept 16. Juan G - took the time to help me process a return. I did not have the reciept but he took the time (10) min to find it in the computer. I was very impressed by his customer service skills and how nice he was. He wasn't annoyed. I was so impressed that I bought a car battery and Juan once again helped me. He took out a vent that was blocking the removal of the old battery and put the new one in. He reconnected everything perfectly. I am very fortunate to have this autozone near my house. Everyone who works there is very helpful from allejandro to Juan. I definitely recommend people shop at this autozone. This place and it's employees are very awesome!

Ok now this is how you should be treated I called ahead to let them know I was coming and what I needed I was told let us know when you are here I did they came right out and took care of me nice job guys wished you stayed open later

Lorenzo is my guy!!! I went in to get some help with a stereo and Lorenzo was such a pleasure to work with! He was fast and accurate and made sure I left with the right parts! Not many ppl go out of their way to double check and make sure they get it right but Lorenzo went the extra mile! I left feeling like I kinda made a friend! I hope to see him next time I come in! 5 star service

Staff person was very helpful and accommodating in an exchange of a wiper blade that didn't fit my car (1/14/2023 10am). I didn't have the receipt from an online purchase, but he quickly and kindly suggested an alternative and then went above and beyond by installing it in 30 degree weather.

I had the best experience at autozone today! I don t know much about cars and was really scared when my check engine light came on after a road trip. Not only were they informative, but they also calmed my fears and explained things to me with kindness and respect. I would definitely suggest this store!

Juan Carlos was awesome at the Clark location in Edgewater! He helped me figure out some battery trouble and saved me what would ve been hundreds of dollars at a mechanic! So glad he was able to help us! Super nice as well :)

Went in for a battery that had a warranty. Both Gil and Will provided Superior service. The old battery needed replacing. Gil answers all of my questions while continuing with the installation. Once the new battery was installed a couple of test were performed to ensure that everything that was tested displayed on their tester as "Passing." Their attitudes were so pleasant and friendly!!! Thank you for getting my day off to an amazing start!!!

Brought my dead battery in to get charged. I have an older car I don t drive much so assumed it was just dead. Turns out the battery actually had a bad cell so they looked up my warranty and replaced the battery free of charge! Great service. This is my home Autozone and I ve always received great service here. Even during the pandemic. Thanks to everyone!

Mike L. is awesome! He changed a turn signal bulb for me on the spot right in the parking lot, so I did not even have to go find the correct size hex key or anything! My turn signal had been out for 2 or 3 days, so when it was working again, I was relieved. Thanks Mike L.!!! Javier was also helpful too over the phone!
