"I visited a store to buy tire caps and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the sales associate. It would be wonderful if the store management reads customer reviews and recognizes the helpfulness of their employees. I wish more stores had knowledgeable and supportive associates like him. I appreciate AutoZone for hiring such a valuable team member."

The Store Manage Leticia Pedraza Store #3553; would not authorize store personnel with a wiper installation because I did not buy the wiper from this store. I had been an Auto Zone customer for 20 years, this store is walking distance from my home. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars with Auto Zone (Lifetime Value of a Customer!). I asked Leticia was my life of so little value that she would send me out in the rain with a dangerous condition - non working wiper.Obviously the answer was yes. If the Auto Zone person would have come to my car as the Oreilly store personnel did -- they would have told me I had a faulty wiper(even though it was new in the box - a piece was missing; the wiper was in the trunk when I bought the car used) and I would have bought a new wiper. So not only did Auto Zone lose the sales today -- see attached receipt; they lost all of my future business to OReilly. (see the records in the Store under Gus Tucker on Sawyer and Graymoor Lane). Thanks I will post elsewhere

I was there this morning for a battery suggested by the place that did my oil change. After the Autozone employee asked me questions about my car, he stated I might not need a battery. After he suggested I get it tested, 65%! The staff was so nice. Will definitely be back.

Went to this store yesterday to purchase a quart of oil. When I entered the store me and my daughter was greeted by the associate behind the counter. We walked to an aisle to grab a pack of towels and that same associate came to that aisle and started facing product that didn't need to be faced. Once we walked to the counter with our items we retuned to the counter along with the other sales associate. It was so obvious that they profiled us and thought we were trying to steal. That wasn't very nice guys. This is my local store I can promise that we won't visit that location again.

I ordered a car battery for in-store pickup on a Monday morning (9 ish) b/c the battery in my truck died the day before. Around noon I called to see of it was ready for pickup and I was told it should be ready around 2pm. I called back around 3pm and was told that it hadn't been delivered yet and that they would call me when it arrived. I was confused b/c I ordered it for pickup from this specific location b/c it showed up as being "in-stock" at this location vs the location that was closer to my home. The next day, Tuesday morning, I called b/c I hadn't heard from the store and asked if the battery had arrived. I was told that it should be in today, but they weren't sure at what time. Tuesday afternoon, I called again and I was told by a somewhat annoyed employee that it hadn't arrived and that they would called me when it did. After that call, I went online and found a battery at Advanced Auto Parts. I called Advance Auto Parts and asked if a battery is showing as being "in-stock" online, is it physically in the store and the manager almost laughed and said "Yes". I placed the order for the battery online, less than 30 minutes later I got an email stating that it was ready for pickup. I went to the store and picked it up and installed it, all within a matters of hours. As for my AutoZone order, I called to cancel it on Wednesday (it still hadn t arrived) and they told me I had to go into a store to do it, but I could go into any store. I went to the AutoZone closest to my home and they told me I had to go into the store I ordered the battery for pickup at. Thursday evening (3-days after the order was placed), I went to the store and canceled the order. Oh, and the battery still hadn t been delivered.

Very helpful and professional! Took MIL for wipers. We was given options and they immediately (female) came out and put on before I could finish my review. Keep up the excellent work 82/81st Kedzie location.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Quick service and parts seem to be always available. Staff is very knowledgeable about car parts. Short wait times and the diagnostic machine is a life saver.

Every time I go there, I encounter pleasant and professional staff. Some time ago, I purchased a battery. Robert, who was courteous and friendly, patiently replaced the battery. I recently purchased wiper blades for a 2010 car. Letty helped me find some good blades within my budget, and was happy to put them on for me - while it was raining! All the staff here are positive and welcoming. I won t go anywhere else.

what a customer service.I asked for them to help open the hood of my car, to install washer fluid that i bought from there. They denied it. They said they can't come outside. Lady just sitting down. Young guy didn't know what excuse to give. He just turned to look at the lady. Bad unhelpful people.

I have gone to this store for years and I don t appreciate the lack of customer service. I m elder I went in a few days ago to get help and was told I could not get help because there were only 2 people in the store. Yet they assisted someone else outside as I was leaving.

Dropped off my batteries for a recharge with Malik he called me back 30 mins later saying my batteries are good & I could pick up.After picking them up he says they are actually leaking acid He takes me back to the charging area and shows me they are both cracked from the posts. He said idk if they were already like this Then I went next day to speak with a store manager LETICIA absolutely rude. Kept walking away from me while me speaking to her.She said there s nothing they can do. She even accused me of maybe trying to bring my damaged batteries to receive new ones from them.My batteries are MOTOR CRAFT purchased from a Ford dealership. Why would I try to turn in my batteries for autozone batteries?.

My experience with Tony C the store manager was outstanding he was so helpful, i needed a battery swipe out and he was able to help me remove the old battery and gave me a new one by looking up my transaction. He s an outstanding store manager i have never seen a store manager go above and beyond for customers. Thank you again Tony C

I always find what I'm looking. Don't forget to register for your discount card and make sure that your phone number is entered by the clerk everytime you make a purchase. AutoZone has a great warranty and return policy for breaks and rotors. Buy your breaks and return used breaks before the warranty expires and get a replacement set at no cost. I use to do this all the time and only pay auto mechanic install. You must keep the box and receipt.

The man was very nice and he helped me figure out what was wrong. Didn't give 5 stars because he gave me a price for the most expensive part. I went home and ordered same part online from AutoZone and saved about $120.

I special ordered a part for my vehicle and waited a week with no phone call from the store to notify me the part was in. I called the store after a couple of days and was assured that someone would call me. The check out service was great, they helped me carry parts to my vehicle and they were courteous and helpful in looking up and ordering my parts.

Needed a battery Replacement and Pedro was more than willing to help me out. He replaced the battery for me and gave me advice on upkeep. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated

Customer Service is key, even over the phone; secret shopper; I just called and a caucasian guy a answered after the 3rd ring; ok; "Autozone please hold and placed me on hold. Fyi; You still wait for the possible customer response. Thank you I will choose another location. Very unprofessional.

Pedro was so helpful and kind at this autozone i needed a light installed that i purchased from the store i told him it was the passenger side not paying attention when it really was the driver side after he installed it he was so kind didn't get mad and i stalled it where i needed the light bulb to really go so this is the store to go to everyone the staff was polite right along with Pedro keep up the work guys

Its nice to know that I don't have to wait on an online order to arrive. They had what I needed and on sale too. Friendly staff was a bonus. Great service.

Stopped to get some oil for my car. Dude behind the register seemed a little helpless about what oil was good, so I popped my car hood to look for myself. Spent 5 minutes trying to ring me up, took a call from someone presumably from another store, used profanity while I was in front of him to whoever he was speaking to, weird....who does that in front of customers? Other than that, I got what I needed, hence the 3 stars. Folks at other AutoZone' s I've been to had more knowledgeable staff.
