OMGGGGG, I had one of the best experiences at this Auto Zone. I had to purchase a battery because my battery went bad, and one of the worker's by the name Jose assisted me, and was definitely the best. He exhibited awesome customer service skills, he helped me to the fullest. I had no one to install my battery, when I asked him if he could do it, he said yes I can. Jose took a big weight off of me, and I appreciate him so much. I pray that he get a raise, and become the employee of the month. Thank you Auto Zone for making my experience great!

No stars for ignorance and disrespect. Arrived there @ 8:15pm 4-6-24 to swapp a bad Baterry. Tech says my manager says no one working outside after dark. I said that i have 2 led flash lights enough to make daylight. Then tech comes back outside and re - installs meter , now he says look you have a bad alternator. The tech at another store prior to this one 15min earlier said all readings were fine, Wow great costomer service. never again. Lazzypeeps.

idk maybe it s because we re hispanic but i had a terrible experience and so did this one dude who i wasn t even with. i just wanted to get my battery recharged but when i got there these two employees gave this customer the hardest time over a return, english clearly wasn t his first language, the female employee kept rolling her eyes throughout and the male employee (think his name was frank) was no help either. the cherry on top was me taking the battery home just to find out y all didn t charge it! i came home with a dead battery and i genuinely believe it s because of my race. screw you guys i m going to o reilys

I needed to have my battery check to see if it was working I was at your location at 11:30 am plan to buy wiper blades also If my battery was found to be defective I plan to purchase one from your location The fella at the store told me that the machine isn't set up yet this is at 11:30 AM Since he could not do anything I just left I was planning buying a new battery it's needed and also wiper blades

Every time I come to this location and need help with something they say they don t do something. I came here for the engine check system and they said they don t do it. Then I was referred to come here for the key fob batter replacement and the first thing they say is they can t do it

Staff was no help at all. I needed a battery for my smart key and they couldn't be bothered to help me find it. Once I did the research myself I attempted to find it myself but wasn't able to. I asked if they had it and received nothing but a shrug and a sneer. There's an O'Reilly's not far away, go there instead. They were actually helpful.

I went into the auto zone on 8231 s Cicero and the customer service was beyond excellent. There were two ladies inside Schanise and Kim I believe there names to be. They helped me find everything I needed and provided excellent advice to help me assure my car will stay in working condition. Everybody please stop by because the service was magnificent.

I needed a power Steering line for my truck, one store didn't have it, so they called another store less than a mile away. BINGO they had it. Thanks Auto Zone.

Prejudice customer service, would not recommend coming to this location. They registered my warranty wrong and refused to let my compare my part to their part which makes no sense because how am I suppose to confirm it s the part I needed. Would give this store a 0 if I could. The African American manager sided with her associate without hearing me out first as a paying customer.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely no employees make you feel like a wanted customer. I walked in and it took literally 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was looking for wiper blades and I was simply pointed to the direction of them. The employee said oh yea they're over there. Geez thanks for being super helpful. I won't be coming to this store anymore.

I had a very bad experience she s an afroamerican women she overcharged me and I went inside the store and told her she gave me tho wrong change and she got mad and I told her to check the cameras she said they didn t have any. She went all crazy so I don t recommend to go inside that auto parts when she s working there she was really rude . if she don t like her job she shouldn t be working there.

They have a very poor customer service, their employees attitude is like they are doing you a favor by talking to you they are not polite and their greeting most of the time is "what's up?" what's up! What's up is that Autozone needs to hire better employees, employees that care about the customers and their company, employees that have manners, educated, with good attitude. Employees that have knowledge about their customers needs.

Staff is very rude specifically African American people that work their they are so lazy and they always tell people system is down.This AutoZone needs better management .I stopped by their yesterday and A white male was their with a Hispanic women. I guess he was the manager as soon as I walked in they were so helpful and and professional I was surprised and walked out of their with parts and very satisfied with service.

Great auto parts store, though they didn't have the part I needed they checked with other stores and even suggested rival store to look for it. That's what I consider good service so I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Erik is amazing! He took so much time helping me get what I needed for my truck! Of course I would have a windshield blade pop off in a snowstorm! Erik took the time to go back and forth and find the one that worked best. He also offered windshield wiper/de-icer that I desperately needed, and filled it up for me. I know nothing about cars so the fact that he was so helpful made me feel comfortable heading back out into the storm! Thanks so much Erik! Not many people go the extra mile for others, but you did!

There were very nice to me and respectful i was changing my battery and well forgot to bring the old one in and it didnt matter i purchase the new one and gave a receipt,so i could go back when ever i had a chance and take the old one in and they return to me 18$ very nice people

When you are given the wrong part at another store and you drive 45 minutes out of your way to get the part you need....Save the dismal tone for someone else. The store appeared neat and clean but... I would never shop here . I can go anywhere and get treated like an idiot. Hint - I know more about auto mechanics than you so save the teacher student tone. The reason i seemed a little out of it is because one of your other stores gave me the wrong part! And I discovered this at 2 am . Score 1 for you ! I'm the one that is supposed to be snotty. Know your part number and get your stuff and pay and leave . Think of the Seinfeld Soup Naxi character . Banter will be punished.
