I suspected that my main battery and auxiliary battery were nearing the end of their life. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They quickly tested both batteries and when they registered as needing replacement they doubled checked them again to make sure both were bad. They attempted to change both batteries but because of the unusual placement in a Chrysler Pacifica they could not complete the job. So they went out of their way and called a nearby mechanic who completed the job very quickly for a very reasonable price. Overall my cost was much better than if the work was done at a dealership. Good job and great customer service.

Whoever answered the phone had a real attitude for no reason. I kindly asked to look up my number to check if that particular battery was in stock. He told me he could not look up my number and he would need the make and model of the vehicle. I asked him, "how come every other autozone I called, had no problem looking up my phone number, but now you're telling me you can't." He huffed and puffed on the phone and said fine. Let me see get your number. Crazy, how once he looked up my number, he had the make, model and battery type of my car. Autozone really hires some lazy workers. It's quite frustrating.

Couldn t be happier with the service I received today. Very friendly on the phone. They helped me as soon as I drove in, with no appointment. Armando, the manager, was also very friendly. He did the test for the check engine light and let me know that the light was on because of the aftermarket catalytic converter that was recently installed, and that I just need to drive it a little longer for the light to go off. That diagnostic was free of charge! I also told him that an exhaust smell comes into the car, so he recommended a new cabin air filter and immediately installed it for free. He also ordered a new filter for the engine, which he will install the day after tomorrow. Just by dropping in, in 20 minutes I no longer have any issues!!

Julio was great! When I walked in the store he greeted me with a friendly smile and asked what I needed, which was help with purchasing changing a front headlight that was burnt out. He went out into the freezing cold (close to 0 degrees F) with me and looked at the light that I had, then took me inside and picked out the right part and rang me up. He then went back out into the cold and installed it for me! His customer service and professionalism went above and beyond. Julio is truly a rockstar. Thank you, Julio, for taking care of me!

Last weekend I had anither emergency with my vehicle, and headed straight to AutoZone on Western and Lawrence. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Almando and Roberto. They are top notch.

Ordered a battery charger to be delivered same day from this store.Waited three hours (est. delivery time was within 3 hours)Called Customer Service, they called the store, and then assured me that the order was ready and they were just waiting on the driver to pick it up. Assured me it would still be delivered today.Order was still listed as processing.Waited three more hours.Called the store, they informed me that the order had been changed to pick-up. No-one, either on the corporate customer service or the store end notified me of this.Now I have to find a ride to go pick this order up.When I get there, even though it was "converted to pick-up" they still charged me for the delivery fee and the store couldn't do anything about it. I had to call customer service to get it reverted.They wasted so much of my time and tried to charge me for it. If anything they should have offered me some credit or something for the trouble.DO NOT order from or shop from this store...or AutoZone in general. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. Advance Auto, O Reilly's, all of them have been better experiences.Edit: they finally emailed me that the order was ready for pick up at around 11:00AM the next day...what a joke. Too bad you can't leave a 0 star review.

Went in for new wiper blades. An employee offered to put them on the car for me, so I said yes. When removing the old rear blade, he accidentally snapped the arm off. He and the manager tried to order a new one, but none were available, although they did find a local Chevy dealer that could order one for me. I drove to the dealer, ordered the part, then took the receipt back to Autozone, where they reimbursed me. (This took like an hour)The next day, I was driving on the highway in the rain, and the driver's side blade came loose and flew away. I pulled off and found another auto parts store, bought a replacement, and got back on the road. Minutes later, the passenger side blade came loose as well. I pulled over, duct taped it into place, and finished my trip.Today I went back to Autozone. The same two employees were working, and I explained what had happened. After a lot of discussion, the manager agreed to exchange the taped-on passenger side blade for a better one, and to refund the lost driver's side blade, this time. He admonished me that when I leave the lot, they're not responsible for anything that happens.Me: "So, just so I'm clear, you put wiper blades on my car. If, tomorrow, they fly off, that's just my problem?"Him: "Yes."Good to know.

I went to this store to grab a battery for my Honda fit key fob even though they didn t have what I needed the young lady provided me with exceptional customer service so much so I figured out how to do something so simple because of her and the help of YouTube. I don t know her name she was working unloading boxes on 4/20/23 around 10am. She was so helpful and I truly appreciated it.

I needed some parts for my Subaru and my mechanic/friend gave me a list to buy before she could fix it. Her list looked like some foreign language and really had no clue. So I went into the Auto Zone expecting to be laughed at, but instead got some of the best customer service I ever had. I was in and out at in less than 10 minutes. And they had everything on my list.

The staff on Saturday afternoon on April 23rd were not remotely helpful.We asked for assistance- he just pointed to the wall behind us and told us it was on that shelf. No help or direction. He just contiued talking with a coworker.We left and went to a more helpful location.

One of my favorite 2 locations. Staff is helpful and so polite. If we need to find an item they offer to have it sent to their location or pick up at another location. So helpful even though they are always so busy and they get stuff done. Never see any empty spaces in the aisles.

I should have written down the name of the employee who helped me; he was incredibly helpful and kind! We needed a replacement battery for our car, and I was in and out in 10 minutes (I didn't have them install because my car was dead in the garage, ha). The employee didn't upsell me, didn't make me feel like a stupid girl, and was easy to work with. Thank you!

Daniel the worker there this morning took excellent care of me. He helped me charge my battery and figure out the problem with my alternator. Daniel was extremely quick to come to my help when other worker was reluctant. I appreciated Daniels help and everything he done for me. He was also very well versed and knew a lot about the cars, batteries and alternator. Thank you so much Daniel I would ve been stranded and had to call a tow if not for him! I appreciate Daniels kindness and work ethic!!

I very easily found what I needed (a windshield wiper), but had a hard time installing it once I got it home. I returned the next day and Daniel snapped it on for me in a blink. He didn't make me feel stupid about it either, which was an extra bonus.

Arrived at this location to buy coolant and some wd40 the other day, supposed to be fast purchase in and out. Man at counter made himself busy and avoided me. Went on the computer and made me wait 25 minutes. If you want fast service and car parts go somewhere else. Don't waste your precious time here.

We had a poor experience overall here. Perhaps this was a singular experience, but it was our experience never-the-less. We had ordered a part for curbside pickup. When we arrived in the parking lot, my girlfriend called the number on the curbside pickup sign on the building, and the worker said that my girlfriend had to go in the store. We were confused and asked why this is, and he said curbside pickup is the same as in-store pickup, and their version requires you to come in the store and they don t have enough staff to go out to the car. What? He then said some larger stores offer curbside pickup but not them. We pointed out that on the website and the sign on their building said they offer curbside pickup. He said he couldn t go out. So, reluctantly my girlfriend headed inside. She was asked to sign for the product, then the manager saw what was going on and corrected the employee who spoke to my gf and said she didn t need to sign. We received our product and left. I don t know if the employee was being stubborn, or didn t understand what curbside pickup actually meant, but we were very disappointed by this experience.

Absolutely incredible. I am ashamed I cannot remember his name. I was there on a busy Friday afternoon. Erik (?) went above and beyond, even more impressive he taught me and both I and my 2012 GTI are better because of his and his colleagues time. I will praise Autozone #2583 as often as I can. Thank you!
