Khadijah Is one of the kindest nicest sweetest workers in customer service agents that I've ever encountered.She has a very positive attitude and delivers it in warm atmosphere she exudes inside the store. Thank you for hiring such a very fine employee.

Ricardo(?) was so patient and diligent when installing our Duralast battery! He took his time to ensure that corrosion pads were placed and that the battery bracket was also installed. Please note: The last battery was purchased and installed at this AutoZone but the staff DID NOT put corrosion pads or secure the battery bracket...just rested it on the battery. I didn't know until Ricardo(?) pointed out all the things missing/not done the last time. SO HELPFUL!!

They are excellent they took they time treat you like family and I got exactly what I came needed Nick S Taquila R Justin L they all went above and beyond to assist me with my fuse and we all worked together I left completely happy and satisfied and it was fixed they even explained what the codes meant I m just super happy I found this auto zone they are efficient and very patient I love this store a must go

I am a fan of this place, I had a bad battery, i had my baby, it was the girl who helped me with everything I needed. Their prices were better than 2 other Auto Zones, so call them first to see who have the best deal.

I come here all the time there very knowledgeable about most makes and models of vehicles. Also, the woman working there are knowledgeable about most vehicles too. Nice

Lesly was such a great help. She went over and beyond to assist us with an issue and was very patience. I appreciate her so much . She looked at my car one time and knew what the problem was and told me where to go and what to do. I really appreciate her so much

The store manager Ms Leslie was absolutely delightful and professional with assisting me in diagnosing my vehicle. After troubleshooting between my battery and alternator she made sure I got the correct battery needed for my vehicle with a 3 year warranty, and then swapped out my old battery with the new one... customer service at its finest!

Amazing experience at this Autozone. . The associates in this store are always willing to help and they don t hesitate. It s cold outside and I see them running in and out the store helping customers.I will like to give a big thanks to the Store Manager Leslie for helping a veteran out today. It s cold outside and the store manager came outside and installed my battery for me. This shows true leadership! She could have had another associate do but she did it herself. I appreciate you Store Manager Leslie. Your service will never go unnoticed.Happy Holidays!

Associate T is so awesome. She happens to be my favorite server at Auto Zone. She even went feather to educate me on how to install my fuses and I was able to do it. In fact she deserves a raise. I am so grateful and appreciative.Thank you very much T.Eric Amoah.

At the Auto Zone location at 8811 S Commercial Ave Chicago, IL 60617 the service technician, Jay (female) was extremely very helpful. She went above and beyond to find my warranty parts I needed for my vehicle. Years ago, they were placed under a different vehicle and phone number. I will always recommend to people to always go to this particular location. The store manager (Ms. Badillo) along with all of her service technicians are extremely friendly and helpful.

Katrina was one of the people that helped me. She was very helpful. She made sure that I had the battery that I needed l, she helped me with my tax exemption letter as I was not to sure how to register it here at the new store. She made this entire experience very easy and enjoyable.Leslie was the young lady who actually installed my battery. She is a work horse. From the moment I pulled up she was working the parking lot helping customers, putting her nose to the grind stone.And when she came to my car, it was no different. Very friendly, helpful and hard working young ladies. I would give this place higher stars if I could. Please promote both of them!!!!

This review is for an employee not the establishment !!!I would like to give a genuine andwell deserved accolade and commendation to a young man named Jaylen W at the 88th and Commercial AutoZone location Chicago, IL 60617.Jaylen was very approachable in fact he came to me and asked how he could help me on two different occasions on 2 seperate days. This was really outstanding to me because of the ordeal I dealt with because of other lackluster employess sending me on a goosechase for a product that led me to 3 other AutoZone locations and I wasnt the happiest when Jaylen approached me.He has a pleasant and welcoming attitude and is helpful and willing. These are traits hard to find in people much less employees these days. I spoke with his manager and found out Jaylen was also anew employee. Please extend my Thanks and appreciation to Jaylen for being a SUPERSTAR !!

Staff was incredible. Justin and Bitt were so much help when we we re stranded here for 5 hours. Couldnt have asked for better service. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The ladies that work in that place give life to the term Lady Boss. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. My shopping experience was superb as she was able to determine, locate and install my item in no time flat. I am grateful for the service as well as the professionalism and kindness exhibited.

Their employees was friendly and courteous on February 9th this young lady I said I'm going to mention her name but I forgot it I know it starts with a J anyway she helped me out show me some things about my rewards and all of that and I was very grateful she also let me know that they had a sale on STP oil that I didn't know about and it saved me some money so thank you young lady
