David was awesomeSo were all the guys I spoke to on the phone. They offered the free battery test, engine check light test and the car was greatA friend didn t put the battery in correctlySo they checked and tightened it so the car would start.Thanks Autozone

This was my first time coming to this location and I am extremely happy I did. Bob Ostrow helped me and this man was so nice to me, he made sure he explained everything to me that I didn't understand. Bob also gave me advice on which products would go best for my car. Bob is professional and knows his stuff. Thank you so much for your help. I definitely recommend this location and if you're able to be helped by Bob Ostrow you will surely be happy!

One of my favorite places to go! Not only do they tell you what s wrong and they show it to you why, they help you install it, and save a lot of money! Anthony was super in helping me! I recommend this location highly!

I recently bought an AC cleaner spray and spent $50 and before buying it I talked with the guy in the photo above asking if I can return it if it doesn t work. He assured me that it will work and I would be able to return it. I called him over and showed him that something was leaking and he told me I had to get my car checked out. He was wrong because I had it checked out and he wouldn t let me return it although he told me I could. Not only was he not helpful but he wouldn t let me return the product not even 5 minutes after showing him it doesn t work.

My experience here was amazing. I walked in, Raul helped me find my headlight, and then offered to replace it for me!He did a great job because it s a tricky housing on my car. The whole operation took less than ten minutes and I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10!

My expieriance with customer service representative was OUTSTANDING ! This rep went over and beyond with his assistance and knowledge and accommodated my needs to the fullest extent ! Unfortunately I m pretty clueless when it comes to my car so I stopped by this Autozone to see if they can help me find the correct headlight bulb for my 2004 Toyota Camry.Rares was assisting another customer so I decided to try to find the bulb myself. Rares went looking for me after he finished with the other customer (which was really nice). I told him I needed to replace my bulb and he took me to my car, removed the bulb, found me the correct one and installed it for me without me having to ask. Talk about amazing service. I love the customer service of this store and will definitely be back for my auto needs. Thank you Rares for you help!

Excellent service by store associate Rares M. today at this location. Rares is very knowledgeable, professional, and provides great customer service-this is very hard to find these days. This store also has a great selection and competitive pricing.

The manger at the location is one that I've worked with at another location for about 6 years. He's very knowledgeable and respectful as well as professional and patient. He has been promoted to his own store here at Milwaukee, as a result of the excellent job he has done over the years. Also his employee Adam is very helpful as well. Stop by and support whenever you think of Auto Zone. I guarantee you will be satisfied.

Helpful employees. Good experiences almost every time which is why giving 4 stars since it wouldn't be fair to judge on most recent issue. Purchased tailgate lifts for my Jeep and turned out to be the wrong ones. Returned the lifts and they gave me a credit back since they did not have the right lifts in stock. Turns out I never got the credit back to my account. Went back to the store and employee said we have the 2 lifts in stock and sent back the credit and told to call the credit card company. My CC company then opened an investigation. Credit card company was told I never returned the items and showed them a receipt that the lifts were not in stock...????Not sure what's going on but no time to play around.. so out $80.

Raul went above and beyond with his service. Great customer service. He's very informative. They were closing in 5 minutes, and my dad and I said we will come back to return the battery tomorrow. Raul said he can replace it for us right now. Wow. Thank you once again for your great service and help. We will forever be Autozone customers at this location. Autozone should be thankful for such a great employee! Rare nowadays.

So greatful I came in this morning because Raul went above and beyond in helping replace my headlight bulb. I thought after watching a YouTube video I would try to do it myself, looked quick and simple right? And I'm glad I didn't because Raul took a look under the hood and assessed what's the best approach to fixing the problem was and it was not what the video did. He educated me on why the bulb didn't work and the process of installing the new light bulb. He did a such a great job!!! For car parts I'll be looking forward to coming to this AutoZone, thank you!!!

12/2021 5* Service. Service. Service. WOW! They were awesome here. Daughter had a dead and dying battery. Needed it replaced before the freeze tonight. Stopped in, and bought the battery. Price was pretty good, no complaints there. But the service. WOW! Bardo really, really helped out. He not only sold us the battery, but removed the old one, and installed the new one. Saved me at least 2 hours (in the dropping temperature cold) by his 15 minutes of help. He was fast, energetic, smiled through out. Bardo really helped. He laughed at me when I took a pic of his name tag so I would remember it and spell it correctly. Well, here you go Bardo. A shout out to Bardo as a great reason to bring us back to the store. I live in the suburbs. They smile here, but the service is not nearly as good or the same in the burbs. This place was amazing. I may drive all the way over here for my needs now. Thanks again AutoZone and Bardo!

Great service!! I have been to this location several times. I was in the parking lot filling the coolant with the hood up. One of the service men came to me and offer to help!! Love this location!

Very happy with their customer service. The staff is professional and ready to help with sales and parts instalation. Last time, 2 weeks ago, they changed my car lights. And last year they changed car batteries. They are always willing to help.

I have been to the Milwaukee store many times.They are always kind. I bought back in Febuary some wipers that i didnt fit right. Today KenTook time to help me and fitted both right.I so appreciated the help.

Raul has excellent customer service skills, and is very professional & informative. He went above and beyond to give me the help I needed to find out what was going on with my car. This location also had all the parts I needed, which was also a plus.

I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the service in the store in my neighborhood. I came to check the battery July 8th 2020. The clerk had difficulty even placing the clams. The car did not start so I came back to ask for a jump. The clerk who had an attitude came out and (I am not sure if she did it right) I was told that it is a problem with a starter. I was advised to call towing, which I did Only to learn from my mechanic that it was the battery. I wasted half a day and $85 for towing because of someone s incompetency

Good place to buy parts. I wouldn't trust the precision tools they have for rent, I took a torque wrench because I was not sure mine was working properly, and I still ended up using my wrench because the store wrench was way off what it should be. Other 2 stores I visited before, had those wrenches broken. Other than that, it is a great store!

Having 3 vehicles, keeping them running well is a challenge unless you're fortunate to include an auto mechanic, versed in domestic, european and Asian models on your staff. I have not experienced as well as most others, what seems to be a euphoric condition.Putting all that aside, leary about not being prolific to fend off making a mistake on a significant purchase for multiple vehicles. I was determined to prevail successful, as a challenge believing it should be snap doing the job myself...when I had time, of course.A few weeks have passed. There is a complication that made progress grind to a stop, working on the 1st vehicle.My reason for this glowing review, was prompted by the energetic willingness of 2 very personable associates. They researched the combinations to find the best deals and didn't hesitate going up and down the isles to exchange certain items to match all the variables.While they patiently explained how the programs worked, I was never left waiting or interrupted making decisions, as they in turn took care of other patrons needing to check out.This was a rare occasion for myself to experience. I left with confidence and pleased, ready to tackle my project. I will admitt I'm a novice at best. Both gentlemen were respectful, they didn't take advantage.Being a senior, there is the need for increased awareness, for safety. You'll never know what hit ya, compared to the past, having the agility to fend off agression. I never for a moment I needed to think about the possibility of my situation becoming uncomfortable.The true test will be when I go back to explain how I shredded the oil filter caseing. It's stuck firmly seated, oil leaking from multiple punctures, rendering the vehicle inoperable.Fortunately I have another vehicle to use. Will they be supportive, hopefully successful providing a solution?2 times the pleasure? Well... I have to be unbiased, not to expect to pick up the previous euphoria to continue at my becon call. My experience was pleasureable, even with the competition moving in close by, reportedly having lower prices. What they provided was we'll worth the cost difference, if any. I couldn't have gotten a better experience elsewhere.

Attendant was super helpful! Found the back wiper for my car, went outside on a freezing day and checked if it was the correct one before I paid. It wasn't too busy, so I asked if someone could put it on for me. He said, "I already did." So amazing! I wish I asked his name!

During deep freeze. My wife car's battery froze, luckily we had 2 yrs warranty on it and we were able to get an upgrade and pay the difference. The young staff was still inexperienced but the older getleman was very helpful and experience. I offered my assistant to remove the battery and put the new one in cuz they have few customers waiting on the line. All i needed was their simple tools to get it installed. I have my loyalty points from the upgrade and got a veteran discount. I just wish they don't take away the point when not used in a year.

Great place for help with minor car issues. I have been there 4 times & have never been disappointed. I was going to install my battery & 2 tail brake lights however they did everything for me, I always tip the installer.

Some of the staff is very helpful, others treat you like an inconvenience. It's a roll of the dice as to who is helpful and what kind of day they are having. I enjoy the closeness to public transportation and the ability to rent tools.

Raul is the best he put my battery in no charge.last night he was getting off work when I called and said he wait for me.who waits after they get off 4 a customer.hes a real stand up guy go see 4 your self
