Special thank you to Brandon for his excellent customer service. We had a battery die on a Sunday afternoon. I came first thing Monday morning and Brandon quickly assisted me with replacing the battery and installed it in just a few minutes, allowing our family to use the car and get on with the rest of our day. Thanks Brandon, we will be coming back again in the future as a result of your great work!His colleague Patrick was also very nice and helpful on the phone when we called on Sunday.

Patrick was absolutely freaking awesome. I had an issue with my wiper blades and he was able to assist without me having to go to the dealership. His product knowledge was incredibly helpful on something so simple. I ended up replacing all 3 wiper blades based on his recommendation and efficiency. Having him actually help with the installation saved me so much time and energy. Awesome experience.

Patrick is awesome! Knowing nothing about cars I was at a loss when my low beam went out and he not only directed me on the correct one to buy, he came out took out the battery blocking the light and replaced it for free in no time at all! Patrick you re the man thanks so much

Patrick was nothing short of outstanding. Extreme expertise, precision and even helped me install my battery/reset my systems. I paid simply for the battery itself, the dealership quoted me at 500$ for battery and labor. I was out the door here for just 200$ as a result of Patrick s help and even got a much nicer battery than what the dealer was giving me, almost 200amps more. Reset my software in the car and everything. Give this guy a huge raise, something I thought would take hours today took legit 10 minutes. Thank you Patrick!

Had a great experience. Patrick was quick to help and walked me through what was going on. Suggested I came back once I got my new battery in place and glad that I did. He helped get the battery super secure and also ran a test to make sure the rest of the starting system was in good standing. Life saver!

This is my local auto zone. I have dealt with several employees but I have to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Patrick! This gentleman explained thoroughly what the problem was on top of answering other questions. A huge plus came out to the car several times to make sure we had everything covered. This gentleman knows his work. If he only worked at a mechanic shop I would definitely be a customer. If you re looking for great customer service & someone to be honest without spending an arm & a leg if you don t need to Patrick!!

I chose to go to Auto Zone a couple of weeks ago because they offered to install a new battery without hesitation. Called around, and other Auto parts stores would sell me a battery but wouldn't install it.Great customer service too.
