Always a good experience when I come here. Staff is very nice and attentive. Once I needed a part and I was on a budget. The cashier looked for a part I was able to afford! Definitely don't go anywhere else for my car needs!

Such a friendly store, I was greeted by Victoria when I came in and she assisted with getting me the correct lightbulb for my vehicle. Jacob was even so kind to install it for me! Great store.

Noe R. legit saved our lives tonight when we, 3 college girls, showed up with zero oil in the car like idiots. He not only checked our oil and notified us of this tragedy but also put the oil in for us since we had zero clue how to do it (obviously). We joked about O reilly being terrible since they turned us away at first and how we will now ONLY go to Autozone simply because of this man himself. Thank you Autozone. Thank you Noe. Now we can make it to our $17 concert on time.

Best costumer service I have received by far, I went in and felt welcomed, the manager (Noe) gave me a great service, helping me check and change my lights and battery, even though they had a full store of costumers. Fast and efficient

Place usually had what I need. Summertime they don't. But Miguel was very helpful and tracked down the part I needed at another auto zone. And even offered to call them for me. Now that's service. You'd get 5 star but they showed the part in stick and it wasn't.

Customer service is superb! My car stopped on me on the coldest day in Chicago after my brother gave me a jump we went this store and was greeted by Jose. He checked my battery and informed me that it needed to be replaced and replaced the battery without an issue. That young man had a great personality something you really don't see in customer service.

Pablo is such a awesome and helpful person! I can't thank him enough for willing to accept me 2 minutes after the store closed!!!! Thank you, thank you!!!! He was very well knowledgeable on the selection Auto Zone had to offer amd precise on the timing it would take to arrive the item. Every other place was a 5 - 7 buisness day but, here Pablo was able to accommodate me and get the order in rushed! Thank you for your awesome Customer Service Pablo, it is much appreciated! Will continue to come here as long as Pablo is here at this location!

I cannot say enough about your store,service is great,store very clean, I once had to go to work and your store was out of a part for my vehicle and your manager went to your commercial store and took it to my mechanic to complete the job!!!! Now what place goes that extra mile for you?? He went above and beyond!!! I would never shop any where else, your store and staff is very reliable....I appreciate all of you!!

This place has Awesome customer service!!! Yesterday I called inquiring about a battery for my Nissan Altima Key Fob. The young man on the phone told me to just come in and see if they had that particular battery. I came to the store and they didn't have it but he gave me several suggestions on where I could find it, with Walgreens being one of the options. I went to Walgreens and bingo I hit the jackpot!!! Not only did they cell the battery they were also on sale. I forgot to mention that he left the key fob open so that I could install the battery myself. A little help went a long way today.Thank You!

Depends on who is working , you might get good service. Ive been there a couple of times. And some employees will help and others just need to quit if they are not happy working there.
