Auto zone on stoney Island is 1 of 1 . Will G and Alicia are amazing and respectful . They treated my grand mother as if she was one of their own . 100% customer service , welcomeing and knowledgeable. My experience was unmatched and i will be putting all my people on to them. Courtesy is their base line . If you want Great service, Your time to be respected, and Great prices GO TO THE SOURCE Auto Zone on 89th and Stoney Island ask for Will or Alicia.

Manager Jeremiah was absolutely outstanding customer service and I appreciate you having employees like him! I want to add that your customer service.Agent jennifer was completely outstanding. Well stocked, ample parking, professional staff; example: I had arthritic hands causing difficulty changing windshield wiper blades. Staff stepped up & quickly made the chage...;That is customer service in my instance/circumstance

This location is arguably one of the better locations on the southside of Chicago. Brian and Mike were very professional. They were able to easily identify my discrepancies and offer different options to solve my problem.

Everyone in here is absolutely amazing. They really go above and beyond to take care of you and it really makes you feel cared for and valued as a customer. Of course everyone has their own experience based on the energy they put out but my experience was wonderful every time! Kierra is awesome she took the time to actually make sure I had the right screws to fit my car and all of the men that work there are the most patient and kind men that I ve seen work in customer services especially their male manager I believe his name might be Mike and Jeremiah . I love this place. If I could give ten starts I would!

Went in for some synthetic transmission fluid? I was told that they don t make it, which is not true. I suggest better training because you don't carry it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. O' Rileys sells its every day.

I would recommend this place if you have little knowledge about a specific part, I needed ignition coils for my tune up and I was sent off by 2 different autozones, I called the one on 89 stony and eric was really nice and ensured me that they did have the parts I needed. When I got there it took him no time to get me my parts and I was able to use my $5 credit I was too happy. Thanks Eric!

I came in to figure out what was going on with my windshield wiper blades. I believe he's the manager his name is Jeremiah he came out to my car help me with my blades and I really appreciate that thank you for being so kind.

They are always packed with employees working very slowly. Last Saturday I went the was closed at 7 PM, no explanation given at all.

Great place to gt parts for the low. I highly recommend people go here to git parts. Its clean and great customer service. I just saw a worker cleaning the counter the staff was friendly and making me laugh. The environment was so cool ..I lost my receipt and the cashier found it for me. I was happy to gt my money back for a part I didn't need. Thanks

The representative Jeremiah at the AutoZone location on 89th and Stony Island in Chicago was informative, courteous and gave great advice on my vehicle in what the next steps should be. He is who customers need when they walk into an AutoZone.Most customers don't know what they need. He is willing to ask questions to try to get a better understanding of how best help. Jeremiah will go out of his way to assist. I appreciate the help he gave me. I wanted to be sure that he receives the recognition he deserves. Great job

Very nice people working here. The manager was very helpful in locating the right part for my car. He even offered to order the part which I didn't even know they could do. Like he promised the part came later that day and he was nice enough to give me a call letting me know the part was in. The store was clean and I will definitely being coming to this Auto Zone again.

Great service today. I bought a lot of heavy parts & they took it to my car. Wasn't rushing me & was patient about looking up all my parts correctly. Their was a few people behind me. Jonathan was extremely helpful, courteous & nice.

The store say it opens up at 7:30 but didn't open up to 7:34am. Waited outside since 7:20am hoping they would open up on time.

I sent an employee to pick up some merchandise and the staff gave them an extremely hard time for no reason. I'll called to speak to the store manager and he kept me on hold for an extended length of time when he knew I was requesting the corporate telephone number. I have finally found the regional office telephone number and left a voice message. I will also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is well. We have to stop allowing these businesses to give us horrible service.

Employees take their sweet time and you may think they don't want to be there... complaining about how they get paid. I mean if you have a line of cutomers help them first and then talk silly between you, I think the main point there is to pay attention to the customers needs.

I went in to ask about getting a new battery for my car was told by a female member of staff that I could drive a car without a battery. Staff was very rude and condescending and pushing customers away instead of helping them this Auto zone has zero standards and was useless in resolving my problem thanks goodness for the kind and friendly staff at Advance Auto parts they helped me and it was money well spent. I suggest if u need help head down to Advance auto parts 8501 s cottage grove best service!!!

I was in a panic because I thought that I needed more oil in my car. An employee came out and checked my oil level. He then explained to me that the oil dosplay in my car wasn't measuring the amount of oil in the car but was instead letting me know how efficiently my oil was working.I truly appreciated that. He could have easily just sold me oil that I didn't need but instead he asked me questions to better understand my request.I would recommend this store highly.

Really nice people. The older gentleman working there was very nice and super helpful. He patiently helped me find everything I needed for my car and even hepled to put some of it on and checked under my hood a bit. Over all really really nice service.

I went in to check my engine light had come on. No codes showed I was a very happy camper the next week I went and passed the emission test!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!
