I went there because my emissions light was on. There were two issues I had, one was wiring. The other was a sensors. They worked on the wiring, but I had someone else work on the sensors because the price doubled. The price doubling was outrageous, but they knew I needed to pass the emissions test, not cool.

I own an Audi now a days just for them to know . I took it last week for a diagnosis because I wanted to know the problem,my car had a humming noise at the front end I didn t know if it was the wheel bearings or what, and if the price was considerable I would let them do the job. Well the guy that was in the office called me to let me know that all I needed was rotors and breaks all around . The estimate was going to be about 1100 bucks really?!! O well I said , I think I can do breaks and rotors on my own, since I used to trust them went ahead and spent 400 dls on parts and some tools , 700 dls less than their estimate! . I did pay their 100 dls with no problem like a said I used to trust them and I even recommended this place so many times to my family and friends . Well after replacing all rotors and pads noise still on .They didn t bothered to inspect the rotors even tough I mentioned it when I dropped the car in probably took them 10 min to tell me vaguely that I needed breaks and costed me 100 dls for the diagnosis for nothing .Do yourselves a favor don t come to this over priced shop with arrogant office or even owners cus I know this guy always been there (Bob ) .Never again and neither will my friends or family. This was the drop that spilled the glass. not mention other bad experiences.

Took in my car for an emergency fix up. After it was fixed they reassured me that there will be no other leaks. A day later, I came to find out that there was still a leak even after they guaranteed that they have done a complete check on my vehicle. When I came back to let them know they just replied with of course there will be another leak . Did they know about it and didn t want to advise me? Did they want me to come back to charge me for another hour? Not sure but they still charged me to check it even after they guaranteed me that there is no further issues with my vehicle.

I understand everyone's experience will differ. However, yes, the first thing they say is $100 per hour for labor. In my opinion, what is your time worth? Luckily, I work 2-1/2 blocks away. So, I was able to leave the vehicle for a couple of hours and come back. I had to have a new Housing installed, old one removed of course, and replenish the old anti-freeze. During the week my time is valuable and to be without a car, humm. So, $300 is better than $3,000 repair. The gentlemen are straight-forward. NO B.S. here at this place. Plus, the quality of work was done and inspected before I left the lot. I had peace of mind knowing my car was repaired by professionals! Not all mechanics are honest and they will gouge, over-charge and lie and tell you other things are wrong! Not this place. I did not receive that vibe at all. I felt yes, a little dry, no personality, just straight business! And, I'm OK with that. No need to fluff up day anymore, because no one likes going to the mechanic, dentist, lawyer or court. My experience here was ok and I will DEFINITELY come back, even at $100 per hour, well again, what is your time worth and what kind of quality of work and honesty do you want! THEY TELL YOU WHAT REALLY IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE WHEN THEY FIXED HOW LONG WILL THE WILL WARRANTY LAST.AND GIVE YOU CAR ON TIME

Outstanding customer service. They replaced the engine in my 2015 Terrain and did an excellent job. My brother has been going here for years, and I recently had my car serviced here on two separate instances over the past few months. In each instance, I found Autotime to be professional, courteous, and prompt with their repair work. Bob and Walt are both great guys as well. Highly recommend this business for your auto needs.

I live 90 miles away in North Central Illinois. This is one of the very few places I will take my car for service. To drive that far, it's that good and worth the trip.Bob and his staff are first class all the way and never try to fix things that are not broken. He is good stuff.It's so nice to have found an honest mechanic, especially in Chicago.

Very pleased with the level of service and professional experience at Auto Time! I don't bring my "baby" to just anyone! I am extremely pleased with the level of service and especially for the quality of commitment to listen and understand my concerns regarding my vehicles problems. Their timelines taking care of my car was truly amazing and very much appreciated.They have towing services also to make your time more efficient if you're unable to drive your vehicle to them. Saving you time and aggravation in the process. DO NOT MISS THE CHANCE TO FIND " THAT GUY" YOU CAN TRUST TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR "BABY ", YOUR VEHICLE, ASK FOR BOB!Thanks again Bob!!

Nice guys. They always take good care of me and my car. Very trustworthy and realistic about timelines and costs. I feel confident driving my car away after they've looked it over because I know they won't cut corners that might endanger my safety or put me back in the shop in another month.

My Brakes went out. I called Autotime they picked up my Van within 45 mins during rush hour! Driver was extremely nice fixed my Van great price! Great Service all around. Thank you Autotime!

Rude customer service. this place is a perfect example of those unethical mechanics taking advantage of people. The customer service is horrible and this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for 7 years. Never going back to this place EVER AGAIN! Stay away from this place. There's a great shop on 45th and California st. I recommend going there for your car troubles and avoid this place at all cost.

AUTOTIME does great work on my vehicles. I have a fleet of 6 trucks they do work on all of them and one of my truck is about to hit 600000 miles what does that tell you. it also still runs like its new nice and quite. You pay for what you get if you want cheap work take it to a cheap shop that will strip out your bolt holes. While Autotime will fix other shops mess ups.

Bob was very helpful on the phone, then when I got there he wanted to make sure the problem I was having really needing to be fixed, then gave me a quote. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here.

They were able to find what was causing the rattling noise, I got it fix the same day with original parts. Luis was very friendly and helpful. I would give them Five stars but the office stuff was not welcoming in the beginning.

500$ for 2 evap codes? And not even a guarantee thats its going to be the problem. Jus so they could run evap test and charge you for whatever problem (if any) comes after that. Friends have warned me about this place and now I see why. Their lot is always empty with hardly any cars waiting for their service.figures. & nowonder they say they have to run diagnosis they charge 100$ (watch for that fine print)

I towed my Audi A4 because it wouldn t start. They replaced one part for a total of $700.00. I drove it home. The next day it didn t start again the same issue I had before. What a waste.
