In this day and time, many companies in the automotive repair industry have lost the ability to provide consistent basic customer service and honesty. The staff at Autonology exceeded all my expectations and went far beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were taken care of. They took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis, repair plan and cost(They provide detailed information and allow you to make the choice to move forward or not). There were no hidden fees, tricks or under handed attempts to inflate repair cost. Car repairs and maintenence are more expensive than ever, but Autonology is intentional in keeping their prices competitve, yet fair. Sam and team were very polite and professional from the start. My wife and I usually take our 2016 Range Rover Sport to the dealer but this repair was very expensive. I had a coolant leak and a faulty PVC that Autonology were able to fix at almost half the cost of the dealer. I highly recommend if you are a foreign car owner looking for a reliable and reputable auto service company.

Giving credit where credit is due, I have been autonology for over 15 years. They serviced my BMW and now my Infiniti. Honestly, they are the best. What s even more fascinating about this group of highly professional individuals is their commitment to Accountability. The comeback, if a mistake is made, is amazing. I will forever take my car to them. Why take your baby (car) to the dealer when they charge an arm, a leg, a boot, and your first born to fix or perform preventive maintenance, on your car; when you can take your car to Autonology and get quality parts, well-trained mechanics and customer service that goes above and beyond. I got a very bad experience with this mechanic shop. Poor service for a lot of money. My car didn't fix right, and the mechanic who was working on it, make my car worst and running bad...when I came to pick up my car, the mechanic was very rude to me and didn't treat me right. I'm very disappointed, and I don't recommend this mechanic shop.

Outstanding business. They do excellent work and they stand on their word. I ve never had a problem with my vehicle they couldn t repair. I ve recommended them to many people and everyone is just as satisfied with them as I am. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Autonology has been servicing my vehicles for the past 4 years and they always get the job done CORRECTLY!!!!! Ethan, Sam and Eddie are the nicest guys ever and all are very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. If you re looking for a place that will diagnose your car like the dealership but not for dealership prices then look no further. This is not paid advertisement, just an honest review that I ve been meaning to post years ago!!Thank you guys for all your hard work

I have a 2013 Audi A5. It need Alot of maintenance, from oil change, fuel injection cleaning, brakes, cabin filter cleaning. The whole works. Eddy talk to me with professionalism and knowledge about the maintenance I need done to my car. The pricing is very reasonable and it can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars based off on the type of work that you need done to your vehicle. Audi Dealership in Orland wanted to charge me $150 for a oil change. Eddy charged 79.99 for the same work. Thank you.

I ve been taking my car to Autonology for 6 years. This is the only repair/ maintenance shop I use because they always do quality work and treat me with respect. I was recommended Autonology from a few friends, and after a horrible experience at a car dealership I made my way to Western.
