Dean and his team are amazing!They were very quick to answer any questions, concerns, and did my brakes and rotors efficient and correct. This is my permanent mechanic, so if you re seeing this review, heed my advice, and let them fix your car!The transparency from these men is unbelievable. When you re a woman most mechanics toy you around, and try to nickel and dime you.These guys helped me, gave me a reasonable price to repair my car, and didn t jack me around because I m a woman.Thank you all so much, I appreciate the communication, transparency, and the wonderful customer service!

Stopped in today on my lunch hour for an oil change. Jesus got me in and out. Did a great job taking care of my car and very polite gentleman too! Highly recommended. Thank you! Looking forward to seeing you guys again.

These guys LIE and do NOT FINISH THE JOB.I brought my car in for a rear brake pad change, and after 3 hours, they finally finished, but they were unable to reset the brake light on the car. They said I should buy a new set of brake pad sensors and come back in the next week and they would put them on for free. Well the sensors were backordered, and when I finally got them a month later, I called to make sure I could still get them put on for free, but no one knew anything about it. I was told I should wait until a manager was in, and when I called back I was put on hold for 5 minutes until someone hung up. I tried to politely email, no response.

Best place everI need a tire replacement and they did the whole thing in last then 25 min making me be on time at work !!Definitely I recommend it

The young man working there was such a nice guy. Made me feel comfortable (as a woman) while getting my oil changed on my vehicle. Very quickly got it done and conveniently pulled my car out of the garage, had it turned on and facing the alley way ready to go. I most definitely will be going back to Autohaus. Great deals from a great business... Keep up the good work!

Officially made this place my mechanic. Service is amazingly fast and affordable. My car wouldn t start after work. Had to leave it there. They picked up my car and had it fixed within a few hours. No hassle.no back and forth.friendly.Highly recommend.

Only been here for oil changes but they've easily got the most competitive pricing in the area and they're almost always done within 30 mins. Go grab some tacos at Deleite's around the corner while you're waiting and by the time you're done, your car will be ready! My new go-to.

They wouldn t service their Groupon. Don t offer Groupons if you re not going to accept them. I understand your situation but you appear dishonest how can I trust you won t mess with my car if you lied to the consumer once. Hard pass on paying a second time for service I already paid for through Groupon.

If you re looking for a straightforward honest crew, come here. Dean helped me my first visit and was clear, concise, and genuine. Will be coming back for all my repairs moving forward. Cheers guys keep up the great service

Would give 6 stars if I could. 30 minutes before they closed, my car s tire completely busted near them after hitting a pothole, and someone actually came out to help assess and get the spare on. This place goes above and beyond and works with you so you can make the most informed decisions. Will definitely be coming back and sending other folks here.

Friendly, quick, and they go above and beyond! I went in for an oil change -- they didn't try to upsell me anything...it literally only took about 15 minutes. They even helped me out by changing a bulb that was out and put air in my tires without my even asking them to. I feel like it's so hard to find a good mechanic in the city and these guys are IT. Go here, you won't regret it!!

Dean is a great guy!I needed tires changed and some suspension work done.He also pointed out that I had a loud noise coming from my engine caused by an exhaust leak.He recommended another shop Carmex Mufflers that fixed my issue the same day.I couldn t be happier!

Got home and realized i was missing a hubcap from the tire rotation. Staff pretended to care but never followed up or made things right

Got a flat, (found a nail in my tire) and called Autohaus. Spoke to Al and he was able to get me right in. They are recently opened, super nice, excellent customer service and did a great job with the repair. On my way out, let me know that if I had any follow up issue with the tire to bring it on back any time. I wish Al and Autohaus all the best with their business!

I bought used tires here because it was urgent. On the same day, the tire exploded because it was too old. And it wasn't repairable. I definitely do not recommend this store

Jesus was awesome. very good service and place
