I was very frustrated with my car since I ve been looking around for somebody to be honest and not try to rip me off. As I was washing my husband s car over at Pierre s my car just shut off. There was a gentleman standing in the corner named Rico , without even asking for help he came and turned my car on! Didn t even ask for anything back or try and take advantage of me which is really rare to find. I was really amazed and wanted to give Rico my business for sure! Two weeks later I called the shop and a guy named Sam answered, he sounded really frustrated or had a language misunderstanding so he just hung up, which really blew me off. Then I picked up the phone again and called where the second time the same guy Rico answered and he gave me an exact appointment to come in and speak to his tech named Erik, also Rico told me that Sam gets a bunch of spam calls so it was just a misunderstanding and I really believe so because when I came in Rico told me that Sam was his brother and they were both very respectful and not trying to scam! A day after I came back and Erik replaced my part for less than $30! When across the street at Q Auto, the tech sam estimated at $250. This shop really respects people and they don t try to rip you off or scam you they tell you how it is! Rico was really amazing and sam too! Thank you Rico for helping me, and Erik for your honest service.

I've been getting my car fixed here for 3 years. I credit the 220K on my Camry to roger's crew. They have great mechanics and I've never felt scammed. I come in with an issue they give me a quote and drive out issue resolved. It doesn't get any better than that. Wait it does, you get a free interior and exterior cleaning/wash. I live in the west loop and still drive all the way here.I have already started taking my new car here.Thanks Roger

After a recent visit in July I d have to say this local shop has got to be one of the best in the north side. Their commitment to guarantee customer satisfaction is SUPERB! I had a vehicle suffer from a storm while parked in Lincoln Park, damages on the hood and driver side front fender, minor dents on passenger doors all through the quarter panel, and chip on the windshield.I was recommended to Gerber Collision and it was a poor and would-have-been-costly experience. They took a week just to give an estimate of $4k+ and would take ten days to finish. Auto Plus was able to provide an estimate in 15 minutes for less than $3k and finished in four days.Thanks

My family has been taking our cars to Roger and his staff for more than a decade and we've always had fair service. I know that I can take my car to auto plus and not have to worry about a thing. Whether it's an SUV or a sports car they do it all here and I'm glad for it. I hate having to take the risk of going somewhere else to someone I don't trust.

Very quality job and very nice prices, I went to 7 different body shop before I found the Auto Plus, they did the job with %30 cheaper than other places, I m really happy and absolutely coming back

First of all I've known this roger for a few years, I thought I could trust him and I was wrong. When it comes to money you can't trust anyone, they did some work on my truck. $2100.00 dollars later and a jacked up carburetor. I took my truck to a performance shop and they told me my carburetor was shot. They don't know what they're doing over and Roger is never clear on cost, until its time for you to pay. People beware there is a reason he doesn't report to the BBB ?????? F***ING thieves

GOOD PRICE !!!! VERY VERY GOOD SERVICE. I have been customer for 7 years never have problem once.!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. YOU CAN TRUST EVERY BODY FRIENDLY. THEY'RE TRY TO SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. BEST SHOP IN TOWN..!!

These people don t kno what there doing at all I took my car to get fixed they made it worse my radiator hose exploded and leaked all my antifreeze I called he said his guys didn t kno what was wrong with it in the beginning he checked it and told me what wrong come to find out it was none of this things I m out on money and car still messed up don t go here you will get robbed not real mechanicService: General repairs & maintenance
