Thank you so much! I am a driver and had so many accidents, tried so many auto service place , Levent s (Leo s) place and service is the best. The team is very knowledgeable and kind. They give you updates every time! They are also so on time to return your car! About the price , this is the only place that I got reasonable price. Check my other reviews out on google. I had work with couple places but the outcome was losing my time and effort! ARMITAGE Auto service will give the best service. That is why I gave my both cars to them! They have one of the unique seat at their office lol. It s airplane seats!

Great place in the heart of the city. Honest mechanics. Leo the owner is very kind and genuine. Did a pre purchase inspection for me, and he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone and Def going back if I need any work done in the future. Thanks Leo and Armitage Auto/ body repair!!!

This is the second time going to them to do someone hitting me. Last time they even drove my car home to me because I had just had foot surgery & was unable to drive since it was my right foot that was in a cast. I love how they are very helpful & get the job done quickly.

My Jeep Renegade looks as good as new thanks to Armitage Auto Body and Repair! Great job removing the dents and dings and what a perfect sanding/painting job. The car was washed, and interior detailed. Customer for life! Thank you. Top Service!

Was very pleased with my experience here! Excellent workmanship. Left my car for body work (misjudged a parking spot bug time) while I was out of town and was elated that it was ready in 3 business day, not the 4 I was originally quoted. Family owned. Neighborhood business!

It is one of the best shop around here. They are clean, organized. I left my car with heavy damages and they take care it really well. Job was really good and i left really happy from the shop. Their prices is really good and they do quality job on time. You can also drink water and coffee while you waiting your car.

If I could give six stars, I would! Very prompt service and smooth coordination with my car insurance provider meant that our repairs happened sooner than anticipated and the repairs are so well done that the car looks like new. Amazing customer service and quality repair work at fair and honest prices. A gem in the neighborhood.

This was the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop. The pricing was great and the quality of the work was impressive. I came in for some paint work and when I came to pick up my car, I forgot which side the damage was on because they did such a great job. They were super quick and very responsive with communication updates. Will be going back here for any future auto repairs.

Armitage auto repair did a great job repairing basically one of my cars entire exterior, they repaired years of damage that had piled up. I didn t want to try and use my insurance. The shop worked with me on the overall cost to meet my budget and they completed it on-time and the appearance is perfect. Plus they cleaned the interior.

This place is the best! They fixed/replaced my catalytic converter that was rudely stolen by Bucktown thieves. Price was great, it only took 2 days, and they washed and vaccumed my car as well. DO NOT COME HERE!!My recent encounter with this auto repair shop has left me deeply dissatisfied, exposing a series of troubling incidents that demand attention. Initially drawn by their proximity and a previous $50 oil change, my satisfaction plummeted when handed a $72 bill.I kindly asked if the prices have gone up and she said no and that she s never even seen us in our system. Like I ve never been there when I have.Adding to the dismay was the thinly veiled diss about our 2003 Mitsubishi Gallant, saying she thought it may have been towed in from an accident. This unprofessional commentary, coupled with remarks about my parking habits saying we parked the wrong way , revealed a lack of courtesy and customer service.They aren t the police and need not worry about my safe and non-disruptive parking, it only contributed to the unprofessional atmosphere. The fact that my parking was safe and had no impact on business makes these remarks entirely unwarrantedLady then openly complains about only making $20 on oil changes, explicitly stating they would now only make $18, due to a 2 dollar discount since I said something how kindTo add insult to injury, the oil itself was overpriced.In light of these unsettling experiences, I'll be actively exploring more trustworthy and customer-friendly alternatives for my future automotive needs.oh and if you re looking for something quick, I gave them my keys at 10 am and got it back at 5, that s after letting them know I d be there the following morning (they don t take reservations) I walk in at 10am and bro tells me that I m late. How am I late if you don t take any appointments? He goes alright I m busy so I ll have it done by the end of the day it was 10am fam. End of the day is crazyNot to mention they put in 3000 miles for recommended oil change, this ain t the 1900s bro we been past that.If u made it all the way here its the lady with the crunchy blonde ramen chicken hair proceeded with caution

If I could give more stars, I would! I had a great experience at Armitage Auto Repair & Body Shop. I had a dent and needed a guard repair on my rear right-side door. I went in March to get a quote for the repairs, and the guy there checked out the issue and gave me a quote in 10 minutes. As a woman, I am always suspicious of dealerships and auto body shops, so over the next couple of weeks, I got a few different quotes. I came back to Armitage because they had the best quote and the best reviews. I dropped my car off the Friday going into the long 4th of July/NASCAR weekend, and they called me to pick it up TODAY. It was less than a week and a day earlier than they had predicted. I picked up my car after work, and it looks FANTASTIC! You never would have known I had a huge dent or that my guard had been dragging on the street when I brought it in. They also had time to vacuum and wash the car too. The people at Armitage Auto Repair & Body Shop are HONEST, FRIENDLY, and do EXCELLENT WORK! 10/10 would recommend!

So happy with my experience here! They went above and beyond to fix all the issues my car was having; including new brakes and air conditioning, and resolved the issue I was having with my turn signal that no other shop could seem to figure out. Highly recommend!! I have owned many cars in my life and lived in many states so I definitely have had many experiences with different car repair shops. This shop is by far the best! They are honest and tell you the truth about what you need to have taken care of right away versus waiting to take care of something (for example the belt under my hood was making a little noise and instead of telling me to replace it right away - they were honest and said I could wait another 6 months). I really appreciated that! I have brought my car in now 3 times for different things and they are always helpful, honest and their prices are much more affordable than taking your car to the dealership! Didn't want to fix my car? Also tried to get me to buy a whole new set of wheels for almost twice the price of the same set sold elsewhere.They said their alignment machine was broken, but they couldn't tell me when it would be fixed to bring my car back and they clearly do body work and had other cars they'd be doing an alignment for so... all around weird experience.

Needed a last minute oil change and they were able to get me in that day. Everyone was really nice and I only ended up being there a little over an hour, which I thought was very reasonable since I just popped in without an appointment. I paid around $70 which, considering we re in the city, I didn t think was bad at all. I would definitely go back!Service: Oil change

A friend of mine found this shop after accidentally denting my car and I m so glad she found them. Melinda (super friendly) and her team did an incredible job on my car s dented door you can t tell that anything happened. In addition to that, they went a step further and fixed a few cosmetic issues I had not had the chance to fix on the car without charge. Was definitely not expecting that but was super appreciative they took the time to do so. It s hard to find good places like this and I will definitely be coming back for other repairs :)

We had the greatest experience as a new customer. One of our service trucks had an issue and it's our busy season. Melina arranged our tow (He was also great) took us right in, fixed our mechanical issue and we had our Technician back on the road quickly. Our car had hail damage all over. We brought our car here and we had a great experience. Not only did they deal with our insurance, but they were very communicative, friendly, and fast. Our car looks basically new. I plan to do all my car maintenance and repairs here from now on.

Great place with reasonable prices. Had the dealer pricing me over a thousand dollars for an aluminum skid plate that was bent. This place charged me barely anything to bend it back into place. Also had an oil change, rotation, and filters done a separate time for a good price.
