Customer service was great and environment was friendly, but the workers seen me as a young adult with a pretty nice car and decided to over charge me for two tire replacements in which I had already bought the tires myself online. $110 for two tire mounts and balancing is an unacceptable price for anyone.

Tire rotation and Tpsensor for 80$. If you cant do it yourself its worth the price.i didnt like how they hammer the nuts to break the nut. Damaged the sit out of them. I usually use a breaker bar while the tires are still touching the ground. They used 2 dif cordless impacts. They are not solid steel nuts soo hammering damages the cap. Next time i replace them i will definitely take a picture of the nuts before leting any technician work on it. This is common in many llaces. Also just to test integrity They quoted me 180 for an axel change i called a few minutes later to be reminded of the quote and it went up to 190 still cheaper that Mavis but its good to shop around.

Got my tire changed very quickly. Excellent price. I feel like your wait time is based on circumstances and when you show up. It can be quick, or the slowest. If no one is there I front of you then it s fast, if there is 2 cars then you have to wait service good! Fact.

I had an unexpectant flat while driving today and stopped into Armando's and received excellent professional quick and friendly service. Great guys here and great prices! Both tires had to be replaced on my truck. They were life savers. Thanks guys

Wheel fell off the car 3 days after going here costing me about $1000 in damages. Do not recommend please go somewhere else. Owner will not take responsibility for his mistakes.

I have been going there for over 30 years they are the best. They always put air in my tire for free, but I always tip. As a woman I feel as though they never try and get over on me.

I ve used their services for years. When I get a flat or simply needed air in my tires, this was my go-to tire shop. However, I needed my tire changed. It was done, but the young man broke the tire sensor. Supposedly it was replaced. I came back a couple months later because the tire pressure light wouldn t go off. The owner didn t want to own up to this silly mistake. If it was fixable then, it shouldn t have been a problem repairing the initial issue that they caused. Very reluctant to go back if this company can t own up to their mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, but at least be a man and be a decent person and one up to it.Service: Auto tire replacement

I drive all the way from Bronzeville to get my car serviced. This shop always comes thru with my oil changes, emission tests, and tires. Workers are friendly and honestly best prices around!

Great and fast service. Staff was very attentive and prices for new tires are affordable. I called them before came and the owner was very attentive and provided me with a quote for new tires according to the size I told him.I definitely recommend this tire shop, as the best in Southeast Chicago area.

It was a day like any other driving into the city from NWI. Exited 90 at indianapolis blvd and bang hit a HUGE Chicago style pot hole. It instantly deflated my 245/19RZ40 on my passenger front, split the tire completely. My cell phone was dead and my charger not working drove slowly to a place near avenue m they had no tires but directed me to Armando's just 2 mins down on Torrence. I turned up out of the blue at Armando's he immediately said no problem. I was absolutely amazed at first we were going to just put 2 x 245/19R40s (I never replace just one tire always two at the same time). He then jacked my car up, spent 10 mins and found not one but two 245/19RZ40's - Z is higher speed rating, same price and I want to say compared to everywhere else his prices are REALLY HARD to beat. He was professional, quick, no fuss and had everything for my 2013 BMW 550XI not an easy car to replace tires on. 20 mins tops and I was back into work with hardly a blip. HIGHLY recommend these guys, they are AMAZING. Don't let the small shop fool you, I'm going back there when I need more tires even if i have to drive 55 miles to do it. After some serious damage to a tire, ALL my friends and family said to go to Armando s Tire shop. Found honest, quality work. They showed me the damage and no pressure to buy other work. Great price and great work. Keep supporting your great local business like this one!! Highly recommend!!!

Super friendly, great prices, and fast service. They gave me several options and provided good feedback. I was in and out in less the 30 minutes for a tire change and fixing my tire rim. Would definitely come here again!

Best tire shop on the southeast!!! The employees are so nice and very helpful! The great service was enough for me to come back but they also have killer deals on new tires. I also had some issues with my truck and they were so good to me when it came to repairs. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great deal!!!

The Best Tire Shop out here! I wouldn t go elsewhere. Manager/Juan and Employees there are polite and friendly. They know exactly what they re doing. They checked my tires and gave me an honest opinion on which route I should take.They have great deals. Armando s Tire Shop is the place to go. I ll recommend all my friends and family. Thanks guys awesome work!

great service and great prices. I bought a set of new tires for my 2008 Impala here and 2 years later they are still looking good. TIP: Bring cash they take card but its a small fee.

I been there on 02/28 as my tire busted out after being hit a large pothole. The Guys straightaway recommended me to change the whole tire as it was beyond repair. The rim was also broken at one corner.NeverthlessI also wanted to get on to the road at the earliest to attend one imp meeting.I strongly recommend them for the quick service they provided. They fixed the rim and put on a new tire in just 25 minutes eventhough it was busy day. The prices were also reasonable.

Alway great service bought 2 new tires and they had them balanced and mounted in less than 30 min, very reasonable, would recommend this shop and do to my family

Fast and friendly service! Needed my tire to be repaired from a leak, they found a screw in it and within 10 minutes it was fixed up! Only $15 too...I would of spent twice that at my car dealership! Been coming to these guys for years! Great service!

Definitely the best tire shop around. The staff is amazing! They go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. They will even put in the time to research the best tire or product for your car. I have been very pleased with the service I received here

I had a nail in my tire so they said they could patch my tire last year they charged me ,$7.00 dollars to patch my tire this year they charged me $20.00 dollars it was pricey. The service was quick the workmen were nice.

Love it! Great place to get fast work and cheap prices. Staff is very friendly and it's a family owned business. I rather come here than a box store that takes forever and is super expensive. Def recommend it here. They won't take advantage of a women either. They are very fair.

Who would have thought a bargain exists here? After the place my former neighbor's friend owns quoted me over $100 to change 4 tires,I found this through Tire Rack. They were way less expensive,fast,even working in the rain,and don't sell you stuff you don't need (like TPMS sensors and all the resetting,etc. that goes with that). Only drawback was paying a credit card surcharge. Next time I'll bring enough cash.

Honestly just all around great service! I m a college student in the area that works a full time job & they re always willing to be flexible with scheduling time. They re honest, friendly, and always have the best deals. I highly recommend their service!

Good Customer Service...Quality of tires appear good.....Got sum nearly new for a good deal with installation. Will update if problem.UPDATE: The Tires weren't attached properly...First, I purchased a set of 4 "better than used" tires . 2 of them were worn more than the others and the more worn tires were placed on the front of the car instead of the rear. Second, I started having shaking (car) within that first week , sumthing I DIDN'T have before. I called them and asked if the tires were aligned with the $230 package I purchased. I was told "no" it would be an additional fee to have each tire aligned. Well, I didn't have the money at that time to have it done and before I knew it weeks went by. One day I was driving and the car starting shaking soooo bad, I couldn't drive past 25 mph without being afraid. I went to a mechanic's shop, they put the carin the air, told me the tire rod was shot. BUt, that's not the sh*tty news... The mechanic called me over to the car and said check this out..MY Front Tires WERE BARELY SCREWED ON. They asked me how did that happen? Did I recently have sumthing done to the tires?? They asked me where I had them done.... That's WTH was shaking. The mechanic screwed the tires on, and sent me off with a high a*s price for the tire rods and suspension. Once I left, I couldn't believe it. It was as if I had the car repaired, I could drive 40 mph's without shaking my brains out. Here I am, big and pregnant, with children in the car, rolling only on 2 wheels...SMHAnd Armando's had this young dude doing my tires, he was having a hard time on sumthing and another guy came to help him, and they both finished them up... I usually wouldn't have to deal with any car maintenance, that has always been my husbands role. However, I was here in Chicago for quite sum time handling my mom's burial and affairs. Hate that I had to learn sum basic tire ed in such an extreme way. I still don't know if the loose tires caused the malfunction of the tire rods??The tire quality still not bad. Price beat others.
