I called about 5 days ago asking for a quote. They gave me an great one. After about 5 other places they won the best price option. I called back to secure a spot and told me I could just drive in. This morning I called to confirm they had the part still. They did. HOWEVER..... they said I could only come in Thursdays and Saturdays with appointment ONLY!! What a waste of time...

Some lames tried to steal my car the day before I went on vacation!!! so I decided to not worry about it until I got back. I called several places and they were high AF! I was referred to Archer by Demond at Midway Dodge (where I bought my car) and I'm soooo glad I went!!! They had the best price by far, and the customer service was EXCELLENT! No exaggeration, it didn't matter who I talked to from the mechanic who took my car keys, to the person who found me a charger because my Android phone was dying lol I was told it would be about an hour wait, but they finished ahead of time!!! I wasn't even there long enough to get bored. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDServices: Installation, Auto side window replacement

The wait was forever, even though we were the only ones waiting. I would've given a better rating, but got home and noticed the top of the windshield was already coming out. Tried calling, but they were already closed. My car was the only bad car there... they should prioritize people who are there!

They quote me a decent price for my car windshield. The only thing that I did not like that they left the urethane or butyl windshield adhesive in the roof of my car because I had to use a lot of water and soap to remove it. But other wise they do a good installation and I can t complain about the time as they are fast and the affordable price.

I had them replace my windshield and tinted my windows...very happy with the price... waaaaayyyy cheaper than other places that charge an arm and a leg... highly recommend!!

I went in for a rear window that wasn't going up, they told me an hour wait. I went as soon as they opened, and in exactly an hour I was out. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I've also had my front window replaced here and had no problems, definitely recommend this place!

I highly do not recommend this location. The replacement of the windshield took 1.5 hrs which wasn t the problem. When I got in my car, the rear view mirror that was placed in my car was not the original one my vehicle had. When I told them, they tried to change it to another mirror that again, wasn t mine. When I told them it wasn t mine, they showed me my mirror and said they cracked the back when removing it. I asked if they could fix it, the said no, so I wanted to me reimbursed so I can purchase one from my dealership, the worker left for 10 minutes and my original mirror has magically fixed. The worker seemed very upset that he had to replace my rear view mirror. Called my dealership and turns out the mirror costs $120 new, $80 if you buy used. And THEN the glass installed on my vehicle wasn t the right one because you couldn t see the VIN number.In the past, this place was very great. I had 2 door windows replaced 2 separate times and never had a problem. Hate that they tried to make extra money from my mirror on top of what I already paid for the windshield + installation. It s genuinely REALLY BAD WORK and A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Extremely disappointed. I got my car back after my tints were installed. The technician broke one of the hooks that connects a panel for my trunk. Them took back my car as I noticed a piece of tint chipping on the trunk. Manager had a technician look at it just to blame me and state an object stuck the tint from inside my vehicle which doesn t make any sense. Tints were only on a week and were not done correctly on the truck door. Extremely disappointed as warranty was provided however was being charged $70 to fix the tint on my truck window. Hands the best auto glass shop in Chicago! Martin the owner runs his establishment with his family by his side! They are always polite, knowledgeable & overall just great people! They always beat every price in the city. I've been going here for over 6yr. I have recommended my entire family & friend core here! Now I recommend you!

This is a highly recommended place to go for vehicle repair. Last time I went here was back in '07 to replace the front windshield on my Camaro and I went again today. The prices are still great, the service was good, and they were relatively fast in regards to replacing my front window today.

Worst experience of my life!If negative stars were an option, this review would have been for negative stars. I ordered my part with them via phone and was informed that they were going to call me when the part arrived, which didn't happened by the way. Therefore, I went ahead and called them to confirm that my part arrived, in which it did (mind you, the lady which picked up the call was being super rude). When I got there, they told me they had the wrong part after I waited 30 mins for them. Didn't offer any apologies for wasting my time and insisted that I gave them the wrong car model (how is this even possible since it's my car??) Not to mention, I confirmed the make and model of my car on the first phone call I placed and again confirmed the make and model of my call on the second phone call I made to confirm that my part had arrived. Oh to make matters worst, they told me that they wouldn't service me if I went back again.If you go, I wish you the best of luck.

I took my car there to get my back window fixed and they did a great job. Took about an hour. They were fast.Made another appointment to get my windows tinted and it also took about an hour. They did a great job as well.I recommend making an appointment first so the job is done on time instead of waiting. Which i would go there again for any future services. I would recommend ARCHER AUTO GLASS.GOOD JOB

They didn't have the window I needed in stock, but they went out of they're way and got the window for me and installed it in less then 2 hours, and for that they deserve 5stars.

Best price for quickest work, and exceptional work at that. I had a windshield replaced and tint installed all around and it took them just over 2hrs! Price was the same as the quote I was given over the phone, no issues with communication, and everything came out exactly as I asked for. Perfect!

Recently they ve taken longer than usual but it s understandable. They all do amazing Work. Being going to this place for years. Also, make sure to keep your receipt just in case something goes wrong, they do offer a lifetime warranty for tinted windows if you still have the receipt.

This morning my wife and I came to their auto glass repair shop. They were very friendly and professional. They repaired our right rear passenger door window. May, God bless them real good.
