I had gone to J&C and they told me I HAD to replace a part. J&C also said he was going to get a used part. Well even with that they were trying to charge me $1300. I also went to Chicago Recon and the secretary there said I HAD to get a new bumper, get it painted and she was saying they were expensive cuz they had 5 stars...ok? Anyways my car is old and has other problems with it. I expressed that I didn't care about the bumper, just really needed the wheel aligned because it was a hazard. This is where Tom came to the rescue. Not only did he fix the wheel, he also fixed my bumper so it didn't look too ugly, even though I told him not to worry about it. Here's the best part...he saved me 1k!!! God bless him and the workers there for not ripping me off and even going the extra mile to fix my bumper. They deserve all the business! I am really happy I found this place. I got into an accident December 18th and they said they could take my car right in (most places I called said they wouldn't even take a look at the car before the second week in January). Car was completely fixed in 2 weeks and it looks even better than before. They are very accurate and pay close attention to fine detail. Besides, I am impressed with the customer care and treatment. My calls- excessive at first- were always answered with friendliness and professionalism and all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I definitely recommend this place for any car body work and their mechanical center- Reliable Auto- for anyone looking for top notch work and great customer care.

I was referred here by a friend and very happy with the level of quality work Andy s completed. They were very transparent with the insurance, payment and recommendations on the car and answered all questions clearly. The staff went above and beyond and I m so pleased with this shop. Highly recommend.

My car needed a jump start after doing errands. I thought it might have been something more serious than that, but they walked all the way to the car help figure out what was wrong. Yes - walked with me to where my car was parked to help. I couldn't have asked for better mechanics! Just so helpful and honest! Special thanks to Max! Thank you.

Great work for a reasonable price. The guys worked with me since it wasn't being paid by insurance. Great thoughtful people. Highly recommended.
