My Cayenne needed a brake bleed, ac recharge and alignment. I've received a great service. They did a great job. Everything was flawless. Very nice people to work with. It was a pleasure. Will definitely recommend them to a friend.

Land Rover / Range Rover Brake and oil change. I would not recommend.I hate writing reviews like this but I don t want anyone to experience what I had to go through.4 trips to the the mechanic for oil and brakes.After giving this shop and the owner several opportunities to rectify the poor brand job executed, I was told by the owner they would solve it. Although I offered to give a tip because he needed to redo the job after using cheap aftermarket parts, the owner decided to take advantage and charge me an extra $300 for service after paying full price. Also, i had my oil change, I brought my truck to the dealership to be informed the oil filter was as big replaced and the oil cap under the vehicle was not sealed correctly.My brakes had to get replaced after 1100 miles and I had to get a new oil change after 1800 miles.

The Owner Luis was able to Diagnose my Land Rover and make the necessary repairs for a reasonable cost. Excellent work done here on my 2006 LR3.

I used to live around the corner from here. Now I drive 30 minutes across town and 30 minutes back when I need my car serviced,. I continue to go here because I know I can trust Luis, the owner, to be honest and fair and timely with any work to be done. He has always gone above and beyond what you'd expect from an ordinary repair service.He has customers that drive from even farther away than I do because they feel the same way. Honesty is a treasure beyond words in the car servicing business. Thank you, Luis, for years of trustworthy good service.

My son recommended Andre's Auto to me several years ago, and I've been a customer ever since. My most recent visit was yesterday, and as always the service was excellent! Luis knows his cars, whether they're high performance foreign models or domestic models like my 2007 Chevy Aveo. Most recent visit was yesterday, and as always the service was amazing and my car is once again running like new. Thanks, Luis. Don't know what I'd do without you!

Extremely fair pricing and customer service that wants you to understand what is going on with your car, what that means, why it's happening and what needs to happen to fix it. I've seen the owner explain to someone what the problem was, see the puzzled look on the face of someone who does not understand what they're being told, and pull out an exploded diagram of a car so that person can make a fully informed decision about their car repair. I cannot recommend Andres Auto Service highly enough.

I took my mercedez benz for service, to change a valve and salenoid, and this guys were amazing getting the job done. I truly recommend, good prices not over charge.

They have software for almost every car made, so if you need a dash code read or a warning light dismissed this is the place to start. I have a Suzuki SX4 and they don't sell or service them in the US anymore. Andres had the software I needed and the price was reasonable and fair. I will go back and would recommend to others.

I actually was looking for a place to bring my 2001.5 Audi S4 for service recently as it was due for an oil change and there were a few "noises" that I heard when driving. I didn't want to get raped by the ridiculous prices at the Audi dealership and further have them do a lot of erroneous things to my car that weren't necessary. Therefore, i google'd dealerships and came upon Andres' shop. I decided to give it a try and from the moment I entered the shop I was met with professional and honest service. Although Louis did find some additional items that needed to be fixed (in addition to my oil change)- he honestly laid out the various options and prices and even sent me pics to my email detailing the issues. The service was completed on time and to my satisfaction (with the exception of an automated "service" light that Louis told me he would turn off next time I was in the shop-) I would recommend his shop to anyone interested in obtaining honest, reliable service.

The owner "Luis" has got to be the most honest mechanic we've ever met and we are 50-ish. He will do just what is needed and nothing more,. I can't help but wonder if he is the only honest mechanic in the area. Chris's husband thanks you! Thank You, Patrick and Christine.

We took our VW Beetle when it was making some noises from the exhaust system and when shifting gears. it turned out to be a brace that needed replacing and a couple of bolts were loose. the entire job cost $130. Luis (the owner) could have told us we needed a ton more work done and we never would have known the difference. Excellent service and amazing pricing. Definitely take your Geman car here for service.

What can i say? I leave every time with a smile on my face knowing that my car is fixed right and at a low cost. Being a college student, money is always an issue, and owning a car is just another burden. But bringing it to Andres Auto, I am able to drive on a daily basis without worrying about breakdowns. While driving a 16 year old car, it's expected for things to break; but with the help of their staff I am able to prioritize my repairs, keep costs at a minimum, and drive with confidence. If you want a repair shop that wont screw you over like other places, you better bring it to Andres Auto!!!

Excellent service and price - the most honest mechanic in Chicago! Luis will recommend against doing any repair service if he feels that it isn't worth the cost of repairs.

An oil leak had gone unnoticed for my (Audi A6) and Luis claimed it was the timing belt. Luckily, a second opinion found the issue. Be weary of scam tactics
