U recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The staff is courteous and extremely professional. Ms. Mary,the manager allowed me to wait and watch television in the waiting room. SHE WAS EXTRA NICE! MY SERVICE HAS BEEN COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME THAT WAS ORIGINALLY AGREED. I WILL COME BACK AND I SUGGEST FOR ANY CAR CARE NEED, YOU VISIT PLEASE

I love getting my car fixed at Amerimex, they always do great work at a reasonable price and Maria is so helpful and knowledgeable, Everytime I'm there she makes my experience go smoothly and less stressful.

A 'possum tore up some wires and a gas line in my engine. After the work, it looks like nothing ever happened. Estimate consistent with actual payment amount as well. Kept entertained with the TV while I waited in a reclining chair. Blown away by professionalism and good work here

Would rate this place zero stars if I could. Got my control arms replaced after asking for simple tire rotation. Right tie rod were loose after work was complete. Had to tighten it myself. Avoid this place at all costs.

5 out of 5 stars still in 2024Mary is super nice and informative.Love that safety is top priority here too :)I can tell they took their time and gave full consideration to my vehicle to get it going good again. It is riding like a brand new vehicle after they fixed up my brakes and fixed my damaged wheel components. Seemed to do a good job on the air-conditioner compressor swap and recharge as well.I've seen nothing but honesty and care here so far. We brought our car to this garage for an inspection of the engine (we clearly communicated that). I aksed the manager how much the inspection fee is and she said "I don't know". We were waiting for her to give us the inspection cost to decide if we wanna go through or not, but instead she told us yeah you should pay $45 for the inspection. We asked her why didn't you let us know and that we wouldn't have approved it if we knew the price, but she kept on saying "you should pay $45". She also did NOT let us take a photo of the signed agreement saying "this is for our own use not you" but the reality is there was no inspection price on it (clearly!) and she seemed to be only concerned with money. She litteraly stole our money to give us back the car keys for the inspection cost we did not approve. I am so sorry for this business for having such an irresponsible lying manager. We already are planning to go with legal procedures.

The first time I came to this place, I thought I needed a wheel alignment. Arturo checked the situation and determined I needed shock absorbers and didn't charge me anything. I have been coming here for all my automotive needs ever since. That was in 2020. Our family loves this place. Wonderful employees.

Went to get a quote for replacing a timing belt tensioner and these dudes wanted $1200 in labor to do it and that s labor only! Went To Nunez auto repair on 59th and got it done for $350. This place has gotten so expensive now. I literally had my whole timing belt and components replaced for a fraction of the price 2 years ago

This place got 180.00 buck out of me today after I came in to get my brakes done. To find out today after calling yesterday that the shop does not have the machine to change the rear brakes so they could only do the front brakes. Then I bought the wrong size rotars and so the front brakes could not be done. So I paid for my mistake but they said it will be another 180.00 when I return. Truth be told I am not shopping here again for rear.

stay away from this place the lady in the office is a rip offshe tried to over charge me for just a light bulb. she wanted 200 dollars when the light bulb is only 20 dollars. she was very rude and very unprofessional when talking to the clients.only reason i went because my mom recommended me with the guys that work there.

Long wait for service (2 hrs for a wheel alignment) but satisfied with the service. Receptionist wanted to cross sell services which is good for their business but slightly annoying to me. You can bring your parts and they'll install but they won't guarantee them. It'll save you some money if you bring your part.

If I could give no stars I would! Over priced!! I brought my car in to get serviced for one problem and just magically the problem they fixed just a couple weeks back was messed up again! These people are crooks and if you want your car to be fixed properly with a warranty (they don t honor their warranty s) take it to a dealership! Any place but this place!

Keep your money in your pocket and stay away from this place. They did my wheel alignment and it was in the red on the paper. The toe and camber is off significantly and they are refusing to fix it. I took it to another shop and they fixed it in an hour. Horrible customer service.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I was on the search for a reliable, honest, and detailed mechanic service. This shop was close to home and found it was convenient for me. Unfortunately for me I was robbed of time and money. After talking to the receptionist she gave me an estimate of 192.00 for mounting new tires and balancing. I came back later and left my car. The next day I went to pick up my car and was greeted by another receptionist who was just rude and nasty. She informed me that I was only going to get charged 120.00 since the mechanic was not able to performed the balancing due to my control arms. So tire installation was 120!! I asked her to please call the mechanic, she said he stepped out, but she will call him. Once on the phone he relayed the same thing, so I asked why a phone call was not made to ask if the customer would like to proceed. He obviously just went on about how he had to clean my rims to get the tires installed and of course I should be thankful he did that extra work. I paid, left mad, and took my vehicle to the dealership. The dealership took me to my car while it was suspended on the air to show me the car did NOT new control arms. As a matter of fact the mechanic explained the wheel alignment could ve definitely be done. After this... I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Please keep your money in your pocket and stay far away from this place!!!

I came into this place and asked about a alignment, they had originally said $50. As soon as I was doing the paperwork and saw that my car was a 2001 Audi a4 they change the price to $190..Over price. The guy didn't seem to say why the 190 when my whole front and back parts were brand new. He said it was to much work. Went to a different shop and they charge me 45 without a issue.

The mechanic over charged me $190 labor for installing a fuse box on my car and one month later the fuse box blew out and overheated and almost caught on fire because they didn't install it correctly I called the manager and he said he'll install another fuse box for $150 labor I purchased the fuse box brand new from auto dealer. I took my brand new fuse box and another mechanic shop installed it for $40 and my car runs like new!!!

This is my go to shop when i need anything done with my vehicles. I paid these people 50.00 to see why I didn't have heat, they told me it would cost me 250.00 to repair. next day I took it to someone else. they told me that it doesn't cost that much to repair and to only remove 2 screws. they charged me for the part, about 50.00. these people are cheating folks and charging to much.Never will I do there again!!!!

I visited 4 shops trying to get a tune up and fix on my catalytic converter. This was the only shop that offered day of service. Pricing was reasonable. Arturo the mechanic will show you the problem and thoroughly explain the fix.

I went to this place to get my brakes replaced at first everything seem very good, good people helpful !! Until I got to my place of work and noticed that they had broken 5 nuts from my wheel lock tires they should notify clients if they do a mistake first hand that's how they lose business, then the guy is going to say I did you a favor for changing your parts you didn't do me no favor I paid you $120 for your service !! Never again will I go to this place !!

The young lady that worked behind the counter was very selfish, I had all the amount but $2 dollars, and she was making a fuss about it, but the mechanic paid it for me, seriously I paid $917.00,I told her I would bring it back, so no she lost my business, the mechanic was professional,polite and awesome.

This place is terrible. Nothing but lazy people working here. It seems they are always on lunch no matter what time of day you go there. And they try to overcharge you. Definitely not going back. I gave this place too many chances.
