I will never go here again. I took my car in for one thing, and it came out with all types of issues. When I told them about it, they told me it was like that already and it was not. They don't have a corporate store . Because of then I had to junk my car a month later cause they messed it up. And they charge a lot for not good service. Please be mindful before going to them.

Too expensive. Wheel alignment for $180. They do better job elsewhere for $50 wheel alignment at Jasson auto repair.

Poor quality of work. Paid them for nothing! Had to take my car back multiple times in a span of two to three weeks for the same issue! First they forgot to put clamps back on then they forgot to put a bolt back. They are very inexperienced, and can barely speak or understand English. The only thing they know how to do is mess your car up even more and take your money! Do not take your car here! You will regret it.

This shop was very good on price labor and time once, now, fuggedaboutit.They like to replace everything related to what you came in for. Scammed and slammed. You been warned.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AND STAY AWAY! They offer a warranty on the labor and then when what they touch breaks they claim to have never touched it. Dishonest and out for your money 3x the original cost.

Guys may take a bit longer but are thorough, fair in price and not arrogant. Replaced rotors left off a sensor. Fixed everything correctly again adding the cost of the sensor no extra labor charges. Replace stolen cat cnvrtr for 800 on another vehicle. Dealership said you better run to them for that price.

Service the first time around was smooth and. I problems. Called back to get some work done 4 days in a row and kept being told it s first come first serve, explained I was willing to leave the car with them so they could get to it at their convenience and they declined to service my vehicle.I should mention that the first time my car was in the shop they did exactly as I was attempting to do and let me leave the car overnight. I ll just take my Business to the shop by my house instead of by my job for the service alone.Update: 7/10/2021Just called back to get some work done again on Thursday and was told come/call back Saturday for the work to be done. Called to see if I can still stop by and was told No, we have too many cars, you re supposed to drop off the car so we can work on it when we have the chance as you are not the only customer we have. Brought up the fact I was told they don t offer that service and changed up on me. So then they (she) brought up they aren t liable for theft or damages to the car, to which I responded I understand and was leaving the car with a friend that lives RIGHT NEXT TO THE SHOP and the lady got mad and wanted to get off the phone because she couldn t understand why I was confused as to what policy they are following TODAY.I should also add she tried to switch dialects on me like I wouldn t catch what she was saying (since I do speak Spanish it back fired on her) and began raising her voice when confronted.

This place is horrible. They have alley mechanics. Totally destroying peoples cars I had an o2 sender issue. Took the car to them because I seen good reviews so obviously ppl are lyin. About their quality of service. My car sounded horrible when I went to pick it up. Then they refuse to fix the problem. They sent me thru loops and all over the place. Seriously I have a civil court lawsuit on this company. Do not I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. ITS A WASTE OF TIME.

I do not recommend!!!My mom got her breaks done and was charged $500+ (which is beyond high) but she figured you get what you pay for. Wrong!!! After, she noticed that her car was shaking and making noises (was not having this issue prior) she went back to this "repair shop" and ask why her car is now making these noises. Now they tell her that her car needs additional work totaling $1500. Work that they did not mention after servicing her car!! Her car may need more work, but they wont do it!

Thee very worst place ever. Came in to get some coolant placed into my car so that I could get the air conditioning going. They gave me an estimate of about $60. 1 hour later I get the car back. Which by the way, I was not waiting in line after anyone. I turn on the A/C to so that I could test it out. And the only thing that blew out was hot air!!!! The told me that it would work after a couple tries. But to this day it does not work. Also they said that I couldn't get a refund. I do not recommend you ever go to this place of business. Unless you want to handout 60-100 dollar's for nothing

Nice clean neat place. Got car back in timely fashion. Reasonable prices. Could improve on customer service as it relates to courtesy rides. Otherwise could have gotten 5 stars.

Great job again on my car. One thing only is that Joe is no longer working there he was great working the front desk answering the phone and any questions you have to ask. He will tell you and when will you car be ready. Will be miss.

Avoid this place unless you have money to waste!!!!First off, its very unfortunate for me to leave a bad review because initially I thought this place was a place of business I could not only rely on but also trust. It turns out it's neither! I've been doing business with Amerimex for about 4 years and my last visit was my last. I needed some AC work done on my truck and had a previous quote with me before arriving to Amerimex. Right form the start I explained this to the short hispanic lady (manager) at the front desk who knows me by face and name. She agreed to do a diagnostic just to verify that the previous quote was accurate which later that day she stated was inaccurate. She told me that I didn't need as much work as the previous mechanic stated so I agreed to have the work done. 2 hours later she called me back to state that in fact I did need the work the previous mechanic quoted me so I agreed to the work even though it was more expensive than other place. At the point Amerimex seemed very suspicious and I only agreed to the work because my truck was already there. By the time my truck was ready for pick-up I wasn't able to pick it up so I had my wife pick it up. Already suspicious with Amerimex I told my wife the cost I was given and to be careful of any extra charges. Not much to my surprise when my wife arrived to pay for the services the short hispanic manager charged us an additional $100.00 more than she stated. So I had to stop work to speak with her again to only be told that I misunderstood what she said which I know for a fact wasn't true. The only resolution was to meet her extra charge halfway so I ended up still paying an extra $50.00 And to make matters worse after all of this back and forth; 3 hours later the AC in my truck still wasn't working so I had to bring it back again the next day. (I know right!) It gets worse!!! After bringing it back I was told I need another part which cost me another $200.00 which I also agreed just because they started on it already. However, I insisted on some kind of friendly business gesture and the manager agreed to provide a free oil change for my small car the following week. They finally fixed the AC and when I returned for the oil change she smiled, stated everything will be taken care of and as soon as the Amerimex's mechanic completed my oil change she called me to the counter to pay for the so-called free oil change. I disputed the charge but she just blew me off and I still end up paying for the oil change and the last thing she said was I gave you a $1.84 discount.Worse car repair business & customer service EVER!!!!!!

Everything went smooth. Came right in and exhaust was fixed within an hour. My buddy is a regular customer and recommended amerimex to me.

This place cheats you out your money and breaks more things to keep you spending money with them! And their guaranteed emissions passing is a fraud! The real guarantee is that if you fail, you can keep going back to them to fix more and more and more issues that you didn't even have at first! Don't waste your money here! I wish I could give NO STARS!

Called for an estimate on a lower control arm that cost me as a consumer $199, was quoted a price of $360!!! Immediately knew this wasn t the place for my auto repair needs
