I've known Greg for a little while and when I found out he opened a local motorcycle shop I was eager to try him out for my Ducati's Desmo Service. This service is stupid expensive at the dealership and their turnaround times are insane so I was looking for an alternative. Greg worked with me on the desmo service and also installed a new airbox kit while the bike was apart. He installed a new rear tire and did the chain service as well. The bike has been super solid since then. Greg's communication was great, but this is still a fairly small shop with a smaller team which is growing as we speak. 100% will do business with Greg and AlleyCat again. OH and he cleaned up my dirty as heck bike so well I was so surprised!Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Had a chance to drop my Harley off at AlleyCat last week and I am extremely pleased with the work and results. It is easy to see that Greg, the owner, cares about each and every bike he services and has a true love for what he does. He took the time to inspect all aspects of my bike which had not been serviced professionally in a few years even though I was just looking to get my fluids changed.He made recommendations for fixes that I wouldn't have even thought of and I am extremely glad he did. Brakes are now working perfectly, gear shifting is smoother and riding is so much more enjoyable.If you are in need of service for your Harley, Greg and AlleyCat Motor is the place to go!

Super happy I came across AlleyCat! Greg was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. Handled all my maintenance and also suggested various aftermarket parts to really make my bike look unique and perform much better. All of this at an affordable price and without any hassle. Definitely recommend!

Greg and Thomas are awesome! Honest prices and really listened to my concerns and ideas. Very professional and really know what they are doing. They went above and beyond to get my bike back on the road, and it now looks better than when it came out of the factory. Worth every penny. I wish I knew about AlleyCat before! If you ever drop your motorcycle off here to be repaired, expect zero communication from the owner. There was significant delays in the repairs from my motorcycle with the owner explained what is due to back order of parts from the supplier. I explain to him I was more than understanding of that but I was a little upset that it took me reaching out to him three separate times before he finally answered my emails. I constantly had to email the shop or leave voicemails 2 to 3 times before I would get any kind of a response. Every time the owner told me a time frame that my motorcycle would be ready, 2 to 3 weeks would go by without hearing from him. Once my motorcycle was finally delivered, later than the agreed-upon timeframe, I noticed that some thing was damaged that was not damaged when it was delivered to the shop. Although he did agree to replace the damages, once I told him I was not surprised that the damages occurred, he told me he was no longer comfortable excepting my business and refused to do the repairs. Just gave me some money back on my credit card. I was very surprised since they had nothing but five star reviews, but it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with the shop.
