A good place to replace your battery. But not a good place when you bring your brother who is a maniger at advance. The things he was saying to the employees were frightening, like why do you look like thatAnd he was asking him questions about cars. When he saw a woman working there, he scoffed and wisperd to me, "I bet she doesn't know what a car derailer is." It was wild

I placed an order online for pickup at this specific location because it showed my item was in stock (multiple of the item in stock). I get there as soon as they opened, and just my luck, they don't have ANY in stock. What is the point of having the inventory listed online if it doesn't match what is in the store?

Good store all around, just that the worker told me a bolt was going to fit even tho it was a different type and i trusted him, and it turned out to be wrong. Bless his heart for trying. Great store tho.

Called to see if they carry a specific car battery for a 2014 Chevy Equinox and if they are able to put replace the battery in the car (It's a service they offer). They stated that they did carry it and that they would replace the battery. I get there, make line, ask for the battery and ask them to replace. Employee asks for model of car and IMMEDIATELY states that they are not able to replace battery.Reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship and good customer service is no exception.

The store hours posted online are not correct. I placed an online order for pick up assuming I had enough time to get to the store. To my misfortune the store closes an hour earlier than what is posted online.

Check anything that comes in a gallon-size container (like Green Slime products or car wash or washer fluid). I swear it's less than a gallon.
