Ordered a battery online for my son s car who is in college. We re in a different state. The battery online said it would fit his car, but it didn t. Despite Richie & the store being busy, he and the rest of the staff really helped us out. Got the correct battery installed, the other one returned and took care of my son. Really appreciate their service.

Worst customer service ever.. the guy there didn't even acknowledge any customers but instead held a conversation with this other white dude. I waited almost 15mins and still didn't get acknowledged.. I will never go back to the place.. poor customer service.. I wish this had a -5 rating. And it looks like the owner only responds to positive reviews..

I wish I got the name of the young gentleman up front who helped me change out my car battery but he was super professional and quick! Customer service was great!

These guys are top flight. If they don't have it, they take the time to find it at a nearby store. No B.S. just good customer service making mechanical fixes a bit easier!! This is an AC compressor for my 2007 Escalade....one store didn't have it in stock, they found it at a nearby store. I paid there and picked it up no worries!! Thanks guys

They helped me look for the item I wanted by taking me to the shelf. They seemed concerned about helping me find the right product not just ANY product to make the sale. They were helpful in installing windshield wipers that I purchased in Dec. 2016. I will go back to them again.

Employees are courteous everybody's wearing a mask just make sure when you buy a part to produce your VIN number of the vehicle and make sure you have an old part to compare to what you're buying because sometimes they'll give you the wrong part or there's several different sizes so always make sure that you have an old part say like you're having brakes done keep your old brake shoes so next time when you go by brake shoes you can compare them and make sure they're the right size otherwise you'll go home and take everything apart and find out it's the wrong part then you'll have to call the cab or bother a family member to drive you back and exchange it for the right part that's why I always use my VIN number and have an extra part I had just recently replaced my air filter and I compared it to my used one and it was the right one I also keep my receipts in a envelope dated months for the year so you can have all your receipts for what you bought it's always good to keep that 7 years anything after 7 years I think you can throw away except for your tax papers never throw those away but make sure you have the right part before you take off otherwise they're very handy it's a good store I get my oil and filters major stuff I have a mechanic do the work for I had recently had work done by Duke's automotive in Zion I found out that they didn't put my air filter back right and it was on crooked and it was leaking air which caused a lot of dirt to go in to the filter the filter was very dirty I found this out when I had my oil changed also I had a certified friend do my oil and you told me that the oil cap was not on good it was on but he said it was leaking I had my oil leak fixed at ducas automotive they replaced transmission lines and several days later I noticed a couple oil drips in the driveway I called them up and told them that the van is still leaking they proceeded to just keep telling me the leak was fixed the lake was fixed and the last time I scheduled to have an oil change before I could say thank you he slammed the phone so you want to be careful with places where you have your car fixed make sure that they're doing a good job it's always good to have a friend that is a mechanic to check things out for you

I bought a car battery here.Next day i was try to return it after i found out my battery is still in good condition.The guy there sounded rude and he wouldn't take it back. He said i have already installed it. Later when i called the customer service and they were willing to give me $42 which i originally paid $110.00 with $40 discount online coupon. Later i took it back to one in Chicago and they took it back happily without any hesitation.I will never go to this place again.

I came because they have great reviews but I can t say anything good unfortunately. The building and website said 730 and I arrived and waited for 20 mins before leaving. I also tried calling but no answer even though all the lights were on. Overall it was a really frustrating experience and I m not impressed.

This place have a store manager or in charge person today who is not efficient I stop to get my car battery charge and he say that my battery was not taking the charge he don't even "try" to help me keeping my car battery to see if may charge and trying resolving my problem Good thing is AutoZonE AutO partS close to this store and they charge my battery in one hour and my problem was resolved without excuse and they try right away to help me like any other customer
